I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

I had a very relaxing stay at Mövenpick. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Perfect selection of European and Local Food for Breakfast. Extraordinary Service all the time. Sorry but we booked hotel because we read reviews about their indoor pool, we only find out wen we got to 11th floor that pool is being refurbished and not available. The rooms for clean and great for the price that you’re paying for. Breakfast was decent with a nice view in the terrace. Reception was more than helpful, for any requests and advices in the city. It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!! However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen. My room was excellent and the cleaning was excellent thanks to the cleaning staff the restaurant was excellent thanks. The staff at the reception were ok thay really need to learn some English I went and add a masage down stairs in the gym. She said do want extra work done. You can build a building and call it a hotel but it takes right people to make it feel like home. Their staff of one of the most personal and friendly group of staff that I have ever seen. My family and me were really delighted for the quality and Service we got during our 1 night stay. I really cannot praise it enough for the hygiene and room quality we got for that price (transfer to airport was organized at 1:30 am without costs.. Really nice. And kind staff in that hotel. Very good i can say.. we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty..room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one..can't be sure about hygiene..people come here to get better with any kind of skin issues in the end 🤔 i can highly recommend with friendly crew 🥰

There is a large atrium at the hotel which has live music until the night - it does get rather loud while the music is on so sleep may get impacted if you're an early sleeper. Situated in a building site and sandwiched between 2 very busy roads a taxi ride from the centre. Comfortable clean rooms but let down by poorly trained staff. Only one waitress on duty as thr buffet opened making it almost impossible to order a drink. Slow service except when presenting the bill. Upstairs bar closed and has been for over a year. Cannot believe this is a Hilton.
