Good hotel. Animation is super! The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, the territory is clean and beautiful. The rooms are like new. We rested in September 2021, we were very pleased.

Excellent hotel!!! We stayed there from 21 to 27 October 2021. The journey from the airport takes 2.5 hours and this is perhaps the only downside of this hotel. The terrace is very green and well-groomed. The dining room terrace and the balconies of some buildings offer a gorgeous view of the sea and the fortress of Alanya!!!! We arrived at 10:15, put on bracelets right away, check-in after 14:00 (those who asked to check in right away were checked in without any problems for FREE). Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby, so I bought it for $ 20 for a week (I caught it in the room, on the entire hotel terrace and on the beach). Every half hour there is a bus to the beach. The beach is very clean, wide, with new sun loungers and umbrellas; the entrance is comfortable - sand and small pebbles. On the beach there is a bar (coffee, tea, dry and fruit wines, beer, juices, cola, Fanta) and a snack bar (pizza, flatbreads, soup, fries, chicken kebabs, burgers, salads, sauces), i.e. for lunch you can stay on the beach and have a normal lunch. We had a standard room; new furniture and plumbing, hot water around the clock, flat-screen TV, gorgeous balcony; cleaning and linen change every day, high-quality. As for food: ordinary breakfasts; lunches could be more varied (as for ultra), but dinners were gorgeous, there was plenty to choose from even for the most demanding gourmet!!! In the bars in the hotel - alcohol is varied and of high quality. There are also many cafes on the territory with snacks - guzleme, waffles, sandwiches, ice cream. The spa area is great - from 10:00 to 18:00 you can use the hamam, sauna, jacuzzi for free. Contingent: 80% Russia, 10% Europe, 10% Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc. I would like to separately note the animation!!! Wonderful evening shows!!! Great guys who set the tone for the whole vacation))) Thanks to the hotel "Club Paradiso" for a great vacation!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was nothing short of amazing, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. What really stood out, though, was the hotel manager. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a big difference and truly elevated the entire experience. I can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next visit!

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

Having read the reviews of this hotel and worrying before we come I was quite surprised. If you’re coming from the UK I’d be aware that an English 5* and Turkish 5* aren’t the same, I would say this is a Brits 3.5*

*Food and Drink*
The food was pretty good, it has basic all inclusive style food, average but always something to eat. At lunch there was a snack bar with all the usual bits (pizza. burgers, hot dogs, chips) but there was only one guy working this and the queues sometimes were massive. The lunch in the buffet restaurant were also bizarrely stressful people would be pushing and jumping queues (but wasn’t ever like this for dinner). They also had 24/7 snacks in the main restaurant although this was seemingly leftover bread / salad from the evening meal.

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service. This was the same in the evenings.

The bars were good. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much.

*Location*
The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep. Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t.

*Pool/Services*
The pool was cool and a good size, some of it is permanently in the shade which is good for the heat. The sun-bed situation wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but a choosy. You had to rent the towels with your towel card and if you wanted it changed it was €1 - we took our own and was glad because the ones supplied were low quality. There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels. The rule was not to take the ones out of the rooms for the pool, we seen a lot of people doing this though for extra towels. On the last day, I’d packed my towel away and took one from the room and was asked to give it to them - even though there were plenty of white room towels out “reserving” beds. It could be one rule for one and one for another quite a bit sometimes.

The shops were good, full of the knock off stuff at okay prices they didn’t hound you as you walked past either they only spoke to you if you’d gone into the shop. The market shop (like a supermarket) was good but expensive and they did just make most of the prices up. We didn’t use many of the other bits, but there was a hairdresser, tattoo shop and a photo studio.

We didn’t go the beach, I didn’t realise when booking but it’s a 15 min bus ride away, the busses are free and about every hour with a break at lunchtime. There is also a bus to the shopping centre which costs €1.

*Entertainment*
The entertainment people were amazing, always something to do each day and a couple different things in the evening, Mami was amazing remembered our names the whole time and always made an effort to come say hello and ask how everything was.

