While it's not super close to all the touristy areas, the Metro is within a 15 minute walk that will get you to wherever you need to go and there were always taxis on standby at the front door

We were put up.in this hotel by pegasus airlines when they messed up our flight. Lovely hotel and super comfy rooms. Restaurant has nice food - restaurant staff were not the quickest

It is relatively easy to reach it by car. The breakfast was poor compared to my expectations for this price. The shower was broken and the cards for the room constantly stopped working

The staff was pleasant and always sent the service man after we complained. Overall I can say that my stay was positive no matter the issues we had

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

I particularly enjoyed the executive lounge with its great selection of food and the beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unnecessarily long, it took around two hours

The hotel itself is also so lovely - the rooms were super luxurious, the lobby is gorgeous and smells heavenly, and the restaurant on the roof has the best view in Istanbul! Would absolutely come back here again!

Great day at the pool. Rooms were big and had a balcony. Older styled room. Pool was good. Life guards were there the whole time. Good service and lovely staff at the pool and reception area.

We also had two rooms, one was stocked with care packets, the other was mostly bare. Indoor pool under construction which was a big bummer

The Gama with swimming pool gym. there are even a few boutiques. that is very important for every woman! There is also a Nice opportunity to stroll the promenade along the sea and enjoy a Cup of Turkish coffee or tea

I only stayed for a very long layover and it was really good. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and it has a beautiful view. Great location and a great hotel!

Fitness and SPA facilities are good. Food is a huge problem! Quality of the food is way below of the Worldwide Marriott standard. Food choices are not so wide neither. Overall because the location is value for money

Recently stayed here for a conference. Everything was very well managed by the hotel staff. Food is also very good especially the buffet lunch. I found the reception staff to be exceptionally helpful

Since there was a long transfer, Turkish Airlines settled in this hotel for free. Clean, tidy have Starbacks in the lobby.

Went to the bar of the hotel the other day which is right next to Okra Restaurant. A bit overpriced but reasonable for a hotel. The location is amazing. It’s quiet and calm, perfect for reading or laptop work.

They also gave us a free upgrade which was a really nice experience. We definitely would stay here again when returning to Istanbul. The breakfast was really tasty with many different food options

The pool and the spa were great. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but the time we went it wasn’t busy. Other reviews complained about the noise, we didn’t hear any street noise from the room

The only downside was the rooms got quite warm as the rooms are controlled by the hotel and the heaters were always switched on. Despite us using the thermostat, the room would be warm at night

The restaurant staff and the cleaning service were amazing as well. There were options for every taste. There were some rotating options. We never felt the need to go out and eat for breakfast

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

This is a well located hotel with a kid friendly pool. The buffet breakfast great, and staff are welcoming. The gym is well set out with everything you need.

Front desk, bellhop, room attendants, restaurant attendants, pool service folks, ALL IN ALL - made sure our stay was pleasant and took care of our needs every step of the way! Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

From welcoming me everyday to breakfast, offering to bring my food to my table, checking up on me and even bringing food up to my room when ordering room service

Very pleasant stay, nice and tidy hotel. The spa was very impressive for a hotel spa and the gym equipment was very good

There's also a separate women's section, which, I haven't used but expect should be a safe and private space. They also have a semi decent gym and indoor as well as outdoor pool

Last year when we came we were told our children couldn't go in with us into the outdoor pool

They are genuinely top tier, with a spacious and clean hamam, standard Steam room, sauna, a cold ice room, and a very unique room which gives the effect of various tropical rain waters including sounds of birds etc; something I haven't seen anywhere else

If they put more advertisement into it I think they could attract a lot of customers who look for these particular amenities like myself

Arrived and they only had one non smoking room and it was a twin and I accepted it. Five minutes after arriving in the room staff showed up and completely rearranged the bed to make it a queen

Came to Istanbul to have surgery. And this is a great place to prepare for surgery and comfortable rehabilitation. And most importantly, wonderful staff. It was my birthday the day I moved in

At the reception, I was immediately offered to upgrade my room as a gift. As a result, I got a huge family room with a beautiful view from the window. It was a great start to my exciting and important journey

The only sad party, and I was close to considering rating a star less, was that there are always conversations, weddings, private parties, why you cant fully enjoy the hotel and everything offered

We had amazing few days at the Kempinski Hotel. The location is wonderful with a view of the Bosporus, the staff is so friendly , we have experienced a concierge service like never before

I gave the rooms a four star, because I am used to a different standard based on my homeland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel based on the staff alone. All of them did a great service for the stay

Tekstilkent is very far from the city center, which means I had to spend more money on Uber than I would have liked. Other than that the staff is good and the rooms were clean

I absolutely love this hotel—it feels like my second home! I've built unique relationships with the hotel management and many team members, from the friendly receptionists to the talented chef and the stellar customer service staff

There are places to eat, drink, shop, and even a grocery store. I was not able to check out the pool or fitness area as I was too tired after work each day

Staff is amazing in a different way. We love them and not a single note on them. Location is great and services are all around you 24/7. Rooms are very comforting and breakfast is really delicious with many varieties

Well, everyone was nice and helpful. The room was nice and modern. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Connected to a strip mall and had rides for little kids. The mall had many different kinds of stores

Phenomenal hotel with the best service I’ve had. The airport shuttle is actually a limo. The gym is a full gym (bench presses, machines, 3 racks of weights, yoga studio, everything)

We had a wonderful week staying at Kaya Hotel! Their staff, food and service was top notch! We felt like royalty staying here! I've never seen such impressive spreads and offerings of amazing food!! My only complaint was that they painted part of the ceiling in our room the one day, which made it have an awful chemical smell that gave me a headache

We had a very long layover with Turkish Airlines and they arranged for us to stay at Kaya and we were extremely pleased. Our room was large, the bed very comfortable and the room very quiet. Also, it was extremely clean

Stayed here 17 /20 April while attanding Turkey Build Exhibition it is ideal as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Exhibition centre. Staff at the Kaya were friendly and offered excellent service
