Our time at Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention was 10 times better just because Berna was there!!!! Thankfully she works there :) Huge hotel with thermal pools, indoor and outdoor. Balinese massage was FANTASTIC

Walking distance to the beach & marine museum is next door! Good staff, delicious food, the Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek is very recommended for short vacations

Rooms all have an amazing view, and you can even have your pillows scented from a selection of 5 choices😃. Well worth the money, and surrounding the hotel are excellent restaurants and facilities for a fun stay away

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

The room was ok, the breakfast was good, but the wifi was really bad and needs to be upgraded!

It's convenient to take a taxi. They didn't let me in to clean the room, but they would hang the things I need on the door

However, the toilet was not comfortable as it was not elevated as it should be for wheelchair users. The elevator was quite spacious. The room was comfortable and provided ample space for wheelchair maneuverability

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

The hotel location is excellent, facing Aegean Sea. The breakfast restaurant Lima offer beautiful sea view and sea breeze. Walking distance to the bazaar, Konak Pier and Clock Tower Square

You can control the individual temperature within your room. Very nice monogram Marriott slippers and a robe for use. Towels were a little on the smaller size for five star hotel and not as fluffy as one would expect

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

The beds are incredibly soft and clean. Very large TV and a sitting area. Bathrooms are luxurious with marble. Individual pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and body soaps

Every space was clean and sanitary and the rooms were beyond comfortable and remarkably elegant. We were extremely satisfied with the food we were offered, the dishes were delicious and we could not get enough of them

It’s an industrial area, but it’s very quiet! I definitely recommend this place if you want to be far from the traffic and noise of the city, while experiencing a nice luxurious stay!

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean. It was cleaned every day, water was left in the room every morning, and we were very comfortable as 3 people in the suite room

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room

It's 10 months old Hotel, with good management & very near to Maveshier Metro 3 min by walk. U get buses also.. Hotel food is quite good. Located in peaceful area

New Hotel 2015 missing still Gym and Pool staff is friendly. Rooms are good and clean also the Bathroom

Location is good, but the air outside is very much polluted, staff are friendly and helpful. Steam room swimming pool and spa was good however they need to work on ventilation in the basement where the spa is located

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

Hope in the future the hotel can give us two bottles shower gel and shampoo per day (hope the bottle size bigger than before) I Will come back again to this hotel if visiting Izmir

We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

Very good business hotel in a commercial area. Clean rooms and very kind and helpful staff and service! The room only needed some minor maintenance to appear more neat.

There is also a wedding arch on the coast. The sea water is cool, but very good. The city of Aliaga itself is boring, not touristy

Nicely decorated inside with antiques from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Overall , the hotel is excellent and we recommend it to those traveller who do not care about not having pool and playground
