Azak Beach Hotel

Positives: The location of the hotel was great and you could easily walk to the center of town. Staff was friendly.
Negatives: Our room didn’t have warm water (which wasn’t a problem during day time but at night one needs a bit of warm water). Also a plastic cover that is supposed to hide the hair dryer’s cables kept falling off, we informed the reception but it wasn’t fixed, and I got electrified while trying to put it in place. The cleaning lady kept forgetting to put shampoo and towels after cleaning our room, and it was tiresome having to constantly go down to the reception about it. No AC in the restaurant or lobby, which made it more possible for the food to spoil. Their bar closed every night at 22:00 and after that you couldn’t get any drinks.

The hotel is disaster. We wait 2h more too get our room at recepcion. Toillet and rooms are dirty and unfuctional. Stuff is unfriendly and doesn’t want to help. For seven days food was the same and disgusting. For this hotel one star is too much.

If someone offers you to pay for the vacation at this hotel, PLEASE reject. Everything you can think of (beside location) is bad. Hygiene is 0! They will take your dirty towels and put them back on the bed pretending that those are the clean ones. They won't even change them when u tell them, beacuse they "don't have enough". They will change them after 4 or 5 days. We are on the unplanned diet, because of their food. Haven't tasted or seen something more gross and oily. Lift gets broken at least once per day. There is not hot water at all, and it happens few times per day that there is not water at all! I wanted to call sanitary inspection but i couldn't find their number unfortunately. Please stay miles away from this place!

the food was the same every day and there was no choice, the staff didn't know English and collected the food and drinks from the table and we hadn't finished, the sunbeds are extra, the internet in the room is extra and all alcoholic drinks are also extra, in general we are not at all satisfied with the hotel and the hotel's services

A no frills hotel. Basic services, food was bad. The all inclusive drinks stop at 10PM which I didn't see anywhere on the booking info. This is farrrrrr too early. I ended up eating outside of the hotel most nights as the food was 2/10. Breakfast was worse.

The outside air conditioning machine is sat on the balcony blowing boiling hot air across the balcony directly on to you. Very poor design as they could have fitted them the opposite way to avoid this!

Will not come back

First of all I'm 70% sure that the food they serve is poisonous. The food is so bad that you will want to skip eating. Wifi is trash and you also have to pay for it. It's not enough that it isn't even that good but paying for the internet will set you back around 17 euros. The service is terrible almost none of them communicate in English as well ask women for phone numbers instead of doing their work. Rooms will always have something malfunctioning. Either water, beds or bad smell. Realistically if you want your summer ruined you should definitely go here but otherwise I don't recommend going here EVEN if you are desperate to go anywhere during summer vacation.

Been going to this hotel for 10 days begging of august , had to change rooms 2 times because conditioner didn’t work or there was smell in the room,
Rooms were really old , food was really bad the same food every day nearly only rice and pasta and literally had diarrhoea and vomiting after eating their food ( drinks were quickly running out and there was nothing to drink , Wi-Fi is extra for a week 10€ : on their website it says free but whatever , the workers didn’t care about anything just chilled all the time smoked and drank alcohol all the time so the customer service was really poor but the receptionist at night was funny but still STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST , better to get an apartment and buy food yourself from markets or shops like Bim or Migros . The only good thing made about this hotel is their location but nothing else so STAY AWAY !

Management here are idiots. Place is run down. No hot water (simply because management want to save money and turn it down / off). Breakfast is low quality. Overall a shame this place is run so badly. Cleaner is super lazy, leaves the room dirty after working most of the time, never changes sheets. most days is too lazy to come until you tell here. Avoid.

If you have standards, I wouldn't recommend this place to you. So called all-inclusive is tasteless meals, not even looking good. No-brand breakfast spread is downright yucky! Nothing on the beach is included, such as longchairs. The worst part was the cleanliness of the room!! They barely cleaned the room once in 4 nights and didn't even change the sheets. If I should say sth nice about this place, that would be the view. But there are lots of others on the same street, more than sure better than this one!
