Reviews
The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy.
They also took the time to come and interact with everyone...We'll done!!!
All staff were very helpful when we needed anything
There is a free bus to the private beach each day.
We did not go with children, but it is a great family friendly hotel.
I would love to go back and can highly recommend this place 😊
Some services were slow and could do with more staff or organised better. Saw a man who looked like a manager shout at a child for dropping his waffle. These are some of the reasons for losing a star
Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there. Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy!
During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time. Whether it was coming to have a chat with you at yours sunbeds or on the evenings, they were always trying to socialised with hotel guests. They also had many activities throughout the day including darts, shuffle, water polo, dancing, table tennis and many more. A couple members of the team were definitely stand outs for us including Azzad and Mammi, always energetic with there games and also there to just have a nice chat too as well. There was two other members as well that were made a difference to our holiday, however we didn’t catch their names, one was a girl from Kazakhstan and the other was a lad from Guinea, these two were often having conversations with us and trying to understand our language better (English) and it should they’re really trying to connect with us on our holiday, which we massively appreciated.
All in all, this hotel is amazing and for the price we paid we feel like we have had a bargain. The only downside I would say is the location of the hotel, however they run buses to the main locations in the area like Alanya for just €1 each way. So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!!
Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing!
From Owen & Abi👏
The rooms are super clean and good looking. One downside is that the airconditioning is only at the living room and not in the bedroom.
Then the food, it’s good with a lot of variety. You have all kind of snacks and just normal food like rice, beef and pork. As long as you stay one week it will be fine after 1 week the meals will repeat.
The opening times of the food corners can sometimes be annoying because you can’t get an ice cream all day. It’s between 14:00-16:00. Maybe an idea to open it all day?
I am Turkish by origin. I live abroad. We booked this hotel through a Dutch site. This is a hotel that is really not worth the money. Definitely don't book because it is a bit cheaper compared to other hotels. We booked it as a 5 star hotel and Ultra All in. If you go to a hotel for the first time you would believe it. But this is only worth a maximum of 3 stars.
the negatives: Hotel is located on a hill, distance between rooms and lobby is too far, continuous stairs, it is super slippery everywhere (danger of slipping), overcrowded, not enough swimming pool for the people, aqua park is only open for a total of 4 hours, you pay extra for wifi, you pay extra for orange juice, you have to walk from place to get a drink, the staff is unfriendly, in the afternoon you have to wait at least 20 minutes for the snack bar. waiting for burnt food, food food will be used again next......
I can keep listing. As a Turk, I certainly don't recommend this. Don't get caught.
Please people dont book this hotel. And the people who give a 5 star review have never been to 5 star hotel i think. And dont believe the answer that they give.
The only three things thats letting it down for me is the lack of a dedicated ice cream shop that's open all day where the all inclusive can be used.
The small and boring selection of cocktails that's also very boring taste wise and all taste the same.
The hygiene isn't bad, but there is also a lot of room for improvement, for example a glass window of shown food so it's keeping fly's away, and the staff using gloves could be a big improvement.
Second part of the anger of paradiso club has to do with a Flag I hanged outside . I enclose a picture.
Third because the people getting more Dutch and less Human. Because The Netherlands demanded that by bringing Dutch Molecules in contact with Human.
*** So great. Putting more water to the fruit juice. First at the bar second floor the fruit juice was pure as well as the machine into the restaurant first pure Juice ! And only the machine outside the roof was mixed with water. At the end of my Vacation all machine did mix it with water.
******The cleaners do a great Job. And after losing some of my official Medicine from my room . I found out that more people come unwanted into the Hotel room. Not nice but had to do with Dutch playing over Humans!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
We were extremely impressed. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Even though its on a large site and I do understand if you're up the top it's a way to the reception, bar and spa.
The food was good. There was something different each day and also the usual food that's out every night (rice chips etc)
For a large hotel we didn't struggle to find a sun bed when we wanted one. Even at the beach we were able to get off the bus and get a sun bed within minutes. Same went for breakfast lunch and dinner. Always got a table.
Food is basically served all day at the hotel. There are only a couple of hours where you can't get anything to eat.
The snack bar is great and you're able to grab burgers or pizza.
Near the arcade area you're able to grab cheese toasties and jacket potatoes when they're open. We missed breakfast but were able to go up and grab a toasties and a coffee.
When we arrived we only had one pillow each but within 10 mins this was sorted. Very quick service getting two more for us.
The entertainment is amazing. During the day they had mini games and picked winners. Then in the evening after kids disco they announced the winners and gave them 120 euros as a prize. You don't see that often !
All staff were friendly and up for a laugh.
I paid for the WiFi and I'm glad I did. Didn't have any issues even at the beach. They charged me £11 for 8 days and my girlfriend was able to use it via my hotspot.
The beach served cold and hot food along with a variety of drinks so you didn't go without. The bus to and from the beach wasn't an issue and added fun to the day. They are old but and worn out but it made it an enjoyable 10 min ride !
They have a service to and from the town we didn't use it as we got a taxi and that wasn't too badly priced at 8 euros.
I would recommend this hotel! Thanks for having us !
There were a few things that could improve (room decor is a bit dated, swimming pools overcrowded) but the staff are continually going the extra mile so all other things paled in insignificance. Beautiful place.
Word of caution (not re the hotel itself) - the attached doctor surgery is a money making sausage machine. They'll get you to their affiliated private hospital ("University hospital") for any insignificant issue just to rip the insurance money off. Beware
