Charming hotel in a perfect location in Western Izmir. The views are great of the marina bay and the mountain. The gentlemen offered us a free room upgrade to get the amazing marina view. Beautiful hotel. Great walking distance from water and restaurants. However the smoking in the hotel was a deal breaker for me. I am asthmatic and couldn't escape the breathable air. My room was suppose to be non smoking but I smelt cigarettes smokes throughout the night. Both days. I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

Me and my friend were unable to access our room with the card. When we sought assistance, the staff's response was quite rude, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The experience unfortunately ruined my vacation mood. Room, entertainment and food were nice.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

Rooms and thermal pools were good. However, the rooms were full of smoke, also when having meals, you can easily smell smoke from smoking area nearby the buffet. Staffs at buffet area were not friendly, a female staff forgot my omelette (or gave it to others, not sure), wasted my time of waiting the omelette whilst I was in a hurry.
