I’m here at the hotel for an extended stay for business and I have to say this is the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel! The location is near everything you could possibly need and the hotel is just beautiful

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

I would like to describe the hotel in a few sentences. It is currently the most luxurious hotel in the central region of Izmir. According to many Izmir residents, this is the best and most luxurious hotel

It was a perfect stay from the booking to the hotel that was very easy thanks to Mammet Jan at the front desk. Nupelda and Ismail were very professional and helpful

The woman who I usually see day to day is Hafize and she is wonderful and she always does such an amazing job! Thank you for making my stay here so relaxing and making my temporary home feel like a nice escape from work!

I travel very frequently for work and I can say that my stay with Swissôtel was one of the best experiences I've ever had

The hotel location is excellent, facing Aegean Sea. The breakfast restaurant Lima offer beautiful sea view and sea breeze. Walking distance to the bazaar, Konak Pier and Clock Tower Square

The rooftop pool though small but has splendid panorama seaview and mountain view. The room layout/size is spacious and good for 2 persons with 2 big luggage, and furnitures are modern

For a 5 stars hotel, I am a bit surprised the hotel towels small, thin and yellowish. Overall, I love the hotel staff service very much. I will visit the hotel again when I am in Izmir :)

However, we found it difficulty to pair our mobile phone with the TV. The satellite tv channels are most in foreign languages, very few English channels to choose from

Our stay at the Marriot was a great one. I was here for a week vacation last summer. Starting from the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety of foods and delicious ones

The most pleasant thing is the staff. The people there are friendly from the bottom of their hearts and help with every question

Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool

On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities

One of our favorite hotels in all aspects, especially accessibility. We stayed for three days, as we did last year. Our room was wheelchair accessible on the 8th floor with a view of the city, hills, and the sea

My husband and I booked a regular room here and were upgraded to a suite with amazing view!! Cleanness and service was impeccable

Location was great! We dined at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, with great views and amazing food!

Though not centrally located, it is still close enough for you to enjoy your time in Izmir

I was traveling with my 88 year old father. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They all were so professional and accommodating when we encountered some challenges

She was extremely helpful, regarding our routes, navigation and suggestions to visit the best places. Very pleasant demeanor and awesome service. Thanks to each one of them for making our stay at Izmir memorable

Good location, 10 min walk to the restaurants and bars. A 15 min walk to the old bazaar area 2 min walk to the sea and the port. It's a good place for any work visit as well as a central place for a tourist stay

Our stay at Renaissance, Izmir was so enjoyable. They have the best staff who are extremely helpful. The location was perfect and the room was great. Special mention about Ms Pelin at the navigator desk

Spa services were also fantastic. We loved the location, rooms were also very clean and quiet. Restaurant menu was good and food/drinks were very tasty

The hotel staff makes up for some minor wrinkles. Walking distance from good food, shopping and other entertainment near the pier. For all other needs, the staff is more than happy to help

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

Hope in the future the hotel can give us two bottles shower gel and shampoo per day (hope the bottle size bigger than before) I Will come back again to this hotel if visiting Izmir

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was nice and well priced. The staff here were really helpful and very nice

The view of the back of the hotel is not very good, wasteland and the construction of villas is underway

Very good business hotel in a commercial area. Clean rooms and very kind and helpful staff and service! The room only needed some minor maintenance to appear more neat.

They have friendly and attentive employees. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. You can also choose with your child, the staff is careful in this regard and tries to help as much as they can in every matter.

Business hotel, comfortable and very clean. It provides beach facilities, rooms without balcony are forcing smokers :) I would gladly stay again, given the circumstances. GOOD WORKING TEAM.

Professional, responsive and hospitable service, amazing rooftop, and great location. From the valet guy, to the front desk staff, and the cleaning crew were all warm, nice, professional, helpful and just amazing

There could be more variety at breakfast (perhaps some kaymak and some freshly squeezed orange juice, not the processed stuff that is currently being served) and much better quality breads and pastries

But the sheets could have been changed and the room hoovered mid way through our (relatively lengthy) stay. Rooms advertised with sea view are heavily obstructed and not at all worth an extra payment

The single pillow provided was extremely soft, usually hotels of this standard provide one hard and soft pillow. Towels and water were topped up daily and bins emptied, which was great

Also not being able to remote control the A/C or place it on timer is a major problem at night. All these are small suggestions but otherwise clean, comfortable, and helpful staff

We spent 1 night in this hotel and it was one of the best in gaziemir. Its close to the airport. I definitely reccomend this hotel. The breakfast was also good! nice friendly staff. especially Efecan and Arzu. Thankyou!

