I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff was friendly, especially Soner at the restaurant, who was very helpful. The free parking was a plus. Ayse from entering this hotel yesterday, to this morning myself and my wife have been very impressed. The front of house were very nice. The bar staff very good the service is excellent. The cleanliness and smell of the hotel is absolutely great. Last nights meal was very nice. The breakfast is amazing too. We look forward to 4 more nights here.

It was a nice stay out for 2 days.Also we had a nice experience with Chef Umut as well Serhat as they provided all the necessary things which we needed. Overall it was a great stay.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They even agreed to a late checkout without any additional fee, which was greatly appreciated. Although the interior decor is somewhat simple, it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Eresin Hotels Express was a breath of fresh air during my stay in Istanbul which was for medical reasons. The location was great to serve my purposes with extremely easy access to public transportation and the warm, welcoming and helpful staff, especially Mihriban and Nagehan, did their best to accommodate me. The cleanliness and the service were also impressive, highly recommended.

The hotel is small , but very quiet wich is very important to rest!! Ihri was our receptionist and she was very kind and helpful. She also accommodated our needs and desires. It is a very clean hotel.

Rooms aren't super spacious but for a single occupant it's enough; comfortable, cleand, and bathrooms nicely usable. Just one point to note, WiFi not so great unfortunately. So if you need good WiFi you might want to consider. Although again staff were helpful there when I said I had to work remotely...

Great Hotel with an outstanding attention from all the personel. Rooms are small, but have everything necessary to stay calm and rest. Showered have immediate hot water and never had a problem. But also the food, is very good and keep a traditional menu. The location is very practical as you can easily move to different places.

Have stayed at Büyük Keban hotel in august this year 2023. Good quality hotel with an amazing breakfast. The hotel reception staff were very helpful especially Mr Murat whom I want to thank again for his help, his care and his dediction. The location is excellent near to everything, the room on 2nd floor facing the main street was quiet with a small balcony and clean with a comfortable bed.

Historic 6-room, recently renovated hotel with good service and excellent management. However, if you are a light sleeper, avoid at all costs! People shouting in the street long after midnight and the hotel is next to a train line (see photo) with the first trains waking you at 4:30. The sea gulls were also very noisy.

Love this old historic 100 years old building, renovated from inside, very nice, safe walking area , awesome hotel owner who goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Amazing staff and even better location. Rooms are okay for the price you pay but the location makes up for everything.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and is well located for access to the airport. The staff were helpful and organised the transfer and they have their own eateries at their sister hotels on the same road or there are restaurants around.

I passed 7 days there the staff is very friendly my baby adore them.we asked to change the room the next day we got a better one.rooms are clean . It is a nice three star hotel in the busy district downtown. Location is good, 15 minute walk to Grand Bazaar and half hour walk to Aya Sophia. Rooms are bit small, but ok and very clean, wifi was not very stable but it's fine for emails and messaging, breakfast above my expectations, it was very good. It's a good value for money.

The rooms were so warm in the summer there wasn’t any AC. And so small … and in the pictures they show that they have a pool but when you get there there’s no pool the breakfast was okey … but if u like luxury i don’t recommend it

A very good hotel, we checked in but unfortunelty our AC was weak so they changed our room and did not dissapoint. The cleaning staff was very efficient and polite. I confirm this is decent and newly built hotel, which is hard to find in Turkiye for the similar price range. Also the neighborhood is surprisingly good, it's far from Istanbul center but very lively with lots of food shops around.

At the very first, we had a few problems with a room bathroom but the staff quickly solved our problem and upgraded us to the best room available. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were equipped with a tv,( I found two channels in English, 26 (or 28) and one in the 40+, it was world news but English. Very good hotel. Decent WiFi and the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries replaced daily. Small fridge in every room. Other bigger hotels locally have bad reviews but Orient Mintur was a decent hotel considering some of the bad reviews of others.

We stayed in this hotel for six days. Positive aspects: -the towels are changed every day. The ladies who clean the rooms also come in the afternoon, so even if go in the city in the afternoon, you will find your room tidy when you return and new towels/shampoo bottles and shower gel. - Wifi works well - Breakfast is satisfactory but the choice is poor. - It is close to the metro and bus stops. The best thing about this hotel is its only 2 balconies so u better book those! The view of istanbul is stunning 😍 rest is just not bad! Just a little climbing up you have to do and the stores are close by and so is hagia sophia so thats great! Just be careful to checkin on time or else they will give your room to somebody else 😂

Hotel is located in the centre of Istanbul's old town, which makes it possible to visit landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Little Hagia Sophia etc. The staff is hospitable and efficient - they were able to accommodate our requests with ease. The room was cosy and breakfast was modest with sufficient offer. It's a great value for money and I would gladly stay there again.

The room was very small and underground. Windows look at the legs of people who seat in garden. We don’t have enough space for our chlotes and baggage. The bathroom was also small. We must extra pay for better room.
