Nice business hotel. Good value for money

It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!!
However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen. I didn't have problem with paying for fixing, but $350? Also the next day when I was leaving my hotel room at 7am, there were two people outside our rooms waiting to go check the rooms. What were they waiting for? Are we going to take the TVs or break more TV? That was very disrespectful and invading privacy. I never had such a disrespectful incident in any hotel in the world and I traveled to over 27 countries and stayed in at least 100s of hotels.

Friend had an early flight so we decided to stay close to the airport. This place was perfect. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and most importantly, only a few minutes from the airport.
This was the most modern hotel we stayed in all trip. We even grabbed a few lobby beers before walking to the mall for dinner.
The dining options in walking distance are not the best, but the mall had a few restaurants. (We don't do food courts)
They had parking for our car as well.

This 4-star hotel is a major disappointment. Despite the high price, the advertised amenities were unavailable or severely limited. The closed hammam, out-of-order pool, and limited sauna hours left me feeling cheated. Additionally, my room's noisy location near the highway ruined any chance of tranquility. The lack of assistance and rude behavior from staff, especially the spa attendant, further added to the frustration. Don't waste your money on this overpriced hotel that fails to deliver what it promises

This 4-star hotel was a complete disaster. The advertised amenities like the hammam, pool, and sauna were closed or unusable. The room's location next to a noisy highway ruined any chance of peace. The staff showed zero assistance with finding the room or handling luggage. To top it off, the woman in charge of the spa reception was incredibly rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs – it's a massive letdown in every way.

We spent 1 night in this hotel and it was one of the best in gaziemir. Its close to the airport. I definitely reccomend this hotel. The breakfast was also good! nice friendly staff. especially Efecan and Arzu. Thankyou!

The staff were very friendly, The room was nice and clean and helpful, but personally I did not think they had good choices in the restaurant and the breakfast was not very interesting and fresh. Poor breakfast. A waiter was holding a telephone in his hand and in his pocket all the time, constantly touching his hair, which is completely unsanitary. It 's really disgusting. The waiter did not understand English, so it was impossible to communicate with him.
Last but not least; (*The hotel's beautiful pool and sauna were closed to hotel guests.*)This is extremely annoying because it contains the 4 stars that are expected from the hotel.
