It is clean hotel and the food is excellent! The hotel doesn’t have a proper playground and it could do with an indoor play area for kids too

Great hotel , clean big bedroom! The bathroom could possibly win an award for being the most awkward to us as it’s tiny and the door swings in, you kinda have to be a ballerina and hop over the toilet to close the door behind you in order to get to the shower! Unfortunately the roof terrace and pool were out of action at the time of our stay, so check before you go

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, for them there is never a problem, only solutions! The maintenance staff are very present and efficient, I had a small problem with the door to my room, and I was directly offered to change my room for a better one, I was very satisfied with their responsiveness

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM

I also highly recommend its geographical position, right in the center of Izmir, less than 3 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the souk, 10 minutes from the seafront

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Excellent hotel in Izmir. Services are all rounded. The garden inside the hotel is very relaxing. People are polite n professional.

The woman who I usually see day to day is Hafize and she is wonderful and she always does such an amazing job! Thank you for making my stay here so relaxing and making my temporary home feel like a nice escape from work!

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

Exquisite🔥 This is the 5 star you're looking for in Izmir! Excellent food, smallish pool but with an excellent vibe and the spa services (mostly free) are insanely qualitative. Service is 10/10, though it is pricey

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed , value for money is immense. The cost is about 1/3 of equivalent Us hotel. Facilities are clean and stuff is extremely helpful.

Walking distance to the beach & marine museum is next door! Good staff, delicious food, the Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek is very recommended for short vacations

Connected to shopping mall, if you reserve a Suite you get access to Club Lounge in 13th floor serving snacks, meals, deserts & drinks from morning until evening, the breakfast buffet at the lobby, they have good outdoor & indoor swimming pools, spacious suites, conformable beds, sofas & pillows, good bathrooms with standing shower & bathtub, double sink & double TVs, good coffee machine & working...

Rooms all have an amazing view, and you can even have your pillows scented from a selection of 5 choices😃. Well worth the money, and surrounding the hotel are excellent restaurants and facilities for a fun stay away

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

The beds are incredibly soft and clean. Very large TV and a sitting area. Bathrooms are luxurious with marble. Individual pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and body soaps

The hotel, in my opinion, is in a perfect location as it gives you the chance to enjoy the amazing seaside view and the numerous cafes and restaurants nearby

The ac was strong, room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had a lot of channels, and the rooftop lounge was a bonus. I had a quiet stay; I never heard my neighbors

I had a two-minute walk to the water, where many would gather to socialize and take in the beauty of the city and sea. When it was time for me to go to the airport, the staff called a taxi, which arrived in a minute

Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening

Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. plain, polite but not that attentive

Conveniently located steps away from the shore and got upgraded junior suite with Bonvoy status. Lounge offers happy hour but no breakfast.

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

Hope in the future the hotel can give us two bottles shower gel and shampoo per day (hope the bottle size bigger than before) I Will come back again to this hotel if visiting Izmir

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.

Ate in resturant 1 night, i had the fillet of beef i enjoyed, daughter had the seasonal veg and meatballs, the meatballs was undercooked, we were also harrassed by 2 girls begging they actually stole some of the food off our plates 4 of the male staff did nothing ignored, a customer who was having a drink actually chased them off

Excellent hotel, the view on the 11th floor is mesmerizing, the staff is amazing and the food, especially the breakfast, delicious. It is located next to the Konak metro station which makes moving in Izmir extremely easy

Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner

Housekeeping is great and reception staff are very courteous! Parking Valet service is also great and the hotel provides free parking! Hotel Breakfast is very good and served on a very nice rooftop room! Hotel location is also great and close to the waterfront and most attractions in Izmir!

Great hotel with a nice experience. am, they checked me in and didn’t ask me to wait till 2. pm which is normal check in time, gave me free breakfast that same morning. The hospitality was a unique one

the only problem was walking up 4 stories to get to the room. The room was clean and spacious but unfortunately there was black mould around the bathtub and you could smell it, so we didn't use it

Electricity and plumbing require maintenance. it can be a better hotel with simple interventions. some water drains are blocked. nice if they use germicidal hygienic cleaning chemicals

The location is very convenient to reach with the bus (15 TL) both the centre of Çesme and the beautiful beach of Altinkum (the most beautiful of Çesme, but with always cold water) and also the other beaches (Pirlanta, etc)

We spent 12 wonderful days in this charming hotel. There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had here. The breakfast was exceptional, the hosts were real delight

The public beach in front is unfortunately not very well maintained but the water is clear and clean

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Not a buffet but items are well chosen and of good quality. Basic breakfast is the same everyday but some additions vary daily

There are exceptions, of course, but old occupations and illegal structures. Beaches are the property of all of us. Even if they have a title deed, from where the wave hits

but there are tourism exceptions of course. Let's protect our beaches from occupation and mafia, let's not allow our rights to be usurped

We did not hear any sound from right or left, but when we closed the balcony, there was no disturbing sound from outside

In general, we left satisfied. The breakfast could have been slightly below average, with fresher and hotter varieties

I did not stay in this hotel, but its location is quite good, in addition to the sea and city view of Aliağa, the reflection of the lights of Tüpraş, especially at night, to the sea provides a perfect view
