This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient to eat and travel around. If you need to eat Chinese food or Turkish kebab, it is very convenient! Be careful of the serious traffic jam!

It's beautiful. Breakfast was great. Security was so strict like when you go up or down with an elevator, you must tap your room key first so it will go up/down .Rooms were spacious. This hotel was central and very clean, however I only booked it as it had an outdoor pool, so I could relax as well as see the sights. The roof top pool had no water in it and certainly looked like it had been that way for a long time. This should be highlighted when booking.

I have traveled all over the world and this is absolutely best hotel staff I have ever met. Mr.Ali, Ms.Sara and Ms.Jana went above and beyond. They helped us with booking additional events, arranging transportation and following up with me the entire time to make sure everything was great. I felt like I had a second little family here!

The location is great. There are bazaars and a mosque nearby, in general there is somewhere to walk. The room is good. Clean, nice, there is a safe. The refrigerator did not work, the ice creams we bought went bad, disaster. The breakfast is great. A wonderful view of the city, dishes for the pickiest, delicious coffee.

If you are here there is a good chance that you were denied on board a Turkish Airlines flight. The hotel is about 30min away with a shuttle bus from the airport. This is the only hotel that you need to consider to stay while in Istanbul. The staffs are really genuine and ready to help here. I wanted to thank Chef Azad personally. For dinner, I had the seafood pasta which was out of this world. The sauce was absolutely flavourful and not overpowering. There was a clattering noise in the room at midnight. It lasted for several hours and I couldn't fall asleep. I called the waiter but he didn't respond in time the first time. I called again after 15 minutes and someone came to check the room. Then he explained that it was the sound of rain :)

The hotel is well located in the Sultanahmet region with attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace at walkable distance. It is located close to 2 tram stations so commuting to Dolmabahce Palace, Galata Tower and Taksim Square is very easy. Breakfast is amazing with 10 cheese variants and continental style. The front desk is very helpful.

The first room we were given had hair in the shower with questionable dirt spots so I requested a change. The second room was thankfully cleaner and they kindly gave us a room in the upper floor. The staff were very helpful. It has a great location, though so definitely worth a stay.

It is suitable for short stays among the hotels at the same price, has great access to the Golden Horn and you can easily go to the tourist attraction points of Istanbul. The hotel facilities are a bit old. However, it has a picturesque view of the sea. The entertainment facilities and lobby environment are not very attractive.

An amazing location for Istanbul, love the hotel, the staff and the location the view, balcony. It’s not the most Touristic location but it’s quite, you can go out for a walk in the park, and enjoy the reflection of the sunset on the golden horn.
