Beautiful hotel. Great walking distance from water and restaurants. However the smoking in the hotel was a deal breaker for me. I am asthmatic and couldn't escape the breathable air. We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM. If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

Very comfortable accommodation for price but not located in the best area. We got in late at night and took the metro from the airport.The hotel is about a 10 min walk away and I would not recommend the walk past 12 pm. That said the staff was very nice and as mentioned above the accommodation was great given the low rates.

For the price I've paid this hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious with a comfort bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. A bonus for me was that smoking in the room was allowed. The location is great as this accommodation is located at Alsancak where a buzzing nightlife scene is active. All kind of cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs are within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
