Greymark Hotel

Amazing hotel with very polite and respectful personal. I felt the rooms seemed very clean, most important the shower seemed to be kept clean and fixed. Very much worth the price and everything in between. The gym wasn't the best but it was more than enough for every muscle group.
I never had the chance to try the food as I woke up to late for breakfast.

It was a great experience! Gulșah, the seller manager is a lovely woman, all staff is kindly and always there to resolve everything, the rooms are very big and very clean; they are cleaning them everyday. They were there for all the group, a big one from Romania, in Erasmus project! We love Izmir and Greymark Hotel!

My best friend and I stayed here for just over a week and we absolutely LOVED the place. The staff made our experience wonderful. They were so friendly, we almost became family with them. They were ready to help us at any point of the day/night. We spent hours chilling with them on our last night in the lobby. The rooms were standard and we loved the breakfast buffet every morning as there was so much variety to pick from. I can't really fault anything.
I would choose Greymark over and over again. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Rooms large but basic. Could do with a bit of a face-lift. The bed was huge and comfortable, the rainfall shower very refreshing.
Town centre location but ten minutes from the promenade by the sea.
The staff were fabulous. Really helpful and attentive.
You could do a lot worse if you didn't go there.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Greymark, thank you for a very pleasant stay!

We totally recommend this amazing hotel.We had our stay between 12th-19th February. Everything from staff, service , food, room is excellent. I think the Hotel have the one of the best kitchen chef and food in Izmir. Is been our second trip in Izmir and we can say the best. The food is amazing, fresh, healthy and very very very tasty. The staff is very friendly and professional. If we will come back, we will choose it again. With all the best, Adrian & Elena

When I arrived in Izmir I struggled to find a restaurant where I could eat something good and also I was very dissatisfied because of the location (not the hotel location). When I arrived at the Greymark Hotel and tried their food, I was extremely delighted. Since then, I ate twice a day only at the hotel restaurant. By far, the best and freshest food. I've been to many vacations and hotels, but I've never met such a wonderful staff, people who smile every time they see you, you feel exactly like home. The food comes very quickly, every time we eat before we leave because it was never late, it always came within 10-15 minutes maximum, never later than that. The cleaning is more than a 10 stars.The cleaning lady on the 2nd floor is wonderful, she cleaned our room every day and today being our last night, she left us heart-shaped towels and a message on the bed. Every day I received clean towels and changed my pillowcases. The rooms are large and very comfortable. By far, I had the best experience here, and not because of the hotel itself, but because of the staff.
I am really sorry that I’ve never had space at the Cocktail bar because it’s full all the time by other people from outside and I didn’t had enough luck 🍀 to try the cocktails.

Overall I would say ,it is an OK hotel ,however they're still a lot of things that needs improvement.

Breakfast is always the same.

This hotel has a great potential for a better service and quality food 👌
Did like the Salmon with mash potatoes and a small red sauce, not spiced at all.
Sea bass one day I liked ,when I left I didn't as they've added mushrooms and were not cooked properly, were hard,couldn't ate it.

Definitely needs a more improved breakfast,variety of options ,adding more products, even beans 😁.

It is weired that won't let you with food in the terrace,doesn't make any sense.,as for ex I like to have my coffee with cake and that I would like to eat it outside in the terrace.

Guisan the room attendant was amazing, very polite and room was cleaned properly, which is very important for me .
