It is relatively easy to reach it by car. The breakfast was poor compared to my expectations for this price. The shower was broken and the cards for the room constantly stopped working

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

The location of the hotel is good and in close proximity of a lot of tourist places as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc

The location is where every tourist would want to stay. It is right in the Taksim circle where all the action is. Metro is right across the street, and the taxis were always waiting/passing by on the street

The pool and the spa were great. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but the time we went it wasn’t busy. Other reviews complained about the noise, we didn’t hear any street noise from the room

It's a very nice hotel. A lot was going on when we were there so police present was everywhere. Fitness center was big and had alot of equipment. Pool was also very large.

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

Front desk, bellhop, room attendants, restaurant attendants, pool service folks, ALL IN ALL - made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of our needs every step of the way! Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

I recommend to not take the breakfast package right up front for your entire stay and take it as the days go by, unless you are staying for a day or two OR you got a great deal, then get it! Beautiful and spacious outdoor pool area, we thoroughly enjoyed it

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

This is an amazing hotel that's perfectly positioned in Istabul next to the Bosphorus Strait. My room had a gorgeous sea view, very comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom

We have asked the taxi to continue driving to the airport since we were late for our plane! The taxi refused and drove us to the hotel because the hotel called back and insisted! We felt like hostages!!! When we went back to the hotel another receptionist said that we need to pay 50$ for the mini bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a frustration! Arrived and they only had one non smoking room and it was a twin and I accepted it. Five minutes after arriving in the room staff showed up and completely rearranged the bed to make it a queen

The most important thing is the wonderful treatment by the staff, especially Mr. Muhammad at the reception, Mr. Ahmed, 🇱🇧🇨🇵 and everyone without exception. The security is very excellent
