Olimpos Beach Hotel by RRH&R

The worst hotel I've ever been to!!! The hotel does not correspond at all to the photos presented on the website. When we asked why the photos do not correspond to reality, we were told that they are not at all responsible for what is on the sites and that these photos are not from their hotel at all. The rooms are run down and very dirty. The rooms are cleaned very rarely, you need to constantly remind about changing the towels, the bedding has not been changed once in 8 days. The food is simply terrible, a very small selection of dishes, not tasty. Drinks are all diluted with water, they are poured into tiny glasses that are equal to two sips, they are not allowed to take drinks to the beach. Meat dishes are almost absent, they will be replaced by soy dishes. We ate in nearby restaurants. The beach is very small, the sunbeds are located very close to each other, it is impossible to even walk between them. I really want to mark one incomprehensible person whose name is Islam!!! It is not clear what relation this person has to the hotel. He offers all hotel services (wi-fi in the room, SIM cards, transfer) to be decided through him for a lower price. When I approached the reception to ask for the price of wi-fi, Islam told me that I did not approach him. A very unpleasant type. In general, the attitude of the staff is simply amazing, they are incompetent people who do not help in solving the problem. The only normal person is the man who is in the office to the left of the reception, he is probably the head of them there, I suggest that everything be decided only through him. If you want to continue staying in a room under transfer, then be prepared for the fact that each of the people at the reception will name their price. But Kemer itself is simply beautiful, the nature is incredible, I will definitely come to this city again, but NEVER to this hotel.

The worst all inclusive I've ever been .
The rooms are dirty and not like the ones in the pictures.
Coffe,water, juice are not allowed on the beach.

The choice of food is poor, there are not enough cakes, the fruit is also poor.Very uncomon for Turkey

Not suitable for parents with children, you can't drink coffee and watch your child, big rocks, no nice shallows...
The deckchairs are so crowded that it is impossible to approach.
The staff is not polite.
I wouldn't come again for nothing
The only good thing about this hotel is the location

rooms dirty and old, staff unfriendly.... food abysmal... if you like spartan way of life this is the right place for you.... now and never again.... 1 star hotel

The hotel had everything but in very bad condition. There was refrigerator in the room but very noisy you cant sleep. Air condition was there works loudly but not a cooler just a noisy machine. The room was very neglected, the sheets were not clean and the towels as well. It can be 3 star but could be clean. There are pensions near with the same price more clean and friendly. For serving free lunch & dinner there is no quality. If you want under average this place is for you. The staff was working so hard, they were always busy and tired. I couldn't understand the logic of the service. I'd prefer to write these to the owner but no mention of the company at their webpage.

We had a bad experience at this hotel as we booked a double bed room with sea view but we received a 2 single bed room with no view. we waited for 2 days to change the room to a double bed room and the new room as terrible with bad smile and no sea view
