A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them.

The staff was courteous but they gave us only 1 keycard which had to be removed when leaving. We were melting for 2 hours until the air cooled the room when we left the room & returned.

Me and my wife stayed here as part of a package to get my hair surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful We had breakfast in hotel and it was ok did it’s job but was no toaster The hotel has nice lobby for chilling in but strangely has no bar but as the hotel is used by hair surgery guests I’m assuming this is why

Location: a bit far from the centre. You need to take taxi to go to the hotel, and also to go out from the hotel. It is a nice three star hotel in the busy district downtown. Location is good, 15 minute walk to Grand Bazaar and half hour walk to Aya Sophia. Rooms are bit small, but ok and very clean, wifi was not very stable but it's fine for emails and messaging, breakfast above my expectations, it was very good. It's a good value for money.

i booked this hotel for my family to stay, upon checking out they charged 58GBP for the children getting chocolate on the bed sheets this is just ridiculous we ordered room service for one night for 3 meals it was 1400TL the next night we ordered one meal the same as one of the three and they overcharged us it was 1000TL for one not good if you want to take the stairs and are afraid of lifts...
