I do not recommend this hotel to any disable people visitors. All accessible rooms are on the smoking floor. However, the staff is helpful. They help me with room problem. The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good.

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. Nice hotel. We had a family suite with a mini sauna in the bathroom. Spacious. On the same floor there is a lounge with a coffee machine and tea. View of the railway, but sat with a buzz  The location is not bad. Dishes without pretensions. The staff is attentive and courteous.

Hotel Volley is a decent 4 star hotel but truly nothing special. We stayed in sweet with king size bed with a view to the harbour (see the photos). A good place to train for volleyball is gym strong Turkish club "Arkas". The cafe is not large on the first floor. There are rooms with a view of the wall or pipe in the hall - it is better to check with reception. Rooftop outdoor pool.5 minutes walk to metro Alsancak. Metro - land costs 3 liras.

It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!! However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen. I stayed one day in Ibis styles bornova izmir. The hotel is new and the rooms was nice but i didn’t like the view. The breakfast was good and a lot of varieties. Service was good too.

I stayed 2 nights at first night i killed 4 and second night 3 mosquitos in the room. I couldn't sleep well Hotel room is very bad. Electricity socets are not working. there isn't too many options at the breakfast. Generally hotel do not deserve that price.

We unexpectedly stayed here recently due to travel disruption. Airline arranged stay. It's a very nice business class hotel. Food and service excellent. Comfortable large room. My room was excellent and the cleaning was excellent thanks to the cleaning staff the restaurant was excellent thanks. The staff at the reception were ok thay really need to learn some English I went and add a masage down stairs in the gym. She said do want extra work done.
