The service in the hotel hall is to be improved you can have a seat for one hour and the servers might not even ask you if you need anything ! I was disappointed by this behavior and I found the service to be improved in this cafe with a very beautiful view, but the view does not make the service

The hotel is pure luxury. From the entrance hall to the rooms, pool and spa everything was great. Especially the service is very attentive and Mehmet from the room service read all our wishes from our eyes! Thank you

It is relatively easy to reach it by car. The breakfast was poor compared to my expectations for this price. The shower was broken and the cards for the room constantly stopped working

The concierge spent quite a bit of time encouraging and then instructing me on the use of the tram. The room itself was wonderful, very clean and loved the turndown service. Comfortable mattress and linens

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Istanbul. Although not in the Old Town, it was easy to access public transportation from the location

I recommend to not take the breakfast package right up front for your entire stay and take it as the days go by, unless you are staying for a day or two OR you got a great deal, then get it! Beautiful and spacious outdoor pool area, we thoroughly enjoyed it

Kids ABSOLUTELY loved it (every hot summer afternoon of our stay for a quick dip to refresh in between our morning and evening ventures- you will want to for sure in hotter months)

The spa is really good and free unless you book massage. The reception always helps you out. The breakfast is outstanding. The outdoor pool is only open during summer/fall, that is understandable

A good shopping centre is nearby, but for visiting the tourist areas in the center, the hotel is a bit far away

One of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul, room was comfortable and the service was outstanding, I was carrying my luggage around 50m from the entrance of the hotel to which I was greeted by two bell boy which hurriedly offered us to carry our luggage

They are telling you that you don’t pay us for the mini-bar and you come from Russia, so suffer! You should buy paper cups, like we did, so that you always have something to drink from the water that is brought to your Crown Plaza Florya room every day

So what's the problem with Crown Plaza Florya? If you refused to use the paid minibar (asked to remove everything from it) and if you are from Russia, be prepared to be bullied by the department responsible for servicing minibars

The large outdoor terrace is great, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The best two features are the spa & pools (indoor and outdoors) and the rooftop bar in the sixteen floor offering amazing views of the city
