Villas in Kusadasi

Spacious villa with nice views of mountains and seaside. Sunsets were gorgeous. Private pool is really nice. Bathrooms need work. Appliances need some fixing. Extra 10 Euro per day charge for utilities. Last 4-5 minutes of access are bumby twisty as you are climbing uphill on a mostly unpaved road.

We stayed at villa Venti during the holidays. We were so pleased to come in here and make a review. All the facilities of the house are sufficient, the view is wonderful. Thank you very much for all the support, especially Ms. Gökçe. Before and during the rental, he responded very quickly to all our questions and requests and was very helpful. I recommend it for family fun.

We stayed in the 2nd villa with my friends, the view in the evening is priceless. The pool is immaculately maintained, the furnishings in the house are new and useful. There is a village within 2 minutes by car and you can buy some bazlama in the morning. We are here again in September.

If you want to listen to the sound of birds and crickets in nature, definitely come here. The villas are very comfortable, the tools and equipment you will use in your daily life are available in the villa rooms. It has become a place for me to go with my family again next year.

It was a holiday that will make you say let's go get oxygen and not come back again. The nature and the villas were a marvel. The nearest market is 5 minutes away, everything is at your fingertips. When you go down to the bazaar, there are places where you can eat village products and wonderful pancakes.

We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully furnished and well equipped house with it's very green garden full of flowers and a refreshing pool. Check-in and communication was easy and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

I travel a ton and usually stays at 4 and 5 star hotels….Hotel Mary’s might not have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but the family who owns and runs it are absolutely amazing folks. Very genuine, accommodating and incredibly hospitable Oh and location of Hotel Mary is perfect. Walking distance to pretty much all the sites you would want to visit - St John’s Basilica, Temple of Artemis, restaurants...

This is quite a very late review for this place . I thought at one time I already wrote a review but apparently I forgot! Shame on me ! Anyway , our small group stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago when we visited Ephesus. We found it in booking.com and chose it based on very positive reviews. And we're so glad we did ! We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the owner was truly a gem, so kind and welcoming. He helped us find an ATM, order taxis for us, recommended excellent places to eat and get drinks, and, of course, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water! I would suggest bringing earplugs...
