Close to a metro station. It is relatively easy to reach it by car. The breakfast was poor compared to my expectations for this price. The shower was broken and the cards for the room constantly stopped working. The staff was pleasant and always sent the service man after we complained. Overall I can say that my stay was positive no matter the issues we had.

Spent 11 days there. The spa is really good and free unless you book massage. The reception always helps you out. The breakfast is outstanding. Just stayed this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The lobby is pretty luxury but beautiful, the room is big, our view is beautiful and the food is pretty good. Good service and friendly service. This was the first and last time here in this hotel. Although the location is perfect and direct on Taksim area, however the "double-room" space is tiny compared to other hotels. I don't even recommend to take it if you have children. There are other 5star hotels with same or less prices but bigger and newer rooms. It's a very nice hotel. A lot was going on when we were there so police present was everywhere. Fitness center was big and had alot of equipment. Pool was also very large.

Visiting Istanbul without staying in the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is never the complete Istanbul experience, the hotel is outstanding in all aspects from check in to check out you will be treated like a king and your comfort is the hotel primary target. Stayed here 17 /20 April while attanding Turkey Build Exhibition it is ideal as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Exhibition centre. Staff at the Kaya were friendly and offered excellent service . I will especially mention Umit Altin Sena who was so helpfull to me.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we discovered that our reservation had not been processed correctly by the company. Hotel room is lovely with inclusive coffees and refridgerator. Staff very kind and speak english. Food is very delicious and lots of variety. Not in the most beautiful location but the inside is very fancy

The hotel is good, very clean rooms, clean facilities. But the location is not good for tourists at all. It's in the middle of an industrial neighborhood. You have to use taxi to go anywhere

I loved the place! It's really relaxing and clean. They have a very experienced and professional employees. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants, supermarkets and adding to that the beautiful vadistanbul mall. Also, there is a free train service from the mall that could take you to the nearest metro station for beautiful sightseeing. It is worth visiting!
