The hotel is very big, located in the south of Izmir Bay, not far from the beach, with a swimming pool and parking lot. The room is nice and spacious for one person. It is located outside the city.

The location is a little remote on the hillside, but the environment is very good, the scenery is also good, and you can see a little bit of the Aegean Sea

The nurse of the hotel took very considerate care of me, applied medicine and iced it with the help of the translator, and I recovered in two days

Our time at Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention was 10 times better just because Berna was there!!!! Thankfully she works there :) Huge hotel with thermal pools, indoor and outdoor. Balinese massage was FANTASTIC

The spa is the most enjoyable part of our stay and is fully accessible, except for the outdoor swimming pool. They provide a portable seat to assist in transferring a disabled person into and out of the pool

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night

Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant

I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

Being located in the city center, it is also connected to one of the main roads of Izmir, making the main attractions of the city easily accessible. The rooms are nice, modern and graceful

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

Every space was clean and sanitary and the rooms were beyond comfortable and remarkably elegant. We were extremely satisfied with the food we were offered, the dishes were delicious and we could not get enough of them

It’s an industrial area, but it’s very quiet! I definitely recommend this place if you want to be far from the traffic and noise of the city, while experiencing a nice luxurious stay!

The ac was strong, room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had a lot of channels, and the rooftop lounge was a bonus. I had a quiet stay; I never heard my neighbors

I had a two-minute walk to the water, where many would gather to socialize and take in the beauty of the city and sea. When it was time for me to go to the airport, the staff called a taxi, which arrived in a minute

Location is good, but the air outside is very much polluted, staff are friendly and helpful. Steam room swimming pool and spa was good however they need to work on ventilation in the basement where the spa is located

amazingly friendly staff and great location. the only potential downside is the lit up walls outside the building if you are sensitive to that at night. otherwise, a lovely stay. thank you to the great front desk staff!

Great experience! The hamam type bathroom was a wonderful surprise in our room! We will be back for sure! Great spa and massage as well! We stayed here because we had an excellent experience last year by chance in the Spa, and we were not dissapointed! Great rooms, really clean, truly great service! Greatly recommend! Although the entire hotel facilities are old, the room is still quite large, the light is good, and there is also a desk where you can use the computer! The sea view room is cost-effective

Our room was showing its age, shower head valve did not work (had to use shower wand), and if shower worked the shower head itself looked disgusting. Shower floor was spongy and chalking was deteriorating

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink

A/C was insufficient, the room was very cold, you couldn't reach under the sink tap, the sheets were un-ironed and wrinkled, the reception was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

The breakfast is definitely continental, I can’t comment on other meals but we did have room service for an evening meal and it was ‘OK’. The roof top pool and bar is the best thing about the hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person

The Hotel is just a few weeks taken over from Double Tree. The management tries to make the guest happy and they take care about the guests

The hotel is near the university, very quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

Excellent hotel, the view on the 11th floor is mesmerizing, the staff is amazing and the food, especially the breakfast, delicious. It is located next to the Konak metro station which makes moving in Izmir extremely easy

The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot

This review is about an experience with a receptionist in the hotel which made our stay beyond five stars and genuinely saved our trip, on the last day of our itinerary we were involved in a traffic accident which immobilised the car, and being in a Turkey we weren’t able to communicate properly due to linguistic differences, the receptionist at the hotel went above and beyond in helping us not only...

The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall

The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center

There is a Macrocenter (Supermarket) on the first floor and many small nice restaurants / bakeries / specialties where you can eat delicious food such as at Lime Alaçati
