Sey Beach Hotel & Spa

I made a reservation and prepaid for a room with an all-inclusive ocean view. I was a little disappointed with some aspects of the hotel:
1) The food. For vegetarians, there is no problem at all; the salad and desserts are ok. The problem is for meat eaters. The meals only have one meat option, like a no red meat barbecue which varies; for example, one of the meals served a hamburger (but the kind without meat).
2) My room was changed to a family room (connecting room) with a side view. When I complained, they simply told me that they would talk to the manager. When I asked again if they would resolve my problem, they simply said that I had to wait for the manager's response, which obviously never came. So I paid something and received something different.
3) On the day of check-in, you cannot pick up beach towels, as they are only available for pick-up in the basement in the morning.

Positive points: The room is clean and spacious, the staff is attentive, we had a maintenance problem that was quickly resolved. You don't have to cross the street to get to the beach, there is an underground tunnel that crosses the highway. There is an excellent spa.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and all the stuff made our vacation unforgettable. From the first minute we felt very welcomed at the hotel and Darina from the reception help us with all special requests. She is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I also want to mention Salih who was making every day full of fun and different activities. The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere. We also liked the food, it was always delicious. It was so sad to leave, but I am sure we come back there next year. The people who works there make this place the best to stay in Turkey. Thank you very much to everybody for our vacation. We enjoyed it a lot!!

I rested in the hotel for 7 days, during this time I had pleasant feelings, good service, the rooms were cleaned every day, the food was varied, including vegetables and fruits, on the territory there are swimming pools, a slide, there is a gym, every evening there were various programs, discos held by and entertaining people, the animator Salih♡ is talented and funny, very kind and friendly staff. I was very satisfied

Very nice hotel with peaceful atmosphere. All inclusive. Very friendly staff (Zeki is everywhere 👍).
Good pool, healthy food with local vegetables,fruits)
Rooms are big, good beds. Some traffic noises.
Gym, inside pool, ok beach (tunnel to the beach from hotel).
Very good valuable for money. Recommend.
Local red vine is horrible.

Very close to the beach, beautiful view, spacious room, both indoor and outdoor pools, ok food, friendly staff. There are two disadvantages though. The street is awfully noisy and the AC did not seem to work. They clean the floors every day but not other places in the room.

Clean rooms and common areas.
Excellent customer service from reception to dining. They treat customers warmly.
Ali at the front desk was very helpful.
Every room has a sea view from the balcony.
Breakfast has many options.
If you need transfer from the airport, contact them at least 2 days ahead of your arrival. Zeki was a very safe and efficient driver.
Their staff can speak English, German ,Russian, Turksish.

Great hotel with a spa, indoor and outdoor pools. The staff are really helpful.
I would definately stay here again.
