In the first place I went to the WOW hotel but it was 5* they told me go 100m further to your Wow airport hotel 4" It is in the middle of nowhere. Urban side is located behind the river and only to get there is bridge. But the way to the bridge is under construction, be careful you can break the leg. The location is good but the services is lower than the one I expected. I stayed there for 4 nights and the air conditioner was not working properly for the last 2 nights and due to the noisy environment it's not possible to open the windows. The pool was not in service for whole days and there was no apologise for that.

The hotel‘s location is very nice, in the beginning of Taksim street, but away from the noise so you almost don’t hear anything and can sleep at night! The staff is good as well, we got assisted by Idris and Eylül, they helped during our stay. The breakfast options are good as well, and the staff in the restaurant is super attentive! Amazing job....

Location is next to none. Literally 1 minute walk from Taksim square. The amenities were good. Gym didn’t disappoint. Room service and reception on the other hand were not as helpful as you’d hope. The cleaning staff were super friendly and nice. Although it’s located in a busy area the rooms were not noisy not a lot of stress noise at least. The breakfast was good specially the pastries.

Acceptable prices and good location,everything is near. Service and personnel are friendly and rooms are comfortable.
