I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

I had a very relaxing stay at Mövenpick. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Perfect selection of European and Local Food for Breakfast. Extraordinary Service all the time. Tour companies book here for their guests. That means there can be peak hours at the restaurant or at the elevator line. We stayed here 2 nights thanks to Jolly Tour. You can build a building and call it a hotel but it takes right people to make it feel like home. Their staff of one of the most personal and friendly group of staff that I have ever seen. They went above and beyond for our needs, they were truly amazing. Every person you interact with is professional and they are there to make your stay amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Mia City Hotel. The hotel was quite advanced, modern clean and had everything that you would want to make your hotel stay quite convenient. Very good i can say.. we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty..room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one..can't be sure about hygiene..people come here to get better with any kind of skin issues in the end 🤔 i can highly recommend with friendly crew 🥰

This is thermal hotel with natural springs. I mean hot water. The hotel building is old . It's functional. But not well maintained. The Spa is good. Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.

I stayed one day in Ibis styles bornova izmir. The hotel is new and the rooms was nice but i didn’t like the view. The breakfast was good and a lot of varieties. Service was good too.

I stayed 2 nights at first night i killed 4 and second night 3 mosquitos in the room. I couldn't sleep well Hotel room is very bad. Electricity socets are not working. there isn't too many options at the breakfast. Generally hotel do not deserve that price.

We are having lunch here but not staying in this hotel. Their restaurant is so beautiful with table setting. Food is good taste but not the best. Breast chicken is not tasty. The mushrooms soup like it a lot.

The staff at the reception were ok thay really need to learn some English I went and add a masage down stairs in the gym. She said do want extra work done. Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner. Although room was quiet hygiene and clean.

Found beer in the fridge. A room on our floor had a broken septic tank, and the corridor smelled of sewage; this problem was resolved by the time we got back from breakfast. However, the room was neat and the carpets were clean, which I really appreciated.

Of the real minuses - through the exhaust fan in the bathroom you can hear everything that is happening in the adjacent room. I am a sensitive smoker, it was a little uncomfortable. Room smells heavily of smoke, and hallways are dark. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated and served its purpose. It's a budget friendly option, so don't expect 5⭐️ service or amenities.

It has a nice view of sea, and many restaurants around it. But loud music is ON every night in front of the Hotel. That is the most annoying side of Marla. Nearby clubs make very loud noise during the night. And, doorstep of the Hotel is always closed with cars that bring hindrance to enter. It would be better if the Hotel administration would put a street cones to allow visitors enter easily.

Excellent value for money, we received good service for very little money, we stayed in the center of Izmir for longer than we thought, the maids are for special praise because of their kindness and discretion. system as much as you can eat. All things considered, we can overlook some minor flaws.

I don't have good memories of the hotel. The rooms are correct, that is not the problem. The point is that, one week after booking the room and receiving the reservation confirmation, the day before arriving I received an automatic message that they could no longer confirm my reservation and they did not respond to my messages asking for clarification. But the reservation system did not let me cancel...

Situated in a building site and sandwiched between 2 very busy roads a taxi ride from the centre. Comfortable clean rooms but let down by poorly trained staff. Only one waitress on duty as thr buffet opened making it almost impossible to order a drink. Slow service except when presenting the bill. Upstairs bar closed and has been for over a year. Cannot believe this is a Hilton.

The desent was to give 4,5 stars to that hotel. Big, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very polite staf, willing to help you if you need something. Then why not 5 stars. Because you need a taxi to go to the center of the town. Thanks God you pay just around 100 to 140 turkish liras for that purpose.

I stayed here for a business trip to Izmir. The room was excellent, very comfortable beds and pillows. There were tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water daily. I had an issue one night with the air conditioning, some of the other guests were cold so the hotel had switched over to winter mode but this made my room extremely hot. We unexpectedly stayed here recently due to travel disruption. Airline arranged stay. It's a very nice business class hotel. Food and service excellent. Comfortable large room. Good location near airport and a major shopping mall and public transport in walking distance which goes into central Izmir. We were made very welcome in difficult circumstances.

Luxury hotel from the minute you walk through the door. Lounge area has large seating areas with leather Chesterfields. Bar service is available here, it's not expensive at all. They upgraded us to a suite which was really nice and the valet was very helpful showing us a good place to park the motorbikes and with our bags.

This place is great value for money. The location is in the electronics quarter and is close to shops, restaurants, markets, the sea, and is 10 minutes by foot from Basmane. Breakfast is decent. Some people may find the walls thin but it didn't bother us.
