    Location, view and amenities are great

    Facing the Sea of Marmara and surrounded by shopping malls and shops, this location offers plenty of food options just across the road, making it convenient for dining. However, it is a bit far from major tourist attractions.

    The room is decent and spacious, with a comfortable double bed. It includes basic amenities such as slippers, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, soap, and a buffet breakfast. Rooms on higher floors provide a nice view of the surroundings.

    There are some drawbacks. The bedside table was slightly dusty, and the shower drainage seem blocked and slow to drain water, which made it impossible to enjoy a long, hot shower. Within just 2 minutes, the shower area flooded and overflowed into the toilet. As I arrived late at night, I was too tired to inform the reception, but the property could benefit from better maintenance.

    Nevertheless, it’s a good option for a quick overnight stay. It would have been even better if the shower drainage issue had been addressed.

    We enjoyed our stay so far. The double room is neat and clean. There are no complaints. They were so generous and provided us with a cot and an extra bed because we were more than two people.

    We had an exceptional experience at this hotel and are extremely pleased with the services provided. The rooms are impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, allowing us to fully relax. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. The restaurant stands out for its high-quality food, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

    Great stay! The room is great, the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The most importantly is no noise from busy traffic outside at all. The window and bathroom could be a bit cleaner, that would be nice.

    The breakfast buffet is great and tasty. They have all choices for everyone to choose from. The table arrangement is very nice, has lots of space, not too cramped. Coffee and tea are a must with bakery and sweets.

    The staff here are all nice and helpful from the front desk until the restaurant.

    Location is bit hard to get to because the building is in the middle of traffic which the car kind of fast, you have to cross the street every time to get in the hotel.

    But overall, I recommend for everyone!

    The hotel is good. When booking, I requested a high floor and it was arranged. I booked 4 rooms at once. It is suitable for business trips. I will choose this hotel next time. I recommend everyone to try it.

    I had a great three-week stay here, and I just had to share how awesome the room service and restaurant staff were! They’re super welcoming, always greeting you with a big, warm smile—and way friendlier (and way less serious!) than the front desk folks 😆 I think the staff at the reception were still effected by the Halloween 🎃. 😅

    Overall, it was a good hotel. I'm giving it 3 stars, though, because I've traveled a lot and experienced some truly exceptional places.
