We appreciated the staff’s service from the receptionists, to the waiters in breakfast hall, to the security team and baggage porters. We will definitely choose this hotel if we ever go back to Izmir

My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

Despite booking in advance, the hotel was nearly full upon arrival, yet they went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view

good professional team of staff, great breakfast menu. Good food but definitely staying in Hilton you must go out in the sea shore and explore the local food in many of restaurants nearby

One of the best hotels in Izmir. Location: city centre, not far from the square, Saat Kulesi, and the waterfront Kordon, where there are many shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and recreation on the street

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Service: pleasant, smiling staff who is not lazy to answer all the questions of the visitor and create only pleasant impressions of stay in hotel

this hotel is not worth the money - service at the reception is rude - when checking in, I asked for a long time away from smoking rooms, tomorrow is very poor, all the furniture needs repair - I highly do not recommend

The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good

Sorry but we booked hotel because we read reviews about their indoor pool, we only find out wen we got to 11th floor that pool is being refurbished and not available

The spa is the most enjoyable part of our stay and is fully accessible, except for the outdoor swimming pool. They provide a portable seat to assist in transferring a disabled person into and out of the pool

On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities

Connected to shopping mall, if you reserve a Suite you get access to Club Lounge in 13th floor serving snacks, meals, deserts & drinks from morning until evening, the breakfast buffet at the lobby, they have good outdoor & indoor swimming pools, spacious suites, conformable beds, sofas & pillows, good bathrooms with standing shower & bathtub, double sink & double TVs, good coffee machine & working...

One of our favorite hotels in all aspects, especially accessibility. We stayed for three days, as we did last year. Our room was wheelchair accessible on the 8th floor with a view of the city, hills, and the sea

Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool

Well, luckily the room is good, old but gold. Breathtaking view for Sea View Room We stayed in 14th floor, but unfortunately there was a smell leaking problem. No matter how many times the lady cleaner came to clean

Hotel itself is decent i have been there once. But the restaurant at the top has a breathe taking view. Pro: great view, delicious food, staff is welcoming. Cons: room are a little old and amenities can be better

Nice and clean. The staff is very humble and friendly, especially Gozde Hanim and Aykut Bey. We are happy. Only the pools were closed, so we did not stay long

This hotel is right alongside the sea wall. Our room overlooked the water and because we were several floors up, looking out the large windows gave you the feeling of being on a ship

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.

I strongly recommend you to watch the sunset by the beach, which is one of the favorite places of the people of Izmir

Location, sea view, general atmosphere, proximity to squares, shops and restaurants, rooms are spacious and clean, with a choice of smoking rooms or not, breakfast was good, with some variety, with the possibility of ordering boiled eggs at no extra charge, staff on The front desk speaks fluent English

Ate in resturant 1 night, i had the fillet of beef i enjoyed, daughter had the seasonal veg and meatballs, the meatballs was undercooked, we were also harrassed by 2 girls begging they actually stole some of the food off our plates 4 of the male staff did nothing ignored, a customer who was having a drink actually chased them off

Good location, 10 min walk to the restaurants and bars. A 15 min walk to the old bazaar area 2 min walk to the sea and the port. It's a good place for any work visit as well as a central place for a tourist stay

The Hotel is just a few weeks taken over from Double Tree. The management tries to make the guest happy and they take care about the guests

Firstly, the front office manager and people there, especially Yasemin, were fantastic. The hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping department made it wonderful

There's a dual carriageway outside so you cannot cross to get to the sea. The paths are very uneven, on the location feels like you are in the middle of an industrial estate!

This is the second time I have stayed here, both times our trips were made by the kindness of everyone working here. The hotel is clean, the food is amazing. And I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff are

Nice hotel with Good location. Near to İzmir famous attractions. Konak, kemeraltı, alsançak, aşansor , accross to seaside. Nice restaurant on the top floor. The breakfast just ok not so awesome

The service was nice helping us with the bags, but its a simple hotel. We stayed in the QUAD Room which was big enough for us. The room looked okay a few little broken tiles or dated wood next to the toilet aside

Great location, breakfast and most staff are friendly. There are visible and disturbing signs of age in the hotel amenities specially kitchens and bathrooms!

But I have heard from others that the normal rooms are rather small so keep that in mind

Stayed in bungalows 2 years ago and almost everything was exceptional. excellent beach and water, food and rooms were outstanding. "Ilica" probably has the best sea and beach all around Turkey

Great ambiance at the beach bar. Breakfast buffet is quite good but small with constantly refreshed. Bar drinks are quite pricey but the location is quite trendy and outgoing for young turks vacationing on the seaside

Beautiful hotel build in terraces. Great location on the side of ilica sand beach. Water is not deep for the first 80-100yards. Individual or twin bungalows: spacious with terrace and large and clean bathroom

Eat dinner outside the hotel to taste some traditional plates and desserts
