Very good i can say.. we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty..room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one..can't be sure about hygiene..people come here to get better with any kind of skin issues in the end 🤔 i can highly recommend with friendly crew 🥰

This is thermal hotel with natural springs. I mean hot water. The hotel building is old . It's functional. But not well maintained. The Spa is good. Despite its a natural thermal spa they have to add plenty of Chlorin to the water. Since the place is a little crowded. They accept people out of hotel too. Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.

After a rather stressful journey, Çağlar and Ayberg from reception did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We give you 100 points. When choosing a room, you do everything right if you opt for the sea view. The view is very nice.

Front office staff is very helpful. The restaurant staff is very polite and the meals are high class. Rooms are quite nice, a bit old but clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again.

It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!! However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen. I didn't have problem with paying for fixing, but $350? Also the next day when I was leaving my hotel room at 7am, there were two people outside our rooms waiting to go check the rooms. I stayed here for a business trip to Izmir. The room was excellent, very comfortable beds and pillows. There were tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water daily. I had an issue one night with the air conditioning, some of the other guests were cold so the hotel had switched over to winter mode but this made my room extremely hot. I stayed one day in Ibis styles bornova izmir. The hotel is new and the rooms was nice but i didn’t like the view. The breakfast was good and a lot of varieties. Service was good too.

I stayed 2 nights at first night i killed 4 and second night 3 mosquitos in the room. I couldn't sleep well Hotel room is very bad. Electricity socets are not working. there isn't too many options at the breakfast. Generally hotel do not deserve that price.

We are having lunch here but not staying in this hotel. Their restaurant is so beautiful with table setting. Food is good taste but not the best. Breast chicken is not tasty. The mushrooms soup like it a lot.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and felt very comfortable. The rooms were cozy and luxuriously furnished, there was a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Situated in a building site and sandwiched between 2 very busy roads a taxi ride from the centre. Comfortable clean rooms but let down by poorly trained staff. Only one waitress on duty as thr buffet opened making it almost impossible to order a drink. Slow service except when presenting the bill. Upstairs bar closed and has been for over a year. Cannot believe this is a Hilton.

The desent was to give 4,5 stars to that hotel. Big, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very polite staf, willing to help you if you need something. Then why not 5 stars. Because you need a taxi to go to the center of the town. Thanks God you pay just around 100 to 140 turkish liras for that purpose.

Really great location and very big clean rooms however from 6 am cleaners were making noise on Saturday morning I wanted to rest but noise woke me up last thing I want on holiday to wake up at 6 am on Saturday.

The hotel has a good environment and a good location. The overall hotel is quite good. However, the soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can hear the phone calls of the people next door clearly, and you will be woken up at night.

The indoor pool and that area was all closed which is what I was looking for and not much in the room

2 couples 3 nights, great rooms and breakfast. Good location easy walk to the bazaar and seafront. For thoughs that have trouble finding a park out the front, the witches hats are for you. Just move them and park. The staff will be out straight away. They will help you unload, then take your car to the oto parking across the road. Great and very helpful staff. Denis

Great & central stay in Izmir. We stayed there for 5 nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay at Izmir Ontur Hotel. Breakfast variety was good and of good quality. Cleanliness is very good. The location is very central and only a short walk to all transport options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. Highly recommend Izmir Ontur Hotel.

The hotel is quite close to airport (about 5 mins) and rooms were clean. However, there are two major issues 1) the staff is not courteous. Lovely staff, even with the language barrier. This was my second stay and it was so much better. Larger spacious room and no smell of smoking in my room as shockingly this hotel allows smoking in rooms. Breakfast needs more variety 😋 Great location to get around by foot or taxi.

My room was excellent and the cleaning was excellent thanks to the cleaning staff the restaurant was excellent thanks. The staff at the reception were ok thay really need to learn some English I went and add a masage down stairs in the gym. She said do want extra work done.
