Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Atakoy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Hotel in Istanbul, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The location of the hotel is perfect—situated close to many of Istanbul’s iconic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The rooftop terrace was another fantastic feature, providing stunning views of the city and a great spot to unwind.

Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel Istanbul exceeded

We came with the stopover program of Turkish airlines and it was perfect for that. Comfortable beds, nice views, very kind staff and a very good breakfast buffet. In the surroundings you can find a shopping center and different local restaurants and cafes. The only thing I would add is a cheaper airport transfer.

Use of the Spa was very pleasant. I upgraded and had treatments which were very good (being a masseuse myself)
I wasn’t on a holiday as such but Shops, Bars and Cafes all super close!!! A little walk to the water front.
All in all I would stay here again for sure 🤗

The hotel is in good location if you need to do shopping and eat in the mall. The hotel was really nice and enjoyed. The breakfast was good too except for when Cook/Chef came to inspect food and I smiled but she had no smile and looked very angry. At the same time the lady chef who was making egg was no better - she had no smile and nothing in her face. It was as if she didn't want to work. However, other staffs were absolutely fabulous. The waiter and porter were the best - he was really helpful

The staff are really amazing, they are super friendly and helpful, very respectful and smiling all the time.
The hotel lobby is very clean and nicely decorated, the concierge staff are professional but need more engaging with guests, specially the ones coming for after surgery recovery! The room cleaning service lady is so sweetheart! She took care of our room every day very neatly and provided everything for us before asking her, and even put more stuff for our comfort!
She has an amazing energy, personally touched my heart by being so nice and caring. God bless her.
Hotel breakfast was fabulous! We stayed here for 7 nights and the breakfast provided everyday was various types and very good quality and clean!
Loved the restaurant staff l, they’re super friendly and caring! Even we could see them working long hours but anytime we would see them, their face were smiling and greeting us!
Anytime we ordered food from room service option, they provided with the best quality! Specially loved the Fettuccine grilled chicken and meat wrap!

We only found out about the Location of the hotel on the 4th day of our stay (since we couldn’t go for walks due to our surgeries ) which was only 2 blocks away from 2 big shopping centres and many stores around!

The experience was really great. The customer service was amazing from the minute we arrived. We can see the sea from our room and the room was very clean. The breakfast was included and it’s really delicious. There were lots of options for hot food, sweets, veggies, fruits, and drinks. There’s an omelet station, soup. The commute to old town was quite straight forward. Check out is at 12pm which I thought was great. No complaints

There check in process was very smooth and welcoming. Additionally the rooms were great, mostly updated and clean and comfy. View is nice. I wish there was a clothing iron. The breakfast was well worth it. So many tasty options. The location is very walkable to public transport and the mall.

We stayed for 2 nights and We booked under Turkish Airlines and stopover program and we extended our reservation. The hotel is great, they’re very attentive and contacted me a few days prior via WhatsApp to confirm all matters and airport transfers. All is good, we had a nice room, clean and comfortable bed. Although we had asked them to clean the room, but they didn’t throw away the trash, only made the beds but they gave us so many clean towels so that’s nice.

Highly recommend this hotel. I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and I think this is one of the best hotels you can stay at if you come for a surgery because of its high quality services. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and the housekeeper changed our bedsheets every day. The staff provided me with an ice every hour which helped me a lot with the bruising and swelling. I really appreciate their support and efforts for making my healing process a lot easier. The location of the hotel is also great. There are two big malls nearby and a lot of restaurants. Prices at the hotel’s restaurant are also reasonable and the food was delicious, but the menu can be improved to contain more choices. The staff is really nice and friendly.
