1) The food. For vegetarians, there is no problem at all; the salad and desserts are ok. The problem is for meat eaters. The meals only have one meat option, like a no red meat barbecue which varies; for example, one of the meals served a hamburger (but the kind without meat).
2) My room was changed to a family room (connecting room) with a side view. When I complained, they simply told me that they would talk to the manager. When I asked again if they would resolve my problem, they simply said that I had to wait for the manager's response, which obviously never came. So I paid something and received something different.
3) On the day of check-in, you cannot pick up beach towels, as they are only available for pick-up in the basement in the morning.
Positive points: The room is clean and spacious, the staff is attentive, we had a maintenance problem that was quickly resolved. You don't have to cross the street to get to the beach, there is an underground tunnel that crosses the highway. There is an excellent spa.
Good pool, healthy food with local vegetables,fruits)
Rooms are big, good beds. Some traffic noises.
Gym, inside pool, ok beach (tunnel to the beach from hotel).
Very good valuable for money. Recommend.
Local red vine is horrible.
