Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

Charming hotel in a perfect location in Western Izmir. The views are great of the marina bay and the mountain. The gentlemen offered us a free room upgrade to get the amazing marina view. Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool. This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. Our stay at the Marriot was a great one. I was here for a week vacation last summer. Starting from the staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast. Cut salad would be a nice addition; on my visit there were cucumber and tomato slices, as well as greens, that can be used to "make your own".

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person. There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink. They did it very carelessly.

The hotel was very clean with a comfy bed and was really quiet so perfect for a good night’s sleep. Good proximity to public transport, including tram service. Highly recommend.

Ok hotel, nothing fancy. Feels a bit dated in every aspect and would really need a refresh. Breakfast was ok, but again, nothing too good. Bathrooms are well heard through, so be careful. I heard exactly what was done in neighbouring one. Fitness part was a joke. Some small weights, bike and treadmill. Internet was very slow and unreliable. That's all. But the staff was friendly and bed ok.

Good hotel in a good location, near amusement Park, he's exhibition center, where international exhibitions-fairs. Within walking distance of many facilities including a restaurants, shops.

I haven't stayed at the hotel however we did had an event on the rooftop restaurant. The view was amazing. Right in the middle of the city you can enjoy the view 360 degrees. The foods were pretty good too. It's a nice place to enjoy the afternoon. However the down side is that the hotel is kinda old and has a weird taste of fashion. Hours was stolen from the desk in my room, and when not in the room for that since no measure could not be taken 3-4 hits. My watch was stolen from the desk in the room and nothing could be done since it had been 3-4 people entered the room when I was away.

The location is great, all the staff was very polite except one reception(I forgot his name) who actually ruined our first day with his very unprofessional behavior. But overall our stay was fine, the rooms were not that clean, the toilet was leaking water, the breakfast was not having varieties. I would not prefer this hotel next time.

Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner. Although room was quiet hygiene and clean.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Very warm hotel during this cold period. Breakfast room offers nice views to the sea. Rooms very big and beds are huge(would sleep a family of 4😁) People seems to be very kind in Turkey. This is my first trip to this country but surely wont be last. Just have to comeback here when the weather gets bit warmer 🥶

It's really good hotel, more than 3 stars. Big rooms with everything, iron, weight, big tv, big bed. Everything closed to hotel, view to the sea. A little bit noisy from the road but it's ok with closed window. I enjoyed here.

Really enjoyed my 5-day stay! The staff was helpful, warm and friendly, always on hand. The room was in an excellent condition, was very clean and had a nice view. Lovely, rich breakfast and amazing overall services. Receptionist Cihan was really pleasant, smiling, helpful and with a positive attitude to the hotel customers. 😊

Very good location, z little bit noisy due to a train line near by. Cleaning room service is very random speaking about the timing. Super good breakfast.

Excellent service, rooms are so clean. Nurallah, the receptionist is so available and ready to help you with whatever necessity you might have. Also the rest of the staff is really nice and keen to guide you. this is our second time here, and we're gonna come here in the future as well.

Really one of the best 4 Star hotels I have stayed. In a very calm environment. New hotel of 6 months. The reception are is fine with a pious receptionist. He is very pious and helpful. The lift a calm, firm , quick machine. The room......very good for the cost. Big one , clean,....well planned.....I came for business , but the furniture calls to use it...sooo fine Bed is well laid out comfortable...

Very comfortable accommodation for price but not located in the best area. We got in late at night and took the metro from the airport.The hotel is about a 10 min walk away and I would not recommend the walk past 12 pm. That said the staff was very nice and as mentioned above the accommodation was great given the low rates.

Very good i can say.. we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty..room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one..can't be sure about hygiene..people come here to get better with any kind of skin issues in the end 🤔 i can highly recommend with friendly crew 🥰

Although the hotel is a bit older, it was still a great experience! Staff was very nice, guided us to our room and spa is lovely. Food was great, buffet was authentic Turkish cuisine. Just expect everything to look a bit 80’s and you’ll have a grand time

This is thermal hotel with natural springs. I mean hot water. The hotel building is old . It's functional. But not well maintained. The Spa is good. Despite its a natural thermal spa they have to add plenty of Chlorin to the water. Since the place is a little crowded. They accept people out of hotel too. I haven't stayed at the hotel more than 5 years. That's why I can't make a statement regarding...

Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.
