Great location, Taksim Square is very busy until past midnight which is great if you want to stay out late visiting cafes, shops and watch people late at night while being only few minutes walk back to hotel. This was the first and last time here in this hotel. Although the location is perfect and direct on Taksim area, however the "double-room" space is tiny compared to other hotels. It's a very nice hotel. A lot was going on when we were there so police present was everywhere. Fitness center was big and had alot of equipment. Pool was also very large.

Somehow, in a cheap roadside Motel in the USA was more comfortable than the Titanic, with its narrow corridors and gloomy atmosphere. Just before leaving they left a passport nonsense in short. In the room for three towels for two and somehow cold, plus the window in the bathroom, where blinds are not very tightly closed and the lights in the room dim. I do not recommend at all.

If you want visible luxury, there you go. The spa and gym area is no less than 4500 sqm. Rooms are very comfy and we had the view on the Bosphorus. Not cheap.

The bedroom I was assigned was old, poorly cleaned and not well insulated as I could hear all the noise from the busy traffic road. The temperature in the room was cold but I could not increase it above 21°C. Service and kindness at check-in not so good. Fee was negotiated in EUR but they charged TRY with an unfavourable exchange rate increasing the bill by 10%. Not really a 5 star hotel anymore.

Recently stayed here for a conference. Everything was very well managed by the hotel staff. Food is also very good especially the buffet lunch. I found the reception staff to be exceptionally helpful. Rooms were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Shower had good pressure and kept its set temperature.
