Location - perfect
People - nice and very friendly
Rooms - clean and tidy
This was my first time I visited Izmir. I was looking for star hotels but when this found this hotel, had some questions in my mind but then I reserved for ten days.
The location of the hotel is very close to the shore and center of Alsancak. Although there is no star of the hotel but it's like 4 star hotel
Has very good breakfast options.
The service and people who are working are great. I liked them all. They're very helpful and friendly.
If you want a good hotel then it's the right address.

I love that the hotel accommodated us for an early check in after a very long flight!
They also stored our luggage on the last day for a few hours. Breakfast could be improved as the options are limited. The location is great. There’s a Sok in the street for small items from the shop, Big Chefs restaurant is a 5 min walk with great food options opposite the promenade.

We have rented three rooms; unfortunately, they can’t provide a triple room.
The hotel was clean despite that we had a couple of ants in our room. The rooms were big and the mattresses were very comfortable.
Breakfast was ok.
Batuhan was the highlight; he was very nice and helpful and made sure we get lactose and gluten free products
There is a parking place in front of the hotel but it is subject to availability

We stayed for 2 nights and we had 4 rooms. There is a systemic problem with running this hotel. Every single night there was a random problem with each room. Firstly there were no blankets at all inside none of the rooms, and no dental kit in 2 of the rooms. After complaining they brought 1 only blanket for each room! The next day, the blanket was gone and 2 rooms have not got any new towels while room service was done. Again we complain and they brought some of the missing services for some of the rooms! Long story short, every time that room service comes, they remove some facilities from the room until the next complaint. The refrigerators of 2 rooms were broken as well and they fixed it on the next day, with the cost of losing the blanket 😅. So having issues with 4 rooms can not be a coincidence!

The rooms were exactly like in the pictures provided by hotel management. The only con was that the bathroom sink has no counter space or a proper place to hang towels for both showering and hands. The towel holder next to the sink was broken. The bidet was quite hard to turn and the angle was wrong, so the water would shoot out of the toilet. But other than that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed couple nights, rooms look smaller then the pics online,walls are thin you could hear snoring, tv, body gas sounds! From other rooms and many other private sounds!! They need to correct this the breakfast in the morning not bad, but as soon as we're finished and getting up a cleaner lady busboy comes starts cleaning the table a big no no in my book, a rude action wait until customer leaves the room anyhow 1st stay and.last one

⭐ We decided to have breakfast - the buffet selection is a bit limited, but everything is fresh and tasty.
⭐After having breakfast the receptionist informed us, that one of our rooms is ready, therefore we can proceed with the check in.
⭐We have been upgraded to a deluxe room, which we appreciated 👍 It was a kind gesture from the front desk
⭐ Concierge took our bags to the room and explained the room rules and AC functions.

⭐Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
There is a minibar at extra charge and free coffee facilities.
⭐ There are some amenities, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Shower curtain, as well shower handle.

The plumbing was clean and worked well. Water pressure and temperature were constant. This is good.

We had booked a 3 night stay here. They gave us a room that gad an ash tray and smelled like second hand smoke so horribly. I immediately called upon entering the room and they told us there are no other rooms available.
It was late at night and we had to stay. This triggered my wife’s asthma. AC was blowing cigarette smoke all night. We left at 6 AM next day. They refused to issue us any refund for this trouble. Save yourself the hassle and book with a reputable facility in this area

Would definitely give it 5 stars the location is amazing the price is very good and the room were very good. When I read some of the comments I thought I would see a disaster but then I found that it is very good really. About the staff they were very helpful very nice and friendly. The only problem here is the parking but they always help you.
