Location: 1 km from the city of Alanya, 120 km from Antalya airport.
Consists of four buildings (5 and 6 floors).
The hotel has 106 rooms.

Beach: public sand at 30 m from the hotel (1 coastline) across the road. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

Right after I left hotel same day i noticed that I forgot my trousers there. With my ID card. When I called and then visit there they said that housekeeper couldn't find. But I lost there if my dresses didn't learn how to fly. I don't care about trousers but i had big problem because of my lost .

Currently staying here don’t expect friendly service from The bar manager Mohammed if you are English he is rude doesn’t give full measures any other nationality he loves and gives great service to. Avoid if you intend on using the bar or don’t go all inclusive

After one week stay at Cleopatra Golden Beach I would like to give my opinion of this hotel. The location of the place is just perfect, Close to the beach, to the centre, to the bus station. At the same time it is quiet. They have free WiFi at rooms. Rooms are refurbished, nice and clean. I would like to compliment all the staff on the excellent service they offer for the guests and give special thanks to Öztan bey, the owner, who is present at the hotel most of the time and is very involved. The food is good despite low seazon and very affordable prices. The personnel at the the restaurant and the cleaning ladies are very friendly.

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here last month for a week. The hotel was clean and basic. We had requested a sea view room with two beds. Upon arrival we were given a choice between stunning sea view with a large double bed or a side sea view with two twin beds. We chose the room with double bed because the view was AMAZING.
Our room was cleaned daily, towels every other day. We had a problem with the toilet and when I asked for it to be fixed they fixed it instantly.
The food was very basic. We had booked all inclusive but by day 3 we started going out to eat.
Piece of advice: don't let Mr.Ramazan at the front desk to change currency for you. The exchange rate at the time was 1 euro to 35 lire and for 100€ he gave me 3000 lira.
Half a kilometer away on the strip is a good currency exchange center.
I certainly felt cheated by Mr.Ramazan when I realized what had happened.
What made this hotel so wonderful was Mr. Adyin. Professionalism at its finest. Mr. Aydin started working here in the spring, and this man goes above and beyond for his clients. You can find him practically every day at the pool bar. The pool is small but perfect when its 43degrees outside. Mr. Aydin was helpful and kind and made our stay absolutely wonderful. It felt like visiting a friend!
I would return to this hotel. Not for the food.
But for the location and the service and to spend time with our new friend Mr. Aydin!

We spent 9 nights in the hotel
The pictures were very different from reality
Positive -
-the location (sea is about 2 min walk away) the city about 20 min
-The boy at the reception is quite nice
Negative
-The canal stinks in the bathroom - was reported but nothing was done
Also the toilet flush does not work properly.
After 1 week the TV was fixed
-The food is the same every day
French fries, rice, spaghetti and chicken nuggets
-except for the salads it is not self-service they give you something on your plate
-The butter has run out
-the tablecloths are always dirty
All in all the food was very monotonous and without flavour.
The staff in the restaurant is unfriendly except for the boss
-The beach is to pay 10 euros a day
-all inclusive means 3 meals and drinks (cocktails not included)
No snacks and no extras like its written
-Not to forgett the Wlan is not working.
We will come back to Turkey but certainly not to this hotel again

Nice family staff not too far from main attractions I would visit this hotel again. Not a lot of entertainment put on in the evening.

Excellent hotel, the beach right next to the hotel! The food is delicious. There is a small market within the hotel that is open until 11 p.m. Great location!

The location is good and the view is very good if you get a room with sea view. Food is not that good and it’s not up to an average Turkish food. We lost the room key (card) one night and they charged us €5 for an alternative key! The room didn’t have a blanket and when we asked for one at about 10pm they said the room service is now closed and we have to wait until tomorrow!
There’s local supermarkets nearby like Bim and A101 and the Havaş (airport shuttle) is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We booked an all inclusive room but went out for food several times because the level of food offered was not satisfactory. You can take the bus (1 or 101) to the town centre or to the other side of the mountain if you want a very long walk near the sea.
The hotel consists of several buildings which are not connected internally. It was not convenient having to walk through the rain and wind to get to the hotel restaurant as it was located in a different building.

Small, but cosy hotel with own beach. Good breakfast and general selection of food. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Super friendly staff at reception.

It is a city hotel and of course the territory is extremely small. But I think the beach is the best in Alania. The rooms are also small but very comfortable, though. Reception workers are helpful, and waiters are fast and smiling. Food is ok. Cleaning is very good. And they have shampoos and shower gels in the hotel🥰 when you pack light - it matters. Of course, if you had had 5 stars experience before, you wouldn't LOVE it. But this hotel has its own city vibe. Sleep and eat here and go and check out the beauty of the city.
As for the local hotel spa- yeh.. it is horrible. Smelly, and you do not feel clean afterwards. They say 10€ for a program - if I had known, I wouldn't have done it even for free. That is why I even refused this free "trial" massage... so visit a good hamam elsewhere -better pay more and enjoy.
