The service in the hotel hall is to be improved you can have a seat for one hour and the servers might not even ask you if you need anything ! I was disappointed by this behavior and I found the service to be improved in this cafe with a very beautiful view, but the view does not make the service

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

Front desk, bellhop, room attendants, restaurant attendants, pool service folks, ALL IN ALL - made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of our needs every step of the way! Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

I recommend to not take the breakfast package right up front for your entire stay and take it as the days go by, unless you are staying for a day or two OR you got a great deal, then get it! Beautiful and spacious outdoor pool area, we thoroughly enjoyed it

So what's the problem with Crown Plaza Florya? If you refused to use the paid minibar (asked to remove everything from it) and if you are from Russia, be prepared to be bullied by the department responsible for servicing minibars

You can reach some famous Shopping Malls by taxi around 8-10 minutes such as Forum Istanbul and Venezia Viaport. I will choose Ramada Plaza Tekstilkent again in the future. I can recommend it for price-performance

Turkish airlines transit hotel. Solid, good breakfast and lunch, clean, large rooms. The truth is far from the center, the nearest shopping center is 15 minutes walk along the highway

Everything is at the highest level, it’s a pity that you just need to call a taxi for a walk, but this is not a problem either, since going down below there is a taxi dispatcher

It's a very nice hotel. A lot was going on when we were there so police present was everywhere. Fitness center was big and had alot of equipment. Pool was also very large.

My only complaint was that they painted part of the ceiling in our room the one day, which made it have an awful chemical smell that gave me a headache
