It is a nice three star hotel in the busy district downtown. Location is good, 15 minute walk to Grand Bazaar and half hour walk to Aya Sophia. Rooms are bit small, but ok and very clean, wifi was not very stable but it's fine for emails and messaging, breakfast above my expectations, it was very good. It's a good value for money.

The rooms were so warm in the summer there wasn’t any AC. And so small … and in the pictures they show that they have a pool but when you get there there’s no pool the breakfast was okey … but if u like luxury i don’t recommend it

Good location. Metro isn't far. Comfy beds. Free tea/coffee at any time. Breakfast is ok. Not great! Bathroom / toilet old and not very clean. Sometimes it is not cleaned during your stay. No sound proof wall which makes it very disturbing as you can hear other people in their room as if they were in yours! The younger staff is friendly but the older ones not really! Not even a smile or a hello!

Azimat is a very good worker. Always clean perfectly my room. I fond many professional ppl and lot o lovely food at restaurant. When we got here Mr. Emircan handled our reservations and helped us with some other informations, after that Mr. Emin insisted on helping us with our luggage wich was very kind of him. It's a fine hotel, bed and bathroom are clean. However, you can hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms. If people are talking, the whole floor can part of the conversation. If people are listening to music, the whole building could dance along to it

I loved everything about this place. i traveled with my family by car and it was crucial to find a place with free parking space. This hotel gave us everything we needed. free parking, clean rooms, cozy environment and friendly service. not to mention this hotel was next to tram, so it was so easy to get to tourist spots in less than 10-15 minutes. Eresin Hotels Express was a breath of fresh air during my stay in Istanbul which was for medical reasons. The location was great to serve my purposes with extremely easy access to public transportation and the warm, welcoming and helpful staff, especially Mihriban and Nagehan, did their best to accommodate me. The cleanliness and the service were also impressive, highly recommended.

Good hotel in the city center with good service and close to everything. The location is baby friendly, the rooms are quiet despite the central location, are renovated recently and cleaned daily. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good enough, but for those who prefer a good strong coffe, maybe try at the reception bar or somewhere else.

Well... If you look an hotel just to sleep and the most important is the price and local probably it can be a good option, otherwise you will have a old hotel with some renovations... The bathroom is old and in general everything is old. The breakfast is just the essential. Clean apartment.

I had a pleasant stay at My Hotel Dora. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the friendly/helpful staff- especially Mehmed who worked on reception at nights who was great. Price is fair for what you get and the rooms feel well maintained and hygienic. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul.

I’d like to start off by thanking the staff members of this location, across all levels. My stay here was comfortable, the location is close to many amenities and a train station near by for your commute to historical/tourist areas. A good choice for a place to stay on a one day layover when you want to be close to to airport. Furnishings look quite dated, which makes me think they're about 10 years away from a hotel reminiscent of the one from 12 Monkeys.
