It's beautiful. Breakfast was great. Security was so strict like when you go up or down with an elevator, you must tap your room key first so it will go up/down .Rooms were spacious. The only thing i didn't like was the disturbing light in the lobby, it's a yellow light and very bad on taking pictures. Fitness room was nice and spacious.

Great stay, awesome breakfast and perfect location. Next to a metro mall which is again great value for money. There is not much entertainment or anything to do around here so if you plan to get out. Not much around. The bar shuts at ten but the tiny wine shop in the lobby is open 24/7 and it's cheaper than the bar.

Stayed there one night on a business trip. Nothing to complain, spacious rooms and the price very good. Not recommended to tourists though as far away from the old parts of Istanbul

The hotel is very nice and has a friendly receptionist who greeted us and was kind enough to help us book a room. At first, we asked to see the rooms and the doorbell boy took us. I originally planned staying for a few nights only but extended my stay for a month and a half because it felt like home away from home! The front staff and house cleaning were kind and welcoming. This hotel is right next to Kapala charshi which is the main bazaar, so at a central location. The staff are nice, breakfast was good with plenty of food. One thing I didnt like is that it was noisy, you can hear what your room neighbours are doind, also the cleaning ladies start hoovering at 7:30 in the morning, and people keep slamming the doors.

If you are here there is a good chance that you were denied on board a Turkish Airlines flight. The hotel is about 30min away with a shuttle bus from the airport. First impression of the hotel is not what I was expected to be huge when you step into the lobby. The reception staffs as helpful & friendly as he could be and help us with the early check in after our long early flight.
