This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. I found a last minute deal and reserved a room. Our room eas at the 26th floor and it was an old room. But there are many tooms who are being upgraded and renewed. I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.