This was the most modern hotel we stayed in all trip. We even grabbed a few lobby beers before walking to the mall for dinner. The dining options in walking distance are not the best, but the mall had a few restaurants

Friend had an early flight so we decided to stay close to the airport. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and most importantly, only a few minutes from the airport

It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!! However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen

Rooms are okey but most of the time card doesn't work and you should change it, breakfast was good. Location accessibility was good.

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am

Air conditioning was set to heat, not cool as it was apparently 'winter time'. Room needs some minor other maintenance works. Conference facilities good but again it was hot with many people in the room

Rooms and thermal pools were good. However, the rooms were full of smoke, also when having meals, you can easily smell smoke from smoking area nearby the buffet

Some may not like that the hotel is quite far from the city's activities, but I consider it an advantage. I certainly enjoy long walks, so a walk to the center or the beach doesn't bother me at all

The hotel is not for those who want an active city vacation, it is located far from the city near the forest. I want to say that the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, but need renovation

The desent was to give 4,5 stars to that hotel. Big, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very polite staf, willing to help you if you need something. Because you need a taxi to go to the center of the town

When we arrived, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes, but the staff quickly took care of that with a machine and a few minutes later most of the smell was gone

Nevertheless, I have to deduct one star because the smell was also in the bed covers and didn't go away

Only one waitress on duty as thr buffet opened making it almost impossible to order a drink. Slow service except when presenting the bill. Upstairs bar closed and has been for over a year. Cannot believe this is a Hilton

The hotel is right near the airport and there isn't much around but this isn't the hotels fault. Although you can hear planes in tbe day, I didn't notice any at night and I am a very light sleeper

We didnt hear any noise from the planes despite the proximity from the airport. I would say this is one of the BEST hotels i have stayed in. I always say what makes a hotel stand out is the PEOPLE and the SERVICE

Fantastic staff and the room service went beyond my expectations (and so cheap!!!) I was fortunate enough to get a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area which was perfect

The reception staff was friendly and warm without being overbearing when we checked in. My son unknowingly left his apple watch in the hotel after checking out a day later

There is a petrol station next door for easy refueling before returning a car rental. Complimentary parking is available. The room is spacious and tastefully designed

A very centrally located hotel in the heart of the city. The front desk is helpful and friendly. The rooms are well furnished and spacious and the welcome gift for the gold and diamond members are very nice

Four ⭐️ hotel that compared to many of the hotel in my 2 weeks trip in 🇹🇷, could easily be a five ⭐️, not because of the amount of services but because of the quality

House cleaning were really good, very clean and tidy, receptionist and restaurant staff were accommodating and hospitable with good selection of meals, free sauna and steam room for the guest along with a well equipped gym

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in as yet ❤️❤️❤️ PS There are a couple of small supermarkets two minutes walk down the road. The most EXCELLENT Turkish pizza and kebab restaurant you MUST try down beside BIMs

Stayed for 5 nights, great location away from the town which is only 20 mins walk away, quiet area. Fantastic hotel with excellent service all around. Decent size room, very comfortable bed and room lighting

The restaurant is superb and not overly expensive with good portions sizes of lovely food. I was here for 6 weeks or so with work so you get to see good and bad

The room is big and clean. We stayed for one night and the breakfast is at a normal level. Being in the center provides convenience for transportation.

Very good location, z little bit noisy due to a train line near by. Cleaning room service is very random speaking about the timing. Super good breakfast.

I stayed one day in Ibis styles bornova izmir. The hotel is new and the rooms was nice but i didn’t like the view. The breakfast was good and a lot of varieties. Service was good too.

Ibis Styles Izmir Bornova is located in business district of Izmir. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and food is fresh and tasty. The hotel has a nice garden. Recommended for travellers.
