Our stay in the White City Resort was overall a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with a balcony. The pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxing, and the dining options were varied and tasty.
What set this resort apart was the exceptional service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Service was excellent and cleanliness of rooms and all areas was perfect.
However, only a few of the restaurants staff were friendly, with some even being arrogant and unhelpful.
The food was 8/10 and specials provided variety. Omelette prepared fresh, and a variety of whole fish helped to have a high score, but improvement could have been on the eggs as none poached and fried were constantly broken yolk.
Suggestion: they need to consider providing bacon as a breakfast does not seem complete without it

First time in Turkey, staying at White City Resort Hotel and my partner and I have loved every second of it! The staff and hotel have been amazing. We were made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Cleanliness of rooms and hotel are 10/10. Food was beautiful with so much variety every day. I couldn't find a fault, even if I tried. We will 100% be returning to this hotel after the winter months! Thank you so much for making our holiday perfect.

The kids club is wonderful. They do great activities with the kids, throughout the day and also at the night. Our son really enjoys the evening mini disco and the games afterwards. The kid which wins get rewarded with a medal, which motivated our son to retry every day.
The Program at the kids club is thought through and professionally organized. I am impressed by the animation team and how many languages they speak. They are great and super friendly to the kids. Wonderful team.
The only thing where we have to give minus points is the food. You hardly get warm food although the food is put on a ceramic stove which can put on. We were here 18 days and the food repeats itself every two to three days.
Also a minus point for the service is that we have two things broken in our room and they still haven't come (6 days have passed since reported 😕) to repair it.
The bartenders are very nice and the drinks are good too.

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is clean, personnel are friendly and glad to help out. Mega thumbs up for the animation team, guys are doing an amazing job and we were never bored. The food was tasty and there were always plenty, no complaints at all. If you are looking for a place to have a nice vacation it's a great choice either for couples, families with kids or groups of friends, totally recommend.

I recently stayed at the White City Resort hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was not bad, offering a diverse range of dishes that catered to various tastes. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff in the kitchen, lobby, spa and reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
However, my stay was significantly marred by the behavior of the entertainment team (excluding Liza). I observed that they consistently ignored guests of colour, showing a clear preference for interacting only with white guests. This discriminatory behaviour was not just subtle but glaringly obvious, making people of colour, including myself, feel unwelcome and disregarded.
As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel to people of colour. It’s disappointing to see such blatant racism in an environment that should be inclusive and enjoyable for all guests. If you value a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, this hotel is not the place for you.

After seeing all the recurring 5 star reviews, we were convinced this was one of the best resorts to visit as it was a 5 star hotel as well as the reviews matched it’s reputation.
To start of with the pros:
- Rooms were nice and clean and were of very good size, they had a great view of the local area and the sea on the balcony truly beautiful (be careful as to not book the “side seaview” as you would think you’d get a sea facing room) but overall the room was very good.
- service was also very good in the sense that if you ever needed anything you could get it in a moments notice by calling reception, maybe a little English language barrier but wasn’t much of an issue (plus the world doesn’t revolve around the English language)
Now as to the cons:
- the food I’ve read in a few but quite a lot of reviews is claimed to have been amazing, but it’s just okay as to say you will find something that’s nice or alright to eat, but it’s not say something that’s gonna change your life.
. The breads were usually quite hard, salads were out for a long time and maybe due to the heat but they tended to taste a bit off. A lot of variation of the food tho which was a plus but would you have a lot food that are mid or a few that are amazing and you want more off.
Plus the al a carte restaurant was A$$ (excuse the french but on my life it was so bad actually tasted disgusting you would be better off in the main restaurant)
- The “I’m your rep guy” if you’re reading this I’m coming for you, THIS GUY OH MY GOD so annoying, guy calls you in the morning when you’re asleep at like 7am and says you have A MEETING. Who has a meeting on holiday, I’ll be meeting your mum mr rep. (To tell her he’s been a really bad boy of course😉) jokes aside tho don’t fall for the you should get this service or the world could end idea they try putting in your mind.
Overall, if you’re going on holiday to drink and just get wasted go for it because you won’t be able to taste the food and that is what people seem to have been doing as it explains the exceptional food reviews. But if you do end up there before reading this, rinse I REPEAT RINSE that one BBQ dish they cook that is fresh the rest is just process sausage and fried processed food not really that nice, or it could just be my taste buds, who knows.

I think the White City Resort is an excellent resort. The service is really great, and the people are very nice. You know the saying, “What goes around comes around.” If you stay friendly with the staff, they will be friendly back. They provide top-notch service. Unfortunately, I had a conflict, but they immediately gave me another room. They come up with solutions. I lost my bracelet, and they kept it safe at the front desk. It was a very expensive bracelet. The massage is truly amazing, and the food is very good. I recommend it because you have everything here. You have a little beach, you can sit quietly, and there is a space for children. It’s amazing.

The hotel we love to visit every year. It has a unique character, follows innovations, and presents them in the best way with a customer-focused approach. Room cleanliness is excellent. The food is extremely delicious and sufficient. It's admirable that you continuously change and renew yourselves.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean , food is plenty , didn't like the fact that you had to go and collect your beach towel from the spa downstairs and get harassed into having a massage which we did not need !!
also think the cleaners are light fingered , I left 4 ten pound notes wrapped in my credit card on my bedside, didn't take any notice until i got home and only had 2 ten pound notes and i know i didn't exchange any money out there as i was using my credit card .. someone else also said that they had a ten pound note and some change on the side and the ten pound had disappeared!!! if I had known this had happened i would not have left them a tip :( disappointing
