A cozy hotel across the street from the beach. It offers bright, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Built: 1987
Renovated: 2012
Location: 1 km from the city of Alanya, 120 km from Antalya airport.
Consists of four buildings (5 and 6 floors).
The hotel has 106 rooms.
Total area: 1650 m2.
Beach: public sand at 30 m from the hotel (1 coastline) across the road. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

We spent 9 nights in the hotel
The pictures were very different from reality
Positive -
-the location (sea is about 2 min walk away) the city about 20 min
-The boy at the reception is quite nice
Negative
-The canal stinks in the bathroom - was reported but nothing was done
Also the toilet flush does not work properly.
After 1 week the TV was fixed
-The food is the same every day
French fries, rice, spaghetti and chicken nuggets
-except for the salads it is not self-service they give you something on your plate
-The butter has run out
-the tablecloths are always dirty
All in all the food was very monotonous and without flavour.
The staff in the restaurant is unfriendly except for the boss
-The beach is to pay 10 euros a day
-all inclusive means 3 meals and drinks (cocktails not included)
No snacks and no extras like its written
-Not to forgett the Wlan is not working.
We will come back to Turkey but certainly not to this hotel again

Nice family staff not too far from main attractions I would visit this hotel again. Not a lot of entertainment put on in the evening.

Excellent hotel, the beach right next to the hotel! The food is delicious. There is a small market within the hotel that is open until 11 p.m. Great location!

The location is good and the view is very good if you get a room with sea view. Food is not that good and it’s not up to an average Turkish food. We lost the room key (card) one night and they charged us €5 for an alternative key! The room didn’t have a blanket and when we asked for one at about 10pm they said the room service is now closed and we have to wait until tomorrow!
There’s local supermarkets nearby like Bim and A101 and the Havaş (airport shuttle) is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We booked an all inclusive room but went out for food several times because the level of food offered was not satisfactory. You can take the bus (1 or 101) to the town centre or to the other side of the mountain if you want a very long walk near the sea.
The hotel consists of several buildings which are not connected internally. It was not convenient having to walk through the rain and wind to get to the hotel restaurant as it was located in a different building.

Small, but cosy hotel with own beach. Good breakfast and general selection of food. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Super friendly staff at reception.

It is a city hotel and of course the territory is extremely small. But I think the beach is the best in Alania. The rooms are also small but very comfortable, though. Reception workers are helpful, and waiters are fast and smiling. Food is ok. Cleaning is very good. And they have shampoos and shower gels in the hotel🥰 when you pack light - it matters. Of course, if you had had 5 stars experience before, you wouldn't LOVE it. But this hotel has its own city vibe. Sleep and eat here and go and check out the beauty of the city.
As for the local hotel spa- yeh.. it is horrible. Smelly, and you do not feel clean afterwards. They say 10€ for a program - if I had known, I wouldn't have done it even for free. That is why I even refused this free "trial" massage... so visit a good hamam elsewhere -better pay more and enjoy.

It's a really nice hotel, the rooms are clean and nice, their family rooms, the big ones are very nice, and the staff is very helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with our rooms but we were impressed when the owner of the hotel got involved and got everything sorted especially when the air conditioning broke.

- Tiny swimming pool (6 sunbeds around, that sort of size)
- only one drink bar, by the swimming pool is a joke
- beach bar not in all inclusive, also sunbeds & umbrellas (that's the idea of ALL inclusive to have ALL included, not SOME inclusive)
- reception, lobby not ventilated, you can boil in there
- boring food, (little excitement when Turkish bread or kebab is done once in a week), horrible breakfast (boiled potatoes with skin, really? for breakfast? along with small selection of ham with flies around, yummy)
- no entertainment for children at all, no stage, no events, no fun nights, nothing!
- a'la carte restaurant in front paid extra (again...all inclusive for what?)
- poor WiFi signal, better on the beach (lol)
+ nice beach, short walk distance
+ ok rooms, pay extra for beach view
+ location, nice city, short walk for Alanya Teleferik where You can ride uphill for stunning views
+ Very nice staff, friendly and caring

Received a very good price for a room with a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The room was extremely clean, water very hot, and the space was comfortable. The walk across the street to the beach was beautiful, and the sun set over the water. I would stay there again!

My wife with an 11 month old child went on vacation to this hotel. The food was disgusting. The baby cot, which was ordered in advance, was brought only on the 4th day of rest, when the wife went to communicate in a raised voice at the reception.
But the worst thing is the hotel staff. Waiters came to swear at my child for dropping food on the floor (remember: the child is 11 months old). They ignored requests for a children's table. They refused to call a taxi - they offered to go outside and catch there.
There is also an inadequate manager who refuses to give his name, but the guard calls him Murat. This strange character allows himself to yell at vacationers, in particular at my wife, to threaten with eviction and call the police.
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then avoid this hotel. The worst you have ever faced in your life.
