We spend 3 nights. Loved it. Big thanks to Manager Burcin (I hope i wrote your name correctly) -Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. My go-to hotel in Izmir. Even though it's located out of the center, it offers amazing views, great room quality, and amazing choice of food. There are several shopping malls right next to the hotel. The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy. The hotel has complete facilities and it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around.

I stayed for around a week and only 2 of the days I had hot water.  They could not solve this issue.  I didn’t expect this from this brand.

There was no minibar when it was advertised to have one. We asked to have one but they never brought it so no cold drinks. Also need some English speaking channels on TV. The rule stating no outside food or drink in your room is ridiculous

I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out . We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast. Cut salad would be a nice addition; on my visit there were cucumber and tomato slices, as well as greens, that can be used to "make your own".

Rooms are a bit smelly. AC performance is average. Food is also so so.

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor. They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking.

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person. There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink. They did it very carelessly.

Excellent hotel, the view on the 11th floor is mesmerizing, the staff is amazing and the food, especially the breakfast, delicious. It is located next to the Konak metro station which makes moving in Izmir extremely easy. I also recommend to go with your friends and family to asansör which is close, you won't regret it. Lovely hotel in a great tree lined avenue on the edge of alsancak with some great bars and eateries. We had an upgrade with a balcony which had a fantastic view. The location is great, all the staff was very polite except one reception(I forgot his name) who actually ruined our first day with his very unprofessional behavior. Very comfortable accommodation for price but not located in the best area. We got in late at night and took the metro from the airport.The hotel is about a 10 min walk away and I would not recommend the walk past 12 pm. That said the staff was very nice and as mentioned above the accommodation was great given the low rates.

Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.
