This hotel was very good . The pool was cleaned and checked regularly. The service and entertainment around the pool was good . They kept kids entertained . So if you want quite maybe not so good. Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. Went on a jeep for a tour had a giant water fight with everyone on the jeep and lots more. I LOVE THIS PlACE!!!!!???????????????????????

Had 2 weeks here and can't fault the place. Boss lady and manager Sinan were fantastic. staff attentive. room cleaned every day. food was lovely. recommended using their ticket system a few times for breakfast and evening meal well worth it . we will be back asap. Perfect position at 5 mins to the seaside where you can find so many pubs, restaurants and bar and some disco too :) Good free use pool inside. 10 minutes to the Marmaris Touristic Port.

It is an apart to just sleep and take shower. Therebis no parking area ,breakfast is avarage, cleaning of rooms is avarage , hospitality is good. Has just one air condition but if you keep doors open it will be enough for both rooms. Close to marine ,swimming pool is small if you plan to spend your time at hotel

It was clean with big rooms, breakfast was okay for the price and the air-conditioner was working good except it was in one room the other room didn't have it so it was hot the location is great close to everything 👌🏻

Great location, food staff, clean pool, sauna never worked, gym was locked all the time, sound proofing, comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast, near to all main attractions.

Nice hotel, great location and most of all the staff and Ismail were very responsive and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel! excellent location in the heart of the city, we got a secluded small cottage with terrace and our own yard! everything looks authentic but new and well cared for. the only con is that they don't have a dedicated 24/7 reception service and it works more like an apartment but the rest of experience is amazing 😍 thank you!

Fix the fan in the toilet in room 3, it's noisy. There is no soundproofing, there is a mosque and a street of bars nearby. The rest is just great!

The location of the hotel interior design is great. Quite clean and well cared for, we liked it a lot. The breakfast is served in a place belonging to the hotel and it was very nice. The only drawback was that the room had no view, and we couldn't even open the curtain because the glass saw the doors of other rooms. It has many rooms so I have no idea about other rooms. A very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet. The location is right in the center and very close to the beach. There are three options for their breakfast and it is quite enough. If I come again, I will stay again. I definitely recommend

The room was a bit dirty. It seemed like nobody had lived there for a couple of weeks, and the last time it had been cleaned the same time ago. In the night there was big revel in clubs just nearby the hotel. Hence, it was quite hard to sleep, had to use earphones to make it quieter.

I have stayed here twice now .I had a mix up on arrival but was soon sorted. I had a lovely apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment was very large .They had pots and utensils for basic cooking and had a pool side restaurant which also serves breakfast . Egg and toast is about 50 TL...not noisy nice and quiet .

Perfect for a base or chilling by the pool. I found it clean and spacious, air conditioning is charged by the day . However be prepared to be self efficient.

Beautiful pool and scenery, bar staff are nice and polite and its close to the beach. The only downfall is that we stayed for 7 nights and only got housekeeping after 5 even after going to reception and complaining which in a hot country is not ideal. Aircon charged as extra upon arrival

Very nice hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are basic but very clean, no lift at this hotel, I believe all rooms have a balcony, WiFi only in bar/ dining area, food is fab, there is a shop 2 minutes walk which is open 24hrs, one minute walk to the strip, around 20 minutes casual walk to the beach and bazaar, would I stay here again? My first time visiting turkey and what can I say can’t wait to come back! Me and my husband really liked these apartments, the vibe was fantastic and the staff were excellent. The food is tasty and a range of drinks for everyone. You can open a bar tab, good for if you're in a big family and book meals in advance. The pool area is small but does the job. This will be a long review. I arrived to this amazing Villa 5 days ago and my experience is just astonishing 😍 the day we arrived with my family we noticed that there was a bug in the pool especially it's an outside pool, we asked for it to be cleaned and the staff started cleaning it which showed us immediate care for us. We have been to many places in turkey all over 5 star 4 star hotels but let me tell you this hotel is the best by far we have been 4 times now and each time Freddy and the team made us feel welcome and we have never had any problems with anything or anyone taking money ect. Friendly and very clean family run apartments. Only 12 apartments so nice and quiet around the pool.

The rooms are clean but the wardrobe didn't look as if it was. The sheets were full of holes but spotless. A bit dated too.Service was excellent and friendly. Food was also good.Although it was a short walk to the lively sea front , it was nice and peacefull. The pool and bar area was great and was great for friendly conversation with other guests. I would love to go back some day .

Great Hotel rooms are very basic but kept very clean. Pool area is small but if you are up for 8 you will get a sunbed. All staff are super helpful Breakfast is ltd choice but fine for a quick snack before heading out for the day. Absolutely loved the place!a small charming hotel just a few steps away from the beach, provides all the calm & charm Marmaris has to offer. Very basic but clean hotel, very good location, good pool area and outdoor seating. Rooms are basic, would benefit from an upgrade but it’s what you’d expect for a 3 star hotel. Bar and food are cheap. 18 of us aged from babies to great grand parents have just spent 7 days here, last week in August all in different size and shaped rooms. The rooms were fab so big clean and well equipped. The only reason it's got a 4 star is the pool erea sunbeds with towels on them and left all day and all the pool toys pepole throwing balls u was hot a cpl times and this is with a leather foot ball. Everything about Prince hotel is first class, rooms are amazing loads of sunbeds and close to everything, the beach is 1 minute away would definitely stay here again 👌.

Such a wonderful place to stay, we have been twice now and we was gutted not to be able to stay one year as was all booked, we still came in and had some food and see all the staff who was there when we stayed. The rooms are very clean and a good size, both times had a pool view. Food is great, staff are helpful and welcoming. We look forward to coming again soon.

Stayed here for 1 week in September with teenage boys & parents. Shop on site near to reception which they can open anytime for you to get supplies if u have a very early morning flight getting there as we did. Absolutely lovely hotel for families. Not suitable for people after a quiet holiday. Ideal if you like noise and bustle. Fantastic staff, fantastic entertainment and the kids love it too. Just back from family holiday to Club Candan and I LOVED it there. Great food, entertainment and the staff look after you like you have been a personal friend for many years. Would highly recommend staying here. Cookie and Honey (entertainment) are brilliant and work so hard to keep everyone happy. FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY.

Even though it was 2 o'clock, we sat with the owner of the hotel, Abi Orhan, still chatting. Incredibly caring and helpful person. It is very close to the beach. I don't understand why people who don't like it really don't like it. Definitely preferable. price performance quality very good

I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff. This hotel was beautiful, only downside is u pay £35 a week for aircon but its only in the bedroom even leaving the doors open it doesn't circulate.. but overall the staff are amazing, cleaners are lovely and friendly and will definitely go again.

Basic breakfast but all other meals really nice, room cleaned daily with clean linen and towels, furniture dated but room clean and spacious with two balconies, staff bend over backwards to help
