A brilliant Hilton main line property. It is huge, lots of rooms, floors, elevators and still a smooth operation. The breakfast was super busy, however we could always find a table after a short look around

After 3 Years we were back at the Hilton because i was curious how it looks like after the Renovation and I have to say, the Mix between the Historical and the Modern Time has succeeded well! The view was beautiful and the food/snacks in the Executive Lounge were delicious

Five star hotel close to Vosporus. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Hotel is a little bit old but in general in good condition. Security guards are at the entrance. In the hotel exist a nice sea food restaurant

Fitness and SPA facilities are good. Food is a huge problem! Quality of the food is way below of the Worldwide Marriott standard. Food choices are not so wide neither. Overall because the location is value for money

Recently stayed here for a conference. Everything was very well managed by the hotel staff. Food is also very good especially the buffet lunch. I found the reception staff to be exceptionally helpful

The management has to wake up and check the staff for their consistency! Some staff menders are excellent but many are forgetting basic things! Room services are the worst! Board room was excellent

Everything is good in the hotel, all amenities, clean, but there are some drawbacks: 1

Good industrial hotel. Close ro the highway - so very noisy even closed windows. Planes contribute to the noise - the airport is 20 min away.

The hair dryer is built into the shelf, you have to fight with it to dry your hair, it's very uncomfortable, your hand hurts to pull it with force! There are no bathrobes in the room! 2

The waitress at the grill restaurant broke a plate, took a broom, a scoop, put it all away and then, without washing her hands, began to deliver orders to the tables in the hall!

Great hotel, however a bit far from downtown, where everything is. The pool isn’t heated, which was a bummer. Everything else is pretty much on point. Good cost-benefit.

Me and my husband stay in this hotel. The room was good, however the room was cleaned properly. They just changed the towels and did the bed up. We stayed there for two weeks

Sadly with Islam comes no drinking culture and that translates to cocktail making - poor man's drink rich man's prices. Location is trash as well as it may take you 2+ hours to go anywhere by taxi!

They had no bread slices,Just baguettes it was the same food every day nothing new I think they need to improve in the breakfast menu. At the breakfast bar, the staff were not helpful at all

The hotel is excellent, location, service, concierge's attention and care. We loved the 360 view of Istanbul from  the cafe/restaurant on the top floor. We will certainly return.! 

Breakfast was excellent but was an additional fee to an already expensive room. Think about other hotels with friendlier, more service orientated staff

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

Hotel breakfast very nice western & middle east . Location 200m from taksim centre. Hotel room big . Staff very attentive and friendly. Near to taksim park and shopping area

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

We upgraded to club, which was great for hungry teenagers. The snacks and dinner offered a varied range of food. Breakfast was a little less impressive, but what they had on offer in the main resturant made up for it

Everything is perfectly luxurious, the rooms the alleys and staff! I recommend for a perfectly restful vacation or business trip. Breakfast could be improved with some local sweets and better choice cold drinks..

Very pleasant stay, nice and tidy hotel. The spa was very impressive for a hotel spa and the gym equipment was very good

The hotel staff is also very friendly especially Yusuf who brought us room service several times during our stay. Yusuf was very attentive and made sure that we were taken care of through our entire stay

They are genuinely top tier, with a spacious and clean hamam, standard Steam room, sauna, a cold ice room, and a very unique room which gives the effect of various tropical rain waters including sounds of birds etc; something I haven't seen anywhere else

This year we saw families with kids in there, so possibly the rules have changed (typical for Istanbul hotels, they literally make up and change ridiculous rules particularly for pools)

There's also a separate women's section, which, I haven't used but expect should be a safe and private space. They also have a semi decent gym and indoor as well as outdoor pool

One of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul, room was comfortable and the service was outstanding, I was carrying my luggage around 50m from the entrance of the hotel to which I was greeted by two bell boy which hurriedly offered us to carry our luggage

The most important thing is the wonderful treatment by the staff, especially Mr. Muhammad at the reception, Mr. Ahmed, 🇱🇧🇨🇵 and everyone without exception. The security is very excellent

We have asked the taxi to continue driving to the airport since we were late for our plane! The taxi refused and drove us to the hotel because the hotel called back and insisted! We felt like hostages!!! When we went back to the hotel another receptionist said that we need to pay 50$ for the mini bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a frustration! At that time we just wanted to call the police! First we didn’t consume...

Very very good! The service is superb and the hardware is superb! The housekeeper is very considerate, the welcome dessert and fruit are very good, all the drinks in the MINI bar are not only free but also very high-end, every time we come back from an outing, the MINI bar is filled up, and we get warm greetings and friendly chats from every hotel staff!

The breakfast restaurant, Peacock Restaurant, and Turkish Restaurant have rich and delicious dishes. Especially in the breakfast restaurant and Peacock Restaurant, you can experience the best service

Modern hotel, clean, good security. They don't allow outside food in the hotel. There are dogs outside that I could hear barking all night. The rooms don't have proper AC, so they're a bit too warm

Positioned well in textile city for shopping malls and far enough out of Istanbul centre to be relatively quiet although it’s still a busy area

The rooms were nice, modern and I had a view overlooking the city. This hotel contributed to the overall five star experience I had in Türkiye making me not want to leave. I cannot wait to visit Türkiye again

As I am pregnant, Osman went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed to satisfy my cravings, which was much appreciated. The level of care and attention to detail made my stay truly special

- In their Cafe they mentioned that they have salep but we asked about it everyday during our stay and it was never available which was very disappointing. - The location is not that good but it is not bad either

Some of the staff is fantastic! The ladies working at the indoor bar and poolside bar were excellent. They were the only ones that spoke great English and didn’t get frustrated with attempts to speak Turkish

But we had ants all over our floor! The service is usually very good but one time I ordered fruits and it took 2 HOURS!! In the meanwhile i saw the people next to me get fruits while I waited for so long

The property is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food is good

Housekeeping lost one of my earrings, and the patio door came off the tracks our last night (maintenance came and put it on the track, closed the door, but then reopened it before running out of the room (which jumped the door back off the tracks so it couldn’t close)

But I have few other points to mention, one of the towels was not clean. One of the sinks did not drain well, but it was fixed promptly

Day 1 issues: Air con not working 2 technicians came to fix the problem but it wasn’t fixed and could not sleep because it was so hot. Shower not working had to call maintenance to fix problem

I was very happy with the services at Gone Hotel. Our group of 20 people all did the Turkish bath , spa and it was the best experience I ever had. I heard about it, but nothing compare to having the experience yourself

The hotel is an older five-star hotel with luxurious decoration. The facilities inside are quite good and a little bit improved. There is a large shopping mall opposite, which is also very convenient.

Very friendly attentive staff, the breakfast is quite good with many options. The room we had while nice felt dated. Location is ok, close to the mall. The pool and spa facilities were nice.
