The overall rating is lowered somewhat by the fact that the hotel felt rather worn in places, damaged walls, broken and worn pool furniture and that there were stains on the sofa in our room

I stayed here 2 or 3 times. Big room. Water and coffee is there ever day. Check in upon arrival no matter in the morning time. My Check in was 9...9.30am. They care about guests very well

The views from the higher floors were amazing especially at night. The location was around 30mins from the airport and 25mins to the tourist areas like Taksim (not too bad as uber was £15 to there)

Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea

The nice and wise client relation manager was very kind. She told me to call her when I face any difficulties, but it wasn't feasible to call her 10 times a day

I had an amazing stay at The Marmara Taksim Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive

Good location, walking distance to Taksim. Hotel facilities are also good, nice outdoor pool, good gym and spa too. Good breakfast choices but would prefer to have a bit more meat options

Rooms big enough, shower amazing indoor amenities poor service at the pool was poor. 

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

Front desk, bellhop, room attendants, restaurant attendants, pool service folks, ALL IN ALL - made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of our needs every step of the way! Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

Everything is perfectly luxurious, the rooms the alleys and staff! I recommend for a perfectly restful vacation or business trip. Breakfast could be improved with some local sweets and better choice cold drinks..

Very nice hotel with fantastic views of the water. Huge, tasty variety at the breakfast buffet. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Victoria in particular made us feel like long time guests

I like the hotel staff specially the cleaning lady in 3rd floor and one of the reception managers. All in all most of the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel building is very modern and very cozy

Breakfast was also great as they had various options and great quality, the gymnasium was also very huge that they had to seperate it into different sections

Stayed here while I was getting my teeth done. Room was soo clean, restaurant upstairs was AMAZING. Breakfast was pretty basic would definitely recommend to eat down the road in the small village across the bridge

I was staying in the hotel while I was recovering from surgery. The rooms were spacious and airy, the bed was so comfortable and the staff really were lovely and did so much to help.

The location is right above the long walking street along the sea. Very close to the Aqua Mall of Istanbul, a nice luna park next to it, a great park. All in all a perfect stay and we will defenitely come again!

This was my 3rd time in this hotel it has been outdated the beds need to be renewed They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative...
