There was an elderly housekeeping staff who was so sweet but unfortunately forgot to take his name. The lobby area was beautiful too! It was walking distance from the shopping street which one could easily do

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

I stayed here 2 or 3 times. Big room. Water and coffee is there ever day. Check in upon arrival no matter in the morning time. My Check in was 9...9.30am. They care about guests very well

Can it still be called a sea view room? If it is a front view, you have to add another 30,000. Over 20,000 per night, not as good as the Bulgari in China, which is less than 10,000

The view, restaurant and bar are all perfect, nothing can be faulted. Transportation is very convenient, buses and taxis are all at the door of the hotel, and the ferry is about 800 meters away from the hotel

Very very good! The service is superb and the hardware is superb! The housekeeper is very considerate, the welcome dessert and fruit are very good, all the drinks in the MINI bar are not only free but also very high-end, every time we come back from an outing, the MINI bar is filled up, and we get warm greetings and friendly chats from every hotel staff!

Every manager of the restaurant does it personally, which is very enjoyable. The front desk, concierge, and room service are impeccable and fully staffed. Every need will be responded to and met in the first time

I was staying in the hotel while I was recovering from surgery. The rooms were spacious and airy, the bed was so comfortable and the staff really were lovely and did so much to help.

The cleaning could be better. Although there were only non-smoking rooms, the hallway and sometimes even in the rooms, smelled of cigarette smoke. The location of the hotel is far from great

The hotel is an older five-star hotel with luxurious decoration. The facilities inside are quite good and a little bit improved. There is a large shopping mall opposite, which is also very convenient.

If you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are many places around, but the cheapest and most popular seems to be Bakirkoy, about 15-20 min walk from the hotel

The spa was heavenly the massages amazing I would recommend anyone coming here to stay here for a full Turkish experience
