We appreciated the staff’s service from the receptionists, to the waiters in breakfast hall, to the security team and baggage porters. We will definitely choose this hotel if we ever go back to Izmir

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

It's not a hotel, it's an institution. It's full of history, timeless interior, art and good food. You can approach anyone and ask anything and they will help you right away

My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

Despite booking in advance, the hotel was nearly full upon arrival, yet they went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view

The rooftop pool though small but has splendid panorama seaview and mountain view. The room layout/size is spacious and good for 2 persons with 2 big luggage, and furnitures are modern

The hotel location is excellent, facing Aegean Sea. The breakfast restaurant Lima offer beautiful sea view and sea breeze. Walking distance to the bazaar, Konak Pier and Clock Tower Square

Our stay at the Marriot was a great one. I was here for a week vacation last summer. Starting from the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety of foods and delicious ones

For a 5 stars hotel, I am a bit surprised the hotel towels small, thin and yellowish. Overall, I love the hotel staff service very much. I will visit the hotel again when I am in Izmir :)

Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times

Renaissance in Izmir is a very nice hotel located at a convenient location close to the sea and to many attractions. It offers free valet parking which is an added value in big cities with traffic

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. plain, polite but not that attentive

Great experience! The hamam type bathroom was a wonderful surprise in our room! We will be back for sure! Great spa and massage as well! We stayed here because we had an excellent experience last year by chance in the Spa, and we were not dissapointed! Great rooms, really clean, truly great service! Greatly recommend! Sorry but we booked hotel because we read reviews about their indoor pool, we only find out wen we got to 11th floor that pool is being refurbished and not available

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

Hope in the future the hotel can give us two bottles shower gel and shampoo per day (hope the bottle size bigger than before) I Will come back again to this hotel if visiting Izmir

Aliaga is an amazing town. The hotel itself was in a fantastic location near the beach. Modern rooms and an amazing breakfast on offer. No pool though but you have an amazing beach nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Therefore, there is no buffet breakfast, a standard breakfast is served. The Aegean Sea is about 7 minutes walk across the road. There is a public beach with umbrellas, sun loungers, changing rooms and showers

There is also a wedding arch on the coast. The sea water is cool, but very good. The city of Aliaga itself is boring, not touristy

They have friendly and attentive employees. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. You can also choose with your child, the staff is careful in this regard and tries to help as much as they can in every matter.

Business hotel, comfortable and very clean. It provides beach facilities, rooms without balcony are forcing smokers :) I would gladly stay again, given the circumstances. GOOD WORKING TEAM.

The windows are not from the floor, they do not open completely, because there is a mosquito net on a security cable. At night it was unrealistically hot and stuffy, because we do not sleep under the condenser

But the sheets could have been changed and the room hoovered mid way through our (relatively lengthy) stay. Rooms advertised with sea view are heavily obstructed and not at all worth an extra payment

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

We stayed in a room with a balcony, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and the staff was very kind.

The view and location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful places to be found in Izmir. Regardless of day or night, you can find great activities in this area

Its location is excellent and in walking distance from the promenade next to the sea. We did not use public transport at all. We got a large very cozy room with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable

While we were staying at the hotel, there were renovations downstaris, that sounds were sometimes annoying the day. Although the hotel bulding is not new, but it is completely clean

Simply one of the most underrated hotels in Izmir - lovely building with lovely arty rooms - very cozy, no frills - good AC, good bath, just like home! All this in the heart of the student bar scene and the touristic paths of Alsansac! At 25€ a night - the location, decor and home feel beat even the 7 star hotels in Izmir! Folks at the reception are the best - very friendly and nice! Will come back...

Cleaner lady’s was arrived everyday. Very clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioner working well. Very good location, nice food and entertainments around and every where open until late nice and easy walk everywhere

It is definitely worth the price. There is a cafe called Berlin it is next to the hotel and has a lovely chef in there very reasonable price. I had my breakfast in there every morning it was all lovely

I visited Izmir for health reason and stayed in hotel Balca for 5 nights and I probably had my best time ever. The receptionist Cigdem and Umut was excellent people, very friendly and very helpful

A nice boutique hotel by the Konak Pier. A great place to walk around. The breakfast was so good. Their restaurant is very highly rated. The room is well maintain with good quality Amenities. The gym and sauna were meh.

Right beside the sea, and beside Marriot. Within 10 minutes walk to tram, pier, bus stations and metro. Within 10 mins of historic and popular market area

The spa is the most enjoyable part of our stay and is fully accessible, except for the outdoor swimming pool. They provide a portable seat to assist in transferring a disabled person into and out of the pool

On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities

Exquisite🔥 This is the 5 star you're looking for in Izmir! Excellent food, smallish pool but with an excellent vibe and the spa services (mostly free) are insanely qualitative. Service is 10/10, though it is pricey

Hotel is facing the sea, Ferry stop is across the street. Rooms are acceptable and clean. Tram stop is 10 minutes walk towards south. Restaurant chain starts with in two minutes walk towards east on the sea side

I have been staying in the executive, luxury room twice. However for the executive class I would expect the coffee and tea facilities to be served with bit more tea and coffee and not lacking coffee milk or crema

Real tea spoons would be better than just sticks. The wi-fi is not possible to connect, even the hotel service couldn't connect me so they used their login details and both my stays the problem persisted

It was exceptable, but not as expected breakfast was very average we tried once then went out for breakfast even though it was inclusive. Very small lift.

Also, they have a pool with a spa and it was really cool. They offer the best service he would ever find and I really recommend you guys to go there and spend your time and it's fabulous

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM

Actually, they have the best food you could ever taste , it located actually in a good place in the city also they have two pools one of them is on the roof, which was one of the best pools I've ever went to

If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel

And a short walk in the other direction has a large park with great paths for walking. The Turkish breakfast was great. The only complaint was the dinner which was included in the group tour
