Me and my friend were unable to access our room with the card. When we sought assistance, the staff's response was quite rude, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The experience unfortunately ruined my vacation mood. Room, entertainment and food were nice.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed , value for money is immense. The cost is about 1/3 of equivalent Us hotel. Facilities are clean and stuff is extremely helpful.

Charming hotel in a perfect location in Western Izmir. The views are great of the marina bay and the mountain. The gentlemen offered us a free room upgrade to get the amazing marina view. Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool. On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities. Our stay at the Marriot was a great one. I was here for a week vacation last summer. Starting from the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety of foods and delicious ones. All thanks to the work of chefs at the hotel's restaurant. The rooms live up to the level of a 5-star hotel.

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy. The hotel has complete facilities and it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around.

I stayed for around a week and only 2 of the days I had hot water.  They could not solve this issue.  I didn’t expect this from this brand.

There was no minibar when it was advertised to have one. We asked to have one but they never brought it so no cold drinks. Also need some English speaking channels on TV. The rule stating no outside food or drink in your room is ridiculous

I stayed for two nights in July 2022. My room was on the 18th floor and had a sea view. I was blown away and it was so nice to be able to watch the sunset, people, and the buzz of the night life from the spacious and comfortable balcony. I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out . We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast. Cut salad would be a nice addition; on my visit there were cucumber and tomato slices, as well as greens, that can be used to "make your own".

Great stay, very comfortable and clean, it's obvious that it's an older hotel but looks to be well taken care of. The water DOES have a weird smell to it sometimes but i don't think it has anything to with the hotel, it's just Izmir... The hotel is near the university, very quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

Lovely hotel in a great tree lined avenue on the edge of alsancak with some great bars and eateries. We had an upgrade with a balcony which had a fantastic view. The hotel was very clean with a comfy bed and was really quiet so perfect for a good night’s sleep. Good proximity to public transport, including tram service. Highly recommend.

Ok hotel, nothing fancy. Feels a bit dated in every aspect and would really need a refresh. Breakfast was ok, but again, nothing too good. Bathrooms are well heard through, so be careful. I heard exactly what was done in neighbouring one. Fitness part was a joke. Some small weights, bike and treadmill. Internet was very slow and unreliable. That's all. Very comfortable accommodation for price but not located in the best area. We got in late at night and took the metro from the airport.The hotel is about a 10 min walk away and I would not recommend the walk past 12 pm. That said the staff was very nice and as mentioned above the accommodation was great given the low rates.

The view & pool but was dirty

‏We reserved this hotel for 6 nights in March as a couple . ‏The location is very good near bar street, sea and public transportation but it was noisy. ‏ Room: The size of room was good but the furniture was old with some scratches and stains and the mattress was terrible with a lot of depression on it that was really uncomfortable for sleeping. ‏And the room was not clean, there was hair on pillow...

From the moment I came to the Hotel and spent two nights, the service was excellent. The reception staff is professional, with knowledge of the English language. The room is spacious and very clean. The air conditioner works flawlessly. Breakfast, varied, some Turkish food, and something from the European style. The price is decent and not excessive.
