IWe stayed at this family friendly hotel with our 2 year old and had a great time. The hotel personnel was excellent and did their best to help us with our requests

It is clean hotel and the food is excellent! The hotel doesn’t have a proper playground and it could do with an indoor play area for kids too

The view & pool but was dirty

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Excellent hotel in Izmir. Services are all rounded. The garden inside the hotel is very relaxing. People are polite n professional.

The woman who I usually see day to day is Hafize and she is wonderful and she always does such an amazing job! Thank you for making my stay here so relaxing and making my temporary home feel like a nice escape from work!

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

The environment is very good, the service is good! It is close to the beach!

It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Really good location with free private parking. Many kinds of food in breakfast. It is easy to go everywhere.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night

The day we went there happened to be a weekend, and there were many families coming to the park for activities, and the traffic was congested 🤪 The traffic jam lasted for half an hour for several hundred meters

It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room

Enjoyed the stay even more, than expected. Great service, staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Non-smoking sea view room on the 8th floor had gorgeous views and was neat, clean and very comfortable

Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

Being located in the city center, it is also connected to one of the main roads of Izmir, making the main attractions of the city easily accessible. The rooms are nice, modern and graceful

The ac was strong, room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had a lot of channels, and the rooftop lounge was a bonus. I had a quiet stay; I never heard my neighbors

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast

I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out

I had a two-minute walk to the water, where many would gather to socialize and take in the beauty of the city and sea. When it was time for me to go to the airport, the staff called a taxi, which arrived in a minute

I was blown away and it was so nice to be able to watch the sunset, people, and the buzz of the night life from the spacious and comfortable balcony

I ordered room service twice and the food was really good. The hotel is located within walking distance of many sites, shops, and restaurants

Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening

Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. plain, polite but not that attentive

Conveniently located steps away from the shore and got upgraded junior suite with Bonvoy status. Lounge offers happy hour but no breakfast.

advantage: The location is okay. It's next to Renaissance and a five-minute walk from the beach. There's a mini Carrefour nearby. Prices are similar to those in China

We were a group of friends and enjoyed 2 nights at the Ibos Hotel.  We are delighted with the service and the hotel, location is perfect to discover all amenities. Highly recommended.

As a four-person trip, we had limited options and only had two extra beds in the living room.

Everything was great. The parking lot valet parking was smooth and friendly. The beach is close, so you can walk there. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor

The Hotel is just a few weeks taken over from Double Tree. The management tries to make the guest happy and they take care about the guests

Right by the sea, but there is a wide main road that doesn't lead to the beach The restaurant has an unbeatable sea view and a rich breakfast

Excellent hotel, the view on the 11th floor is mesmerizing, the staff is amazing and the food, especially the breakfast, delicious. It is located next to the Konak metro station which makes moving in Izmir extremely easy

The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large

The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot

There are sea view rooms with a view of the Aegean Sea, and the view is great

Very warm hotel during this cold period. Breakfast room offers nice views to the sea. Rooms very big and beds are huge(would sleep a family of 4😁) People seems to be very kind in Turkey

It's really good hotel, more than 3 stars. Big rooms with everything, iron, weight, big tv, big bed. Everything closed to hotel, view to the sea. A little bit noisy from the road but it's ok with closed window

Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner

Great hotel with a nice experience. am, they checked me in and didn’t ask me to wait till 2. pm which is normal check in time, gave me free breakfast that same morning. The hospitality was a unique one

Whilst they didn’t clean our room in the three days we were there, this wasn’t really an issue for us but may be for some, and if we had mentioned it to the staff, they would have done so in a flash

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but most importantly it was very central, very close to the water and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and friendly and extremely helpful

the only problem was walking up 4 stories to get to the room. The room was clean and spacious but unfortunately there was black mould around the bathtub and you could smell it, so we didn't use it

Electricity and plumbing require maintenance. it can be a better hotel with simple interventions. some water drains are blocked. nice if they use germicidal hygienic cleaning chemicals

The location is very convenient to reach with the bus (15 TL) both the centre of Çesme and the beautiful beach of Altinkum (the most beautiful of Çesme, but with always cold water) and also the other beaches (Pirlanta, etc)

We spent 12 wonderful days in this charming hotel. There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had here. The breakfast was exceptional, the hosts were real delight

The public beach in front is unfortunately not very well maintained but the water is clear and clean

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Not a buffet but items are well chosen and of good quality. Basic breakfast is the same everyday but some additions vary daily

There are exceptions, of course, but old occupations and illegal structures. Beaches are the property of all of us. Even if they have a title deed, from where the wave hits

but there are tourism exceptions of course. Let's protect our beaches from occupation and mafia, let's not allow our rights to be usurped

We did not hear any sound from right or left, but when we closed the balcony, there was no disturbing sound from outside

In general, we left satisfied. The breakfast could have been slightly below average, with fresher and hotter varieties

I did not stay in this hotel, but its location is quite good, in addition to the sea and city view of Aliağa, the reflection of the lights of Tüpraş, especially at night, to the sea provides a perfect view

After a nice conversation after breakfast, we had to enjoy the beach and swim with the fish in the sea with the umbrellas and sun loungers that Kerem prepared for us on the beach

There has been a handover in the last year and the hotel is an amazing place to stay ever since. Very clean, stylish rooms, extremely friendly service and good food. You really feel rather like a guest than a customer
