Toilet is stinky. I can’t turn off the fan otherwise the room is smelly.
The indoor pool is closed without any notice on their website which is disappointed as a 5-star hotel.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms and food were exceptional. If I could give more stars I would.

Check your bill, keep receipts! They alerted our bills after we signed. My friend, as well as I, had our restaurant bills altered after we left. When we checked out, they had receipts that were higher charges than we had signed, but it looked like we signed it! We should have kept the bill copy from the restaurant. The rooms are drab and dark. Restaurant food was not good and overpriced. Go instead to the Corniche for many good choices.

I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful.
They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room.
The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

A unique hotel, although a little old. The location is great, close to the sea. Some rooms have direct sea views and some have city views. Good reception and parking service. The room has a bathtub overlooking the room. The windows contain two layers of glass, which is a bit strange. A good experience in a beautiful place. There are some downsides like the TV is very old, the carpet is old but clean. The lighting is dim.

Very small rooms, we were 3 people but they were only giving two bottles of water and were charging for everything. No amenities such as pool, spa etc which they mention everywhere

Highly recommend this hotel! Great hospitality, great customer service, great location (near Konak Pier/Square and marina). Room and bathroom were both great.

I had a very relaxing stay at Mövenpick. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Perfect selection of European and Local Food for Breakfast. Extraordinary Service all the time. Very polite, attentive and helpful. I definitely want to point out the performance of the park-service. Special thanks to Murat! I‘ll definitely will come back.

Nice location... nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very practical. Attentive staff, if you are a man... A bit disappointed.
