I arrived for a New Year's Eve trip. I booked a single room which was clean, comfortable and simple according to 3 stars. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean and my room cleaned every day. The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. I had a really good time, I will be back here. Thank you.

It is a perfect place with very friendly personnel. Very helpful to anything we want. They close for us all the details about visiting a lot of Instabul Places and Attractions. Great Hotel with an outstanding attention from all the personel. Rooms are small, but have everything necessary to stay calm and rest. Showered have immediate hot water and never had a problem. But also the food, is very good and keep a traditional menu. The location is very practical as you can easily move to different places.

I passed 7 days there the staff is very friendly my baby adore them.we asked to change the room the next day we got a better one.rooms are clean . It is a nice three star hotel in the busy district downtown. Location is good, 15 minute walk to Grand Bazaar and half hour walk to Aya Sophia. Rooms are bit small, but ok and very clean, wifi was not very stable but it's fine for emails and messaging, breakfast above my expectations, it was very good. It's a good value for money.

The rooms were so warm in the summer there wasn’t any AC. And so small … and in the pictures they show that they have a pool but when you get there there’s no pool the breakfast was okey … but if u like luxury i don’t recommend it

Excelent! I fully recommend Prestige hotel! I've stayed here many times and it will be also, my next choose when I'll travel to Istanbul again! Good location. Metro isn't far. Comfy beds. Free tea/coffee at any time. Breakfast is ok. Not great! Bathroom / toilet old and not very clean. Sometimes it is not cleaned during your stay. No sound proof wall which makes it very disturbing as you can hear other people in their room as if they were in yours! The younger staff is friendly but the older ones not really! Not even a smile or a hello!

Azimat is a very good worker. Always clean perfectly my room. I fond many professional ppl and lot o lovely food at restaurant. Enjoyed my first time ever in Turkey. Had a layover due to Turkish Airlines’ lateness leaving the USA. Oğuz and the crew (Enver and Alanur was AMAZING. For its category of hotels its great! About 25 mins away from airport but closer than central Istambul. Less crowded area. Right next to a shopping center with food options. Clean room, comfortable beds. Decent service and certainly better than any Hampton inn in the US. No complaints!

The rooms are clean and services are good. Front desk people, food service people are prompt and helpful. The location is also great. You will find a mall, multiple restaurants to taste local food nearby (almost the nest building of the hotel) Pro tip: if you don't find brush and toothpaste in the room, contact reception. Stayed at this ibis hotel for 2 days in July 2023. Room and bathroom were clean enough. View from the window was beautiful. The staff at reception was very nice and especially Mr Furkan was very helpful and supportive. Restaurants, Banks and shops at 5-7 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend to friends and visitors.

I loved everything about this place. i traveled with my family by car and it was crucial to find a place with free parking space. This hotel gave us everything we needed. free parking, clean rooms, cozy environment and friendly service. not to mention this hotel was next to tram, so it was so easy to get to tourist spots in less than 10-15 minutes. Eresin Hotels Express was a breath of fresh air during my stay in Istanbul which was for medical reasons. The location was great to serve my purposes with extremely easy access to public transportation and the warm, welcoming and helpful staff, especially Mihriban and Nagehan, did their best to accommodate me. Ansolutely saved my staying in Istanbul. The hotel is located near to the most important attractions, ideal for a sightseeing starting point. The T1 tramway is 5 minutes on foot. Near the main campus of Istanbul University as well. Good hotel in the city center with good service and close to everything. The location is baby friendly, the rooms are quiet despite the central location, are renovated recently and cleaned daily. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good enough, but for those who prefer a good strong coffe, maybe try at the reception bar or somewhere else.

As for a trio, the hotel is good enough. Of course, the remont is no longer fresh, but in general it is not bad enough. Breakfast is not even bad. Omelet, fruit! Modest, but you can eat.

Very friendly receptionist. We feel welcomed here. The cleaning stuff is also professional and doing well in her job. The hotel located near to the port so it is really convienent to travel to most of the sightseeing points by the shuttle boat. There is a good terrance as well.

I had a pleasant stay at My Hotel Dora. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the friendly/helpful staff- especially Mehmed who worked on reception at nights who was great. Price is fair for what you get and the rooms feel well maintained and hygienic. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul.
