I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Istanbul. Although not in the Old Town, it was easy to access public transportation from the location

I recommend to not take the breakfast package right up front for your entire stay and take it as the days go by, unless you are staying for a day or two OR you got a great deal, then get it! Beautiful and spacious outdoor pool area, we thoroughly enjoyed it

Disappointed with the service at this 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, there was no glass in the room. When I called the reception, a lady and two young boy insisted that I needed to request them separately

However the website stated that there was a gym and a swimming pool in the hotel, and neither were open while i was there so that was a little disappointing

It's a very nice hotel. A lot was going on when we were there so police present was everywhere. Fitness center was big and had alot of equipment. Pool was also very large.
