Small, charming hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Updated rooms, good service.
Built: 1988
Renovated: 2011
Location: 120 km from Antalya airport, 2 km from Alanya, across the street from a private beach.
Total area: 1700 m2.
Consists of one 6-storey and one 5 storey – buildings.
The hotel has 114 rooms.
Beach: own sandy. Beach towels: no. Beach bar: free. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.
On the hotel territory: restaurants: 1 (main), bars: 2 pools: 1 (open), a la carte restaurants: 1 (Turkish, by appointment – extra charge), Internet cafes charge, Barber, doctor's office, Laundry room

This is the worst hotel ever. the hotel swimming pool is so filthy and not clean. I swam in that pool a few times and when I went back home I had a really bad ear infection. I had to have surgery and the doctors said it was very bad. this hotel must be gone. the food is so bad there too. It poisoned my mom. Protect your family and friends

I’ve stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and i have to say I’m very suprised!!
I do not understand these rude reviews as i can say with 100% truth this hotel yes could be cleaner but is already clean enough and u have anything you need or could want. About the food you have lots and lots of choices from fresh fruit to vegetables to spaghetti or soup…and more!!
Always free juices , tea, water and sprite and many more soft drinks!!
The whole stuff (family) is so welcoming, funny and nice and ofc always friendly 🙏🏻
The pool is awesome too always clean and its so easy to just go to the beach if u want:)
So the bad reviews are really unnecessary and rude to this sweet hotel.
Will definitely and hopefully come back here!!

Worst experience. Stayed for four days, never had a room cleaning. Food is extremely bad and poisoned my friends. They fry leftovers and use expired dairy products. No WiFi. Location is great but next time I would consider staying another place.

When I say hell is a better place than this I mean it. The hotel's hygiene is nonexistent, it lead to massive stomach bug where 15 people from our group ended up in hospital. Skip this hotel at all cost!

Not much. The hotel admin didn't understand much english or didn't want to understand what i was speaking 😄. It wasn't as clean as it should've could've been. Only good thing for me was location.

My first experience with an all inclusive concept. Food should vary more, it's quite the same all the time, and there is a lot of old food where they add something to it and make it a new dish. Rooms are average and we had a room with an AC over the bed, you cannot sleep with it running. Not my choice again. It is very close to the beach though and that is a good thing, and a nice view from the balcony. The bar closes at 9 pm local time.

Very nice and friendly staff and nothing else. Rooms are very very dirty, Location is good if you want to be close to beach, from city center distance is around 3.4 km. Service is good, for hotel which has 3 stars it is very poor. This hotel should have maximum 2 stars, and that would also be question. I can't understand why is someone getting salary to clean and that same person is not working her/his job. Unbelievable dirty hotel honestly.

good hotel, position with sea view was wonderful, for cleaning, they cleaned the floors, and the food was acceptable, if only you say thank you and give some free smile it would be even better 🙂

Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to. They didn't clean our rooms even once in 10 days, they didn't change our sheets, one day we found sheets on the bed that we had to change ourselves. Their cleaners are stealing from the rooms and no one has taken any action in this matter, neither the staff or the police. Every day the same food, over-seasoned, only the location is good. Bartender is very nice. I do not recommend to anyone.

Ok, in my personal opinion food way under average, rooms very basic, bar shuts at 10pm, seats in bar have holes in them and are unsuitable to sit on, very little English spoken in hotel, asked for a coke and got a beer instead. Room cleaning not sure if there was any, I think they just folded everything again.
Some Staff ok but services could be greater with a customer mindset, dont think there is one at present. Seems that what they do at the hotel is just a chore.
Hotel looks old.
I stopped at Celine Hotel in June 2022 3 hotels away on same road, which was far superior in all areas and services.
Shame as balik.is on sea front too, but they lack in services , food and quality of rooms.
