It's all about service here, we have never experienced something similar. The hotel by itself is very luxurious, the design, the lobby, rooms. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished, we had a nice park view

The location of the hotel is good and in close proximity of a lot of tourist places as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc

The rooms are okay but it really depends on where you're coming from and what you're accustomed to as every country has a different standard of what a 5 star hotel is like

The hotel itself is also so lovely - the rooms were super luxurious, the lobby is gorgeous and smells heavenly, and the restaurant on the roof has the best view in Istanbul! Would absolutely come back here again!

Five star hotel close to Vosporus. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Hotel is a little bit old but in general in good condition. Security guards are at the entrance. In the hotel exist a nice sea food restaurant

This hotel is phenomenal the view is amazing. the rooms are not small and not big it looks like a good room for 1-2 people and for people who love to enjoy nature

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

Even İstanbul dont have a city centre, we can considers its in the main part and have easy transportation options to almost everywhere. Hotel serves insanely good breakfasts however parking lot is expensive

Everything is perfectly luxurious, the rooms the alleys and staff! I recommend for a perfectly restful vacation or business trip. Breakfast could be improved with some local sweets and better choice cold drinks..

I like the breakfast it was very good but I would consider it a back point of not having chicken when you have international guests. They have to understand and adapt to the presence and behaviour of international guests

The hotel staff is also very friendly especially Yusuf who brought us room service several times during our stay. Yusuf was very attentive and made sure that we were taken care of through our entire stay

They are genuinely top tier, with a spacious and clean hamam, standard Steam room, sauna, a cold ice room, and a very unique room which gives the effect of various tropical rain waters including sounds of birds etc; something I haven't seen anywhere else

This year we saw families with kids in there, so possibly the rules have changed (typical for Istanbul hotels, they literally make up and change ridiculous rules particularly for pools)

There's also a separate women's section, which, I haven't used but expect should be a safe and private space. They also have a semi decent gym and indoor as well as outdoor pool

Tekstilkent is very far from the city center, which means I had to spend more money on Uber than I would have liked. Other than that the staff is good and the rooms were clean
