Service this year is absolutely amazing! People working here are super friendly and helpful, they always try to talk with guest and make them feel welcomed. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel is located close to beach, close to bazars, close to stores, close to everything, which is nice :)

At first we with my Italian friend were choosing some hotels for our vocation but when we chose this one we couldn’t even imagine what a gold we found, very kind and professional staff always ready to help and answer your questions. All receptionist were like friends to us and shared so many stories about that place. Very delicious food with good variety of goods. Beach just across the street. And also if you reading this review I have I quest for you: find CHICAGO guy, he appears only in special time on the reception, I wouldn’t tell what time exactly exactly(for more interest) :DD but once you meet this guy you would be definitely impressed and wouldn’t regret about it. The receptionist was mostly helpful with every problem and always polite. They take care of our baggage and take it to the room. Our room was quite small and wirh 2 single beds, but we solved it by ourselves and joined them together. Balcony was very small but we appreciated the hanger for towels or swimsuits. In the room there is also available air condition with many modes (for example night one). We also liked modern system of housekeeping - you press the button with clean or don´t disturb and they can see it infront of the room. We also appreciate eco-friendly hotel mode, they change your towels every 3 days. Also we get the bottle of water everyday.

The food was various, they have many types of salads and meat. The only one seafood were fishes. We also don´t like the system, that during the lunch and dinner waiters go to you to order drinks. Often they didn´t come and we need to order by ourselves (but I know it was because of many many people). I also miss various breakfast. But food was usually very tasty.

Bar and waiters were always very polite. Alcoholic drinks was only 4 types + beer, but if you come to enjoy the sea, not drinking, it´s enough.

The beach is only few meters from the hotel, you need to cross the road and you are in. The beach has shower, sunbeds for rent but also is not very clear (also in the sea, mostly afternoon, swims rubish).

This hotel turned out to be quite a hidden gem. Located in the quiet neighbourhood, minute away from the beach (just across the street) it has all one couple needs for a relaxing vacation.
Room was, although not too spacious, quite nicely furnished, had an amazingly comfy bed and proper AC, with big enough bathroom and large shower cabin.
Cleaning was simply superb.
Restaurant was quite good, with food being a bit monotonous for breakfast (but ample and tasty), while for lunch and especially for dinner it was very rich, both in terms of flavour and variety. At least three or four meat dishes, and quite often fish as well, accompanied by many sauces and sallads, hearty soup, with tasty variety of cakes for dessert.
Service at the restaurant and bar was very good and staff were very kind and polite.
All inclusive concept was fair and as expected.
Since we had early departure we asked reception to prepare for us a lunch package and they did great job with that as well.
Beach no.22 was just in front of the hotel and it had the best guys working there, amazing in every way (they even make sure you're in constant shade if you want to be, by putting two parasols instead of one and placing them in the best position around you throughout a day, at least three or four times, just as the sun moves), but the drawback was that the entrance to the sea was hindered by those infamous 'stone plates' which were quite slipery. However, some 200m down the beach towards the city center (at the beach 19) entrance to the sea is sandy as the beach itself and much easier to enter.
Finally, as for the city center and marina, you'll be rellatively far from them, some three kilometers, but you'll be able to have nice stroll towards them (some 40-50 minutes of easy walking) if you choose to, but you can allways take the bus number 1 and be at the bazzar in some 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Bus stop is some 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

All in all, definatelly a hotel to recommend, trully a hidden gem.

The Hotel was clean and the food amazing, the workers there were very friendly. Everyone made sure that we were taken good care of and the overall location of the hotel made everything easy to find.
The Beach was clean and you had wifi both in the hotel and the beach itself.
Taxi stop was right in front wich made travel to the city center more comfortable.
The overall price of the hotel was suitable.
We are looking forward to staying here again.

The rooms are comfortable. Bathroom facilities up to standard. Beach is just few steps away. The staff at reception speaks little English but that is due to majority of guests being German or Russian and in a long term it is not an issue.

Slection of food is wonderful, from breakfast till dinner all had been delisious and diverse. Don't remember the last time I ate so well on all inclusive holiday.

The Restaurant and bar staff of the hotel is the real Star here. Efficient, attentive always smiling and polite. They definitely made the stay a very pleasant experience!

Nice hotel in the first line right by the sea. There is everything you need for an all-inclusive holiday. Poured, fed, carried on the hands. A little slow, but very caring. Not bad for those who love this format. Recommendations.

First of all, thank you for everything. Although it seems small when you see the hotel building, it is managed with a very high quality service understanding by forcing the possibilities at hand. All employees are very professional. Mr. Mustafa is both a very good professional and a very cheerful person. It helped in many ways. The hotel's food is really delicious, the bar is quite adequate. The hotel is very clean. The pool is a bit small but adequate for the hotel's capacity. We were very satisfied. If I come to Alanya again, I will stay at Celine hotel again.
