Stayed in this hotel 07/2024 Air conditioning is terrible in the reception,lobby area even in the eating area there is no proper Air Con. All the guests and animators are Russian/Ukrainian people. Rooms are good and clean, but the housekeepers dont do a good job also they steal from your mini Fridge!!! They stole several times from us, after telling this in the reception nothing happened.. In the lobby the bar doesnt work, only by the pool area. Location of the hotel is good but the hotel is managed by the wrong people. From what I seen i would choose a different hotel next time.

Visited with a friend and my 7 months old baby. Very nice hotel by the beach, friendly and helpful people. Had a great time! Next time will choose the same hotel :)
Unfortunately staff doesn't speak-understand much English, if some extraordinary situation then better to use Russian.

We spent a short week and were satisfied. The location is good and the staff is very friendly.
Sure some things could be improved or renovated, but the price is reasonable. We would come again.

They had the Estonian flag upside down and did not take it down or replace it even if told so. Very disrespectful.

For Russians ONLY. No one speaks English. Food ok. Staff rude. Animators are also Russians. The only good thinks is location close to beach, but it is very small. Not for family. Turkish pita is testy. Recommended for 65+

It is small 4 stars hotel. I like service. Even for guests it has good service. There are swimming pool, shops, sea beach and entertaiments.

It's been a great experience being there.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Always ready to help. Very personable. Remembered the names. And the preferences.
Also the beach was always clean and the chairs were always enough for everybody. Even wifi was working there.
As I didn't spend a lot of time in the room I was OK with the view, but there is no sea or mountains view as the hotel is situated with its side to the sea. At the same time I was protected from the noise of the music which was on every evening.
Overall I'm happy with everything and will recommend it for another guests.

Stay in may 2018. Small hotel , in keeping with its 4. From pluses : the hotel is practically at the entrance to the city ( bringing you the first and take last, with regards to the Shuttle) to beach, Kemer city centre can be reached on foot. Good selection of food. Cons: very monotonous diet, just the Essentials, no frills. Not quite great as always. Overall for a beach holiday perfectly acceptable hotel.

Great hotel for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The location is also great - 5 minutes walking to the center and 7 to "lush" places of Kemer.
You should go if you plan on lying on the beach and Hiking excursions. However, if you want something more noisy and fun evening, it is within the boundaries of the hotel - are not. The organization "fun" inside the hotel is weak and more like a school disco with contests.
Conclusion: a Great 4 stars for boarding relaxing on the beach.
