Horrible experience; small dirty room with crawling insects on sheets ,damaged air conditioning , on hotel halls and in the old lifts very hot like in a sauna, lack of air conditioning, i had a toxiinfection , poor food , many vegetables but very little meat, ioghourt at noon but not in the morning, chips in the morning but not at luch or dinner.Poor swimming pool , very small, for children only.

I never write a review but I feel it needs to be said, I am well traveled and this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. If you want an all inclusive do not book this place, the food is awful the chef looks like he’s not washed for a week no apron just a dirty T-shirt, the staff work behind bar when they feel like it, the pool was cleaned once in a week. The bedroom was well below par, the tv came from the 80s along with the bed the air conditioned spits ice cubes out and drips water all over the side an tv. The towels they provided look dirty mine even had what looks like blood stains on them. There is no bar snacks at all and you are lucky if you can find a cup for a coffee. The plates are either chipped or cracked, please avoid this place as you will end up spending like you were self catering without a kitchen area in your room.

Very poor hotel in general. Room was never clean up, and if you do not ask for clean towels, you won’t get them (policy is to change every 3rd day). Breakfast is poor and the same every day. Lunch and dinner are slightly better, with a few charges in main dishes, bust still poor.
Only guys in the bar and service are the stars of this hotel and location from the bech (50m).
Should avoid this low budget hotel!

This is the worst hotel ever. the hotel swimming pool is so filthy and not clean. I swam in that pool a few times and when I went back home I had a really bad ear infection. I had to have surgery and the doctors said it was very bad. this hotel must be gone. the food is so bad there too. It poisoned my mom. Protect your family and friends

We rested in June 2024 and were traveling for 4 days. The hotel is all dirty, we asked for cleaning for four days, when we checked in the room was very dirty, at our request they wiped it with one rag, but it remained dirty, they just smeared it. The following days there was no cleaning; the trash had to be taken out into the corridor. They asked for a towel and they pointedly threw them in our faces. We came for dinner, we couldn't eat there. Everything was in an unkempt state, scattered, there was no food, although an hour had passed since the beginning, and there was no employee to clean up. The kitchen is dark, dirty, one male hotel employee walks around in a dirty, greasy T-shirt and shorts, apparently a cook. There are no more service staff. No hygiene, no special. clothes. When checking in, we had to go to the reception through the kitchen, which is open access, all products are open. Unsanitary conditions. How can this be allowed in a hotel, especially in the kitchen. As soon as we checked in, we drank water in the “dining room”; at dinner, the dirty tables from lunch were never cleared. Attaching photo. We didn't eat there, we went to restaurants nearby. During our four-day stay, an ambulance came twice and took three people to the hospital with poisoning. They connect Wi-Fi and say that it is available, but it hasn’t worked for a day. I don’t recommend it, take care of your health.

Worst experience. Stayed for four days, never had a room cleaning. Food is extremely bad and poisoned my friends. They fry leftovers and use expired dairy products. No WiFi. Location is great but next time I would consider staying another place.

When I say hell is a better place than this I mean it. The hotel's hygiene is nonexistent, it lead to massive stomach bug where 15 people from our group ended up in hospital. Skip this hotel at all cost!
