Hotel Grand Kaptan - Ultra All Inclusive

We stayed at the hotel from October 6th to 15th. This is our third trip to Alanya – we really liked the city hotel. It's very cozy and clean. The food is good, maybe not particularly fancy, but you won't go hungry. There's always meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. There's a coffee shop where you can get ice cream, cakes, tea, coffee, and juices. The pool and beach bars also offer snacks. There's entertainment in the evenings, or more accurately, concerts. The city center is within walking distance, or you can take the free shuttle. The only downside is the rocks on the seabed, but that's a characteristic of Alanya. The rooms are cleaned daily, and there's a minibar with juices, water, and beer. Tea sets and a kettle are also included. I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone.

We liked the hotel. It's obviously not new, but everything is clean and they clean it regularly. The room has a free minibar - water, mineral water, Fanta, Cola, and beer! A very pleasant surprise! The room was nice, with a view of the main pool and the sea - we could see the sun setting. The food in the restaurant is generally monotonous, but you can choose delicious things. The snack bar is open all day - cakes and ice cream are available at any time. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. Another nice thing was that you could have a full lunch at the beach bar with a first course, delicious fish, salads, desserts, and more, all a la carte - you sit at a table, order, and they bring it to you. We also signed up for the seafood a la carte - the grilled red fish was delicious, tender and juicy. There is also an evening bar on the upper terrace - all of Alanya is at your fingertips, very beautiful. In total, the hotel counted six bars, where you can sit at different times - there was plenty to do. There are also three water park slides – we used them every day. The area is small, but there are plenty of places to relax. The hotel shuttle bus to the center of Alanya also runs on a scheduled schedule – very convenient. And of course, as usual, there are phantom tourists on the beach, occupying sun loungers with towels – when will you finally clear your head? Free spots only appeared after lunch – there were plenty of places, and people were sunbathing with towels. It's good that the beach is large and many people laid out towels on the sand, and umbrellas were available, as there were plenty. The sea is gorgeous, we snorkeled – lots of fish – it's not Egypt, but it was varied. There's a pier you can jump off. In the evening, there was some entertainment in the amphitheater, but we only went for the Turkish night. Overall, the hotel is very good for a relaxing family vacation.

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, delicious food, a new evening show every day, and daytime entertainment. We had a fantastic vacation!

Excellent service from start to finish. Miya was great. They did nit rush took their time and gave us a great service. The 2 hour service is worth the money as you will get all the things you need. It's all well worth the time and money

Nice city hotel, clean rooms, good food, perfect massage by Wiwin and very friendly staff, tunnel access to private beach.

Pool amazing, beach amazing, easy to check in, navigate and check out. Amazing Entertainment, very good food. For what we paid it was exactly what we needed.

Just got back. Everything was great. Food better than expected. Nice pool. Beach bar is great, rooftop bar is great for sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect as half the reviews seem fake but is a genuinely good all-inclusive hotel for the money.

Best holiday in Turkey! We were 4 adults and 1 child (4yo). Room is big enough, hotel is very clean, quiet, offering a lots of fun and rich program. Food was excellent, restaurant on the beach was big surprise for me. We booked hammam in the hotel. Massages were wonderful (masseuses Ayu and Era). Beach is clean with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Hotel is offering free bus to the city center. I would really recommend this hotel and I’d like to come back sometime. ☺️

Relaxing and professional massage—relieved all my tension. Clean space, skilled hands. Highly recommend! Love it!!

I dont usually write reviews but i want to on this one hotel because ive seen a lot of negative reviews on it especially the food. i have stayed here for 8 days and ate everything at the hotel and didnt have any problems. there are a lot of outside things you can get food poisoning from, its not always the hotels fault. i really loved it here, the staff was nice and friendly, the minibar was free and so was the bus to the center of alanya. thank you:)
