This is my second time staying at this hotel for work. Everything is wonderful!!! Helpful and friendly staff, good food, clean room

Good hotel, but you can not walk anywhere. You need a car/taxi to move around.

New Hotel 2015 missing still Gym and Pool staff is friendly. Rooms are good and clean also the Bathroom

Special thanks for the piano in the lobby on the 1st floor!! There are few hotels, probably none at all, where there is a piano. And here it is! It was possible to play, no one seemed to mind

Great hotel close to airport The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. They ordered our taxi and had it for us in about five minutes. The only thing that we wished was different was the pillows.

The pool is perfect for your kids. The spa has gear facilities as well

Spa and fitness center are top. Fitness is very well equipped and mordern. Area is nice and recreational, though not central, with a lot of restaurants around

My husband and I booked a regular room here and were upgraded to a suite with amazing view!! Cleanness and service was impeccable

Charming hotel in a perfect location in Western Izmir. The views are great of the marina bay and the mountain. The gentlemen offered us a free room upgrade to get the amazing marina view

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

The room was ok, the breakfast was good, but the wifi was really bad and needs to be upgraded!

However, the toilet was not comfortable as it was not elevated as it should be for wheelchair users. The elevator was quite spacious. The room was comfortable and provided ample space for wheelchair maneuverability

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom

Nice and clean. The staff is very humble and friendly, especially Gozde Hanim and Aykut Bey. We are happy. Only the pools were closed, so we did not stay long

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

The rooftop pool though small but has splendid panorama seaview and mountain view. The room layout/size is spacious and good for 2 persons with 2 big luggage, and furnitures are modern

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

Every space was clean and sanitary and the rooms were beyond comfortable and remarkably elegant. We were extremely satisfied with the food we were offered, the dishes were delicious and we could not get enough of them

It’s an industrial area, but it’s very quiet! I definitely recommend this place if you want to be far from the traffic and noise of the city, while experiencing a nice luxurious stay!

I had a two-minute walk to the water, where many would gather to socialize and take in the beauty of the city and sea. When it was time for me to go to the airport, the staff called a taxi, which arrived in a minute

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

We’ve just completed 4 great days in Izmir. We were lucky enough to stay at the grand Atlas Oteli. The location, the staff, the atmosphere of this lovely traditional style of hotel made our stay even more memorable

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.

There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink

A/C was insufficient, the room was very cold, you couldn't reach under the sink tap, the sheets were un-ironed and wrinkled, the reception was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

The breakfast is definitely continental, I can’t comment on other meals but we did have room service for an evening meal and it was ‘OK’. The roof top pool and bar is the best thing about the hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person

Towels were new, wc shower was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room is cleaned every day and they change everything, sheets, pillows and towels

When our towels were changed on the second day, some older towels were talked about, but we didn't care much because everything was clean

It was a very nice stay for us. We visited all the hotels in the vicinity and looked at their rooms, but we preferred this place, with my wife and 1 year old daughter. They are also helpful in terms of price

We stayed at palm inn hotel between 3-6 august. The location of the hotel is very central. 10 minutes walking distance to Basmane train station and metro station. the rooms are very comfortable and clean

In the classic hotel breakfast, lime cheese is normally served, but in the palm inn hotel, Izmir Tulum was served, which we liked very much. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful

The biggest problem is parking your car, even though they have their own place, I did not want to wait, so I parked far, in the side streets. I still give 5 stars, I would stay again

Aliaga is an amazing town. The hotel itself was in a fantastic location near the beach. Modern rooms and an amazing breakfast on offer. No pool though but you have an amazing beach nearby. Would definitely recommend.

They have friendly and attentive employees. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. You can also choose with your child, the staff is careful in this regard and tries to help as much as they can in every matter.

Very good business hotel in a commercial area. Clean rooms and very kind and helpful staff and service! The room only needed some minor maintenance to appear more neat.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. There was no view from the window, but as they explained, this is a standard room. Next time we will pay for a room with a good view. We left tea and coffee in the room every day

Our room was very nice with a beautiful balcony on sixth floor of the hotel, view was awesome. The number of sockets for charging mobile and so on. was one and away from the bed

In particular ,one of the reception staff had good instructions for going to the sightseeing and historical places of Izmir. Breakfast is great with lots of variety

Good hotel in a good location, near amusement Park, he's exhibition center, where international exhibitions-fairs. Within walking distance of many facilities including a restaurants, shops.

I haven't stayed at the hotel however we did had an event on the rooftop restaurant. Right in the middle of the city you can enjoy the view 360 degrees. The foods were pretty good too

My watch was stolen from the desk in the room and nothing could be done since it had been 3-4 people entered the room when I was away

The neighborhood is not very convenient and currently they do have a huge construction nearby which makes it really hard to access

It's a nice place to enjoy the afternoon. However the down side is that the hotel is kinda old and has a weird taste of fashion
