We appreciated the staff’s service from the receptionists, to the waiters in breakfast hall, to the security team and baggage porters. We will definitely choose this hotel if we ever go back to Izmir

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

Despite booking in advance, the hotel was nearly full upon arrival, yet they went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view

Great hotel , clean big bedroom! The bathroom could possibly win an award for being the most awkward to us as it’s tiny and the door swings in, you kinda have to be a ballerina and hop over the toilet to close the door behind you in order to get to the shower! Unfortunately the roof terrace and pool were out of action at the time of our stay, so check before you go

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM

If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms were very nice, and I loved the location. A short walk to the shore which has a very nice park for walking and many places to eat

One of the best hotels in Izmir. Location: city centre, not far from the square, Saat Kulesi, and the waterfront Kordon, where there are many shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and recreation on the street

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Service: pleasant, smiling staff who is not lazy to answer all the questions of the visitor and create only pleasant impressions of stay in hotel

this hotel is not worth the money - service at the reception is rude - when checking in, I asked for a long time away from smoking rooms, tomorrow is very poor, all the furniture needs repair - I highly do not recommend

The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good

Sorry but we booked hotel because we read reviews about their indoor pool, we only find out wen we got to 11th floor that pool is being refurbished and not available

Nice and clean. The staff is very humble and friendly, especially Gozde Hanim and Aykut Bey. We are happy. Only the pools were closed, so we did not stay long

This hotel is right alongside the sea wall. Our room overlooked the water and because we were several floors up, looking out the large windows gave you the feeling of being on a ship

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Good location, 10 min walk to the restaurants and bars. A 15 min walk to the old bazaar area 2 min walk to the sea and the port. It's a good place for any work visit as well as a central place for a tourist stay

Its location is excellent and in walking distance from the promenade next to the sea. We did not use public transport at all. We got a large very cozy room with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable

While we were staying at the hotel, there were renovations downstaris, that sounds were sometimes annoying the day. Although the hotel bulding is not new, but it is completely clean

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

Atlas Oteli Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated in the centre of ismir. Five minutes walk from harbour where there are beautiful restaurants by the sea

Ate in resturant 1 night, i had the fillet of beef i enjoyed, daughter had the seasonal veg and meatballs, the meatballs was undercooked, we were also harrassed by 2 girls begging they actually stole some of the food off our plates 4 of the male staff did nothing ignored, a customer who was having a drink actually chased them off

It was clean doe room cleaning in between could be better (have in mind that was off season and probably understaffed for a day or two). Breakfast is self-catering and plenty of food available

A good place to train for volleyball is gym strong Turkish club "Arkas". The cafe is not large on the first floor. There are rooms with a view of the wall or pipe in the hall - it is better to check with reception

Hotel Volley is a decent 4 star hotel but truly nothing special. We stayed in sweet with king size bed with a view to the harbour (see the photos). Bed was 220x220 cm merged from two singles (not good)

They suggested wonderful places to visit,like the historic of kemeralti Bazaar and the Stunning Konak square. They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants where i could try Traditional Turkish dishes

they greet us whith a scrumptios cookie then they check you in and show you to your standard room whith a tv a mini bar shelfing and a fridge there are other faciletice such as a meeting room a deliciosly gourmet restourant and a buissnes center

Stayed here for 3 nights starting October the 6th. I was lucy to get the cleanest and noise free room I enjoyed my stay and recommend anybody tryimg to find a Jotel in central izmir.

Room smells heavily of smoke, and hallways are dark. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated and served its purpose. It's a budget friendly option, so don't expect 5⭐️ service or amenities.

It has a nice view of sea, and many restaurants around it. But loud music is ON every night in front of the Hotel. That is the most annoying side of Marla. Nearby clubs make very loud noise during the night

And, doorstep of the Hotel is always closed with cars that bring hindrance to enter. It would be better if the Hotel administration would put a street cones to allow visitors enter easily

The Hotel is just a few weeks taken over from Double Tree. The management tries to make the guest happy and they take care about the guests

Excellent value for money, we received good service for very little money, we stayed in the center of Izmir for longer than we thought, the maids are for special praise because of their kindness and discretion

The point is that, one week after booking the room and receiving the reservation confirmation, the day before arriving I received an automatic message that they could no longer confirm my reservation and they did not respond to my messages asking for clarification

But the reservation system did not let me cancel my reservation without losing money. So, when I arrived I didn't know if we had a room or not

I don't have good memories of the hotel. The rooms are correct, that is not the problem

Firstly, the front office manager and people there, especially Yasemin, were fantastic. The hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping department made it wonderful

There's a dual carriageway outside so you cannot cross to get to the sea. The paths are very uneven, on the location feels like you are in the middle of an industrial estate!

This is the second time I have stayed here, both times our trips were made by the kindness of everyone working here. The hotel is clean, the food is amazing. And I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff are
