I have stayed here twice now .I had a mix up on arrival but was soon sorted. I had a lovely apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment was very large .They had pots and utensils for basic cooking and had a pool side restaurant which also serves breakfast . Egg and toast is about 50 TL...not noisy nice and quiet .

Perfect for a base or chilling by the pool. I found it clean and spacious, air conditioning is charged by the day . However be prepared to be self efficient.

Beautiful pool and scenery, bar staff are nice and polite and its close to the beach. The only downfall is that we stayed for 7 nights and only got housekeeping after 5 even after going to reception and complaining which in a hot country is not ideal. Aircon charged as extra upon arrival

Great little place. Family run hotel. Staff can't do enough for you. . Very quiet and a 3 minutes walk to the shop and bars. All rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels too. Love coming here.

Fix the fan in the toilet in room 3, it's noisy. There is no soundproofing, there is a mosque and a street of bars nearby. The rest is just great!

The location of the hotel interior design is great. Quite clean and well cared for, we liked it a lot. The breakfast is served in a place belonging to the hotel and it was very nice. The only drawback was that the room had no view, and we couldn't even open the curtain because the glass saw the doors of other rooms. It has many rooms so I have no idea about other rooms. But overall it was very good...

A very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet. The location is right in the center and very close to the beach. There are three options for their breakfast and it is quite enough. If I come again, I will stay again. I definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the marina and Marmaris Castle. Rooms and service are also good. We had taken a standard room, but they gave it to the suite because it was empty. They have places in the marina for breakfast, you have to walk there. The only problem is that there is no parking nearby.

It’s really good Appartment with a super staff.

The room was a bit dirty. It seemed like nobody had lived there for a couple of weeks, and the last time it had been cleaned the same time ago. In the night there was big revel in clubs just nearby the hotel. Hence, it was quite hard to sleep, had to use earphones to make it quieter.

Perfect position at 5 mins to the seaside where you can find so many pubs, restaurants and bar and some disco too :) Good free use pool inside. 10 minutes to the Marmaris Touristic Port.

It is an apart to just sleep and take shower. Therebis no parking area ,breakfast is avarage, cleaning of rooms is avarage , hospitality is good. Has just one air condition but if you keep doors open it will be enough for both rooms. Close to marine ,swimming pool is small if you plan to spend your time at hotel

It was clean with big rooms, breakfast was okay for the price and the air-conditioner was working good except it was in one room the other room didn't have it so it was hot the location is great close to everything 👌🏻

Great location, food staff, clean pool, sauna never worked, gym was locked all the time, sound proofing, comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast, near to all main attractions.

Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. Went on a jeep for a tour had a giant water fight with everyone on the jeep and lots more. I LOVE THIS PlACE!!!!!???????????????????????

Had 2 weeks here and can't fault the place. Boss lady and manager Sinan were fantastic. staff attentive. room cleaned every day. food was lovely. recommended using their ticket system a few times for breakfast and evening meal well worth it . we will be back asap. That's was the best place we've stayed in Turkey! So cozy and feel like home! Thanks soooo much to Abdullah - he was waiting for us till very late night when we arrived from Istanbul by car. This will be a long review. I arrived to this amazing Villa 5 days ago and my experience is just astonishing 😍 the day we arrived with my family we noticed that there was a bug in the pool especially it's an outside pool, we asked for it to be cleaned and the staff started cleaning it which showed us immediate care for us. Every morning we see the staff smiles and they provide us a really amazing breakfast...

We have been to many places in turkey all over 5 star 4 star hotels but let me tell you this hotel is the best by far we have been 4 times now and each time Freddy and the team made us feel welcome and we have never had any problems with anything or anyone taking money ect. Very nice hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are basic but very clean, no lift at this hotel, I believe all rooms have a balcony, WiFi only in bar/ dining area, food is fab, there is a shop 2 minutes walk which is open 24hrs, one minute walk to the strip, around 20 minutes casual walk to the beach and bazaar, would I stay here again? Me and my husband really liked these apartments, the vibe was fantastic and the staff were excellent. The food is tasty and a range of drinks for everyone. You can open a bar tab, good for if you're in a big family and book meals in advance. The pool area is small but does the job. Great hotel and staff! Feels like home, all clean and spacious. Food buffet is fab! Cooked to perfection and great taste. No hassle, transfers are great, taxis come within 1 minute when u request for one. Easy to get to places, located at a great place away from the noisy beach but also just at a 5 minute walk so the beach is not far away too. Local shops close too. This Apart is a great one. The owners are very clean, the rooms are clean apart. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and spacious with air conditioning. Even though it was 2 o'clock, we sat with the owner of the hotel, Abi Orhan, still chatting. Incredibly caring and helpful person. It is very close to the beach. I don't understand why people who don't like it really don't like it. Definitely preferable. price performance quality very good

I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff. Will definitely going back next year. Thanks guys said

This hotel was beautiful, only downside is u pay £35 a week for aircon but its only in the bedroom even leaving the doors open it doesn't circulate.. but overall the staff are amazing, cleaners are lovely and friendly and will definitely go again.

Great hotel! Staff are absolutely fantastic all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is good but the hotel is also very handy for other restaurants and pubs if you want to venture out. Would definitely come back here.

Great little hotel ,clean and tidy,regular bedding and towel changes,ALL STAFF Great ,fabulous food Great prices, nice atmosphere happy to return to this hotel in the future. Close to many bars and restaurants and supermarkets in the Armutulan area.Could do with microwave in room and better locks on room doors ,apart from this overhaul a good budget hotel.

Immaculate family environment. There was not only a TV, but also walking distance to the beach and a small pool.

Stayed at the Luna Beach Deluxe Hotel but moved out as it was a complete dump. Deluxe ? lol This perfect accomodation is the complete opposite, clean, calm, attentive and in a great location. It's actually restored my faith in Marmaris Paul (Edinburgh, Scotland)

Very very clean and nice apartment. The staff is very nice, and they work hard, we had a lot of fun! However, the wifi could be better, this is useful for many people to keep in touch with family, the We will definitely come back!

It is an old building but the rooms were very clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were renovated. The rooms and the balcony were spacious. There are 2 single armchairs and a 3-seat sofa in the room, apart from the bed. The price is also very reasonable. There is a kettle, plate, glass, etc. in the room. If you are going to cook, there is an electric stove, as I read in the comments, it cooks a little...
