Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

We stayed in an Executive Suite in August. The rooms were clean but surprisingly small for one of the largest suites in the hotel – around 35 sqm. A particularly unpleasant incident occurred at check-in: although I presented my passport and repeatedly explained that the other passports were safely stored in the suitcase and that I would of course provide them later, the receptionist insisted that...

No swimming pool, no exchange currency service, people at restaurant, most of them rude with some exceptions, the location is good

The environment is noisy, the front desk service attitude is poor and lacks patience.

Good hotel, ideal for business travelers!

We spend 3 nights. Loved it. Big thanks to Manager Burcin (I hope i wrote your name correctly) -Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. Breakfast was good. -Centrally located. Having taxi station by the hotel helped a lot. End conclusion; we’ll go again and we recommend. -Front desk manager Burcin will help you all the way.

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom. However, the toilet was not comfortable as it was not elevated as it should be for wheelchair users. The elevator was quite spacious. You can look at the old photos on google, instagram. We stayed 1 week ago. The rooms were perfect, the breakfast was very good, the location is very close to the bazaar. Owners were also very involved. If we go again, we will choose this hotel.

The apartments are large and comfortable, and the service was fantastic, with just a message required to the whatsapp number provided. The management obviously cares about the property and ensuring guests are comfortable. The room service every two days is above and beyond so if you want a clean place then stay here! We stayed in room 107, which overlooks the marina so the view is lovely and open....

Hotel is convenient for families with especially young kids; the facilities are close to each other and there are adequate activities to keep the children busy. We were especially happy with kids club headed by Mr. Fatih. He was friendly; welcoming kids and preparing entertainment for both kids and adults!

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. We particularly enjoy the spa and wellness center. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and caring. Great hotel, great ( if slightly over attentive with the plate removal during meals 🙂) staff. Not a real problem, but it would be nice to still have a plate infront of you while you pit you last forkful in your mouth 😉 More than enough variety of food. Excellent place, but there is an interesting fact I have learned from the locals, they say the prices fluctuate, and they can change drastically to higher and lower figures.

Cozy, family hotel with private beach. it has great breakfast and dining options. For more space and garden, you can book villas instead of hotel rooms here for a small extra cost.
