Wow, what can I say about this hotel? The food is amazing, with lots of choices. The Turkish night was beautiful. The snack bar had a few options, but it was worth it. Burgers, pizza, pasta dishes with chips were available. Drinks included bottles, glasses, cocktails, and slushies. Coffee and cakes are a must. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. Will I return? 1000%! Even had the football on tv in the lobby bar
Staff couldn't do enough for you and they didn't expect tips

We were going for a short holiday where we could just relax and not care about anything, and our experience was just that. The hotel provided us with delicious food and drinks that were always available to us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. You'll not get bored in this hotel - a lot of entertainment (but not too much, you'd feel overwhelmed). We really enjoyed the evening schedule (especially the Latino band). The gym is really good for a hotel gym, we used it few times during our stay.

Few cons:
- alcohol quality was not the best (exceptional beer and wine) - vodka especially tasted really, really cheap.
- we felt that restaurant's staff was not that attentive to us (a young couple) compared to elderly people - the service they received was just much better, we felt as though we were invisible to the staff.
- the sea is not clean :( but I know it's not something the hotel can affect

I came here from Ireland for feel the sun a bit with my fiance. But it is more than you can see in the pictures. Foods were amazing and you can find lots of different options. Pool were a bit small at the first sight but after it it’s pretty okay. They have sea side as well and you can use there as well if you want. Rooms were really clean and it was cleaned every day as requested. And the most important thing is that the entertainment crew were amazing. The reviews of our hotel were very off putting but overall we were very pleased with our experience. The journey from the airport took 2 and a half hours. The food was very similar each day but there are nice cheap restaurants (£15 per person average) only 5 minute walk away so food was not an issue. There are also many clothes shops in the same area. The entertainment team was very good, friendly, and bring a positive vibe to the hotel and supply fun activities all day and night. The activities in both the day and night are suitable for all ages. The drinks are very strong but do the job, there are also 2 shops a 2 minute walk away (aswell as a shop inside the hotel) in case you’ve forgotten anything or wanted branded alcohol. The air conditioning is really good aswell as a stocked fridge when you arrive. The hotel also has a doctor which is very handy as my partner had an ear issue which was easily resolved. Overall you are getting what you paid for but I’d suggest ignoring the negative reviews as it is a friendly, relaxing hotel ideal for couples and families of all ages.

Beautiful, spotless adults only hotel. Staff here are amazing and very helpful. Pool is lovely, but you have to be early to get a lounger at the poolside. The food is excellent and has lots of choices. Great spa and rooftop pool. The views from the balcony rooms are fabulous. My only criticism is no English t-bags, and they run out of the only Turkish t-bags that were anywhere close to a good cup of tea. Holiday rep in situ most days for any queries. Local shops and transport links within walking distance of hotel.

Enjoyed our time a lot!

Really enjoyed our time in this hotel. It was the first time I've done all-included style of vacations and I'm really happy with the outcome!
The hotel itself was very much what I was expecting from the photos, the amenities were great, but for me, the absolute best selling point this hotel has to offer was the staff. From the reception, to the bars and the restaurant staff it was all absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, fun and engaging without it ever feeling "pushy" or out of place. They took what would have been a good vacation to an absolute great one!! Would absolutely recommend it.

And btw, if you're a young couple with no kids, the fact that the hotel is only +16 is a godsend!!

Memorable Stay at Senza: A Great Family Experience!

We arrived at the hotel on August 29th around 1 am and were pleasantly surprised by the efficient check-in process. After completing a few formalities, our keys were ready, and a bellboy promptly escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel’s amenities along the way. He even mentioned that the restaurant serves soup after 9 pm for late arrivals, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the soup wasn’t to our taste, the coffee was excellent.

Restaurants: The hotel boasts four restaurants, each offering a wide variety of options. Breakfast was a highlight with an extensive spread, and lunch provided equally impressive choices. We also dined at the chicken restaurant, where the food and service were outstanding. Dinner was delicious with plenty of options to satisfy every palate.

Staff: The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, though there was a slight language barrier with English communication. Nevertheless, they went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.

Amenities: The unlimited drinks available are a great perk, even if you don’t consume alcohol, making it a fantastic deal for guests. The swimming pool and aqua park slides were a major hit, especially with our son, who never wanted to leave the water. Poolside snacks, like fresh bread with cheese, were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment. Daily pool activities such as foam parties and bouncy castles were a big draw for the kids.

Entertainment: The entertainment options were good, especially for families with children. We enjoyed the laser show, and the kids’ disco was a fun and lively experience for the little ones.

Room Service: The only minor downside was that bed sheets were not changed daily; we had to request a change on the third day. However, the room service lady was incredibly polite and even taught our son how to make a bird with a towel, which was a delightful personal touch.

Overall, Senza is a fantastic choice for a family vacation. With plenty of activities, great food, and wonderful staff, our first holiday here was truly memorable. Thank you, Senza, for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning!

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the location is lovely as we opted for a sea view. The staff are very friendly and always at hand to help if you need.
The food is good, mostly the same things on offer each day and not a lot of fish options for those of us who don't eat meat but believe me I did not go hungry...
The neighbouring hotels are very close and you can hear their very loud evening entertainment, so if you want a quiet evening this is not the place for you.
Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, Thank you to all the staff for making our first holiday on the Turkish islands a nice experience 😀