We came home yesterday after a weeks stay at club paradiso (family of 5, children aged 5, 3 and 1). We had the best time ever and the service was always brilliant. Staff make an effort to talk to you and are excellent with the children especially John who was very polite and helpful. There is a huge selection of activities for the children such as kids club with a soft play inside, children’s pool and water sprinklers, water slides etc. On site there is a tattoo shop, a clothes and bag shop, hairdressers/salon, a grocery shop, an arcade, a photography shop, snack bar and a bakery serving lots of pastries/cakes/waffles/ice creams. Our family suite was very spacious and offered lots of facilities (kettle, hair dryer, travel plug, air con, tv, mini fridge etc). The whole site is very clean and looked after. The entertainment was fantastic from African acrobats, bingo night, the mini discos, Michael Jackson tribute etc, they were all great and made a fun evening. The drinks selection is great which includes both alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails (perfect for my 5 year old who felt grown up with the non alcoholic drinks!). The hotel offers a free bus service to their private beach which has a snack bar with burgers/chips/hot dogs/salad etc and also we had a free ride to the shopping mall and brought lots of fantastic quality clothes. The only down side to the hotel was the food is not great for picky eaters other than at the snack bar which is open 12.30-4pm. I enjoyed the food which was always fresh and hot and loved tasting traditional Turkish food which I had not tried before but for my children they struggled in the main restaurant to eat anything other than pasta and bread. I was surprised as there was a large amount of children at the hotel I thought there would be more of a selection aimed at them. This wasn’t much of a problem as we made sure to eat at the snack bar when it was open for them. There is not many English families at the hotel (mainly families from Holland/sweden/belgium) but everyone was still super friendly towards us and we never felt left out. The large majority of both guests and staff spoke good English. We loved the jeep safari trip and the land of legends trip! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a family friendly hotel as this hotel deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you club paradiso and we will be back soon! From Courtney, Connor, harlie, Lucia and effie :)

We had a great family vacation with friends! The service, the rooms and the food were great! The entertainment was also great!
We will be definitely back with more friends!
Special thanks for the great service to Wael from the pool bar, Ahmed from the lobby bar and Mosaad from the Reception!

I have just returned from this amazing resort with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean. In fact the whole resort was very clean. There was plenty of choice each day for food, and snacks and ice cream throughout the day.
The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy.
They also took the time to come and interact with everyone...We'll done!!!
All staff were very helpful when we needed anything
There is a free bus to the private beach each day.
We did not go with children, but it is a great family friendly hotel.
I would love to go back and can highly recommend this place 😊

A nice resort with plenty to do. Evening entertainment was good and some staff were polite. The grounds were clean and maintained well. Rooms were a little bit tired but still nice and spacious. Pools were nice and kids pool and wet play area was very good

Some services were slow and could do with more staff or organised better. Saw a man who looked like a manager shout at a child for dropping his waffle. These are some of the reasons for losing a star

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and all I can say is positives about it, there was always variety with food and brilliant set ups for food so you can snacks in between meal times. Including jacket potatoes, pizzas, chips and many more. All inclusive buffets had tons of variety as well differing everyday but still having some basics which were nice to have if you didn’t fancy new stuff they brought in.

Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there. Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy!

During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time. Whether it was coming to have a chat with you at yours sunbeds or on the evenings, they were always trying to socialised with hotel guests. They also had many activities throughout the day including darts, shuffle, water polo, dancing, table tennis and many more. A couple members of the team were definitely stand outs for us including Azzad and Mammi, always energetic with there games and also there to just have a nice chat too as well. There was two other members as well that were made a difference to our holiday, however we didn’t catch their names, one was a girl from Kazakhstan and the other was a lad from Guinea, these two were often having conversations with us and trying to understand our language better (English) and it should they’re really trying to connect with us on our holiday, which we massively appreciated.

All in all, this hotel is amazing and for the price we paid we feel like we have had a bargain. The only downside I would say is the location of the hotel, however they run buses to the main locations in the area like Alanya for just €1 each way. So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!!

Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing!
