We spend 3 nights. Loved it. Big thanks to Manager Burcin (I hope i wrote your name correctly) -Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. Nice hotel. We had a family suite with a mini sauna in the bathroom. Spacious. On the same floor there is a lounge with a coffee machine and tea. View of the railway, but sat with a buzz  The location is not bad. Dishes without pretensions. The staff is attentive and courteous.

Lovely hotel in a great tree lined avenue on the edge of alsancak with some great bars and eateries. We had an upgrade with a balcony which had a fantastic view. The hotel was very clean with a comfy bed and was really quiet so perfect for a good night’s sleep. Good proximity to public transport, including tram service. Highly recommend.

Ok hotel, nothing fancy. Feels a bit dated in every aspect and would really need a refresh. Breakfast was ok, but again, nothing too good. Bathrooms are well heard through, so be careful. I heard exactly what was done in neighbouring one. Fitness part was a joke. Some small weights, bike and treadmill. Internet was very slow and unreliable. That's all. Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor. They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking.

We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

We are having lunch here but not staying in this hotel. Their restaurant is so beautiful with table setting. Food is good taste but not the best. Breast chicken is not tasty. The mushrooms soup like it a lot.

Found beer in the fridge. A room on our floor had a broken septic tank, and the corridor smelled of sewage; this problem was resolved by the time we got back from breakfast. However, the room was neat and the carpets were clean, which I really appreciated.
