The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM. If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. I found a last minute deal and reserved a room. Our room eas at the 26th floor and it was an old room. But there are many tooms who are being upgraded and renewed. Choose this hotel gor your next Izmir vacation/holiday. You should definitely pay extra for the executive lounge access. It is amazing.

I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool. Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor. They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking.

I stayed one day in Ibis styles bornova izmir. The hotel is new and the rooms was nice but i didn’t like the view. The breakfast was good and a lot of varieties. Service was good too.

I stayed 2 nights at first night i killed 4 and second night 3 mosquitos in the room. I couldn't sleep well Hotel room is very bad. Electricity socets are not working. there isn't too many options at the breakfast. Generally hotel do not deserve that price.

Very cute, as home. Especially staff is very friendly and helpful. Want to express my thanks to especially to Ali, Eren and Melisa who were very helpful with our children.

We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

We came as a couple. Sadly, the receptionist cant speak English well. I couldnt understand why most of hotels’ in Turkey even in touristic place always choose to speak Turkish when they see somebody who can speak Turkish, and let the Turkish translate it to us, English speaker. And how the receptionist behave is like we, the non Turkish speaker isnt even there. Kept talking in Turkish, and hoping my...

Hotel itself is decent i have been there once. But the restaurant at the top has a breathe taking view. The food is amazing as well. Pro: great view, delicious food, staff is welcoming. Cons: room are a little old and amenities can be better.

Great hotel very clean, good and friendly staff .... near the hotel is stores for shopping also lots of cafes and restaurants and also the port for late night walks!!!! Stayed here over 3 times !!!!

Located in beachshore and close to restaurants, shopsand historical monuments. Staffs kind. View to the bay excellent.

Awesome place to stay..the hotel is on the bank of Beach and near to the city centre..very nice location for food esp the sea food.

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast. Cut salad would be a nice addition; on my visit there were cucumber and tomato slices, as well as greens, that can be used to "make your own".
