The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep

Reception very friendly and happy person. All staff very happy and helpful. Clean, breakfast good, parking opposite hotel 50tl per day. Great pool and bar area. Close to all nice restaurants and Seaview’s with balcony.

Nice and quiet place, but not without flaws. Sooooo slow service at the bar. The rooms are clean but the second line to the sea very close. 30 sec. Food variety. Clean the pool. Tagil there:)

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the Beach Street and main road. The service offered in this hotel is definitely not worth the 4*

Three star hotel. It is what it is . Good location. Nice pool . Ender behind bar was a nice fella , Hassan the waiter was so funny. Breakfast very basic and limited. Lovely cafe bar across road , Great food .

The following includes a review of the hotel and Marmaris, as a place to visit The hotel is located on the promenade so it is close the beach, bars and restaurants as well as centre (I think)

Amazing stay !! We have just came back from here with our 8 month old daughter ! It was amazing and would definitely stay again!! Very clean, staff are lovely, food is the same most night but always something for you to eat !!

We've been back a week from this hotel. The two weeks we were there, the staff bent over backwards, to look after us. Even when my Son went to the bar, his drink was ready for him in arrival

The service from Kayra in the dining area has been excellent, always looking after us at all times with a very friendly manner. Thank you to Kayra for looking after us

The food was about repetative and not much selection for vegetarian. We made the best with what was there. Thanks again for one of the best holidays I've ever had

The beach is very near to get to and not crowded, the food is excellent and lots of shopping nearby

Rooms clean but on the small side. The restaurant is wonderful; the atmosphere, service and preparation is well above part without the hike in pricing. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel

Rooms are small but big enough. That's the only negative issue I can find. Absolutely delicious food, restaurant style, so cooked to order. Service outstanding and all-inclusive drink menu expansive

Would highly recommend!! This was our first holiday away together and couldn't of been happier. The staff are all amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was as good as expected being all inclusive

Drinks served to you on the beach while reclining on your thick cushioned sun lounger. Even free to use air beds for the water

Beach is sand, so easy on the feet, and is private, so there is no need to find a bed early in the morning. The bazaar is 15mns walk and local buses are many and cheap

We did try some off menu items that were very good too You can be laying on the beach thats yards from the restaurant area and the amazing staff will come take drink orders and bring them too you

The receptionist asked me very inappropriate questions like if the person I was with was my boyfriend or a relative and after he asked this he said he only wanted to know that because he wanted to know what type of room should he offer us

A modern hotel with good customer service we had some limitations in communication with the staff as most of them don't understand and speak english so we had to reach to one of the receptionist who was kind of knowledgeable in english

I was tented to offer less stars at this review but I guess it's just about one man and the parking spots and also the door lock from the balcony that was about to fall, but the hotel itself and the other staff was really nice

The staff that served the breakfast was nice and spoke English. The room had a balcony with a nice view to the city. What I haven't enjoyed at all was the "welcoming". I haven't had encountered such a "welcoming"anywhere

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are big and nicely decorated. The bathroom should have been a little bit more bigger. The breakfast was very good and it had a nice view to the pool

The breakfast was served from 7:30 till 10 and it has plenty of options. All in all was great for a one week stay. The pool is small yet we enjoyed our late night stays near the pool

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cihan Turk hotel the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Adnan what a guy he is. I’ve just got home now from flying to Manchester

All you could want from a hotel good price clean and excellent staff oh and so close to the beach HAPPY DAYS

Never knew staff could be that helpful I will come back again definitely next year

We have just returned after a two week stay. and would recommend this hotel. Was very clean. Staff friendly made you feel welcome. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was ok. Will definitely book again. Location was execellent.

Im currently staying here, The hotel is in a good location close to the beach. Couple of gripes the WiFi is restricted to to reception cant get anything in the rooms

if your thinking of going all inclusive the food is not the best and there are no labels on it so I have no idea what is actually available

Turkish bath and hammam excellent service highly recommend to visit if in turkey leaves you feeling relaxed

Not the best but has everything you need. Should be 3 stars at best not 4. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Has 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor. There's a kebab shop right outside of you don't like the hotel food

It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good

There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The sea is 1 km and it will take you 15 to get here

Rooms are really comfortable and nice, but even if hotel has 4 stars it isn't so good

Rooms are basic but practical, rooms can use abit of an update. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent enough to get up in the morning. They have a coffee machine and water dispenser available 24hrs

Read mixed reviews before visiting here. I always felt comfortable and safe. Ali in reception was great and all the other staff. Cleaner worked so hard every day fresh rooms. Food was always lovely and tasty

I stayed here for a week with family, it's decent hotel. Its not all singing and dancing but location is unreal. You are couple of mins walk away from the beach front. All shops are just round the corner

Reception is also 24hrs, we didn't use the pool as it was mid November but was still cleaned on a regular basis. You can walk upto the main bazaar in 20 mins or catch a bus which will cost you 20 lira

Big thanks goes to the cook, who delivered every time a really delicious meal! The staff is mostly friendly and the cleaning ladies do an amazing job! Location of this hotel is also great

I am shocked to see the review (Rooms could be cleaner!!! WOW i stayed @malibu about 6 yrs ago this hotel was emaculate absoulutly spotlessly cleaned to high standered..

All staff were very interested in what we got up to and were prompt with drinks, which is all we really went for

Absolutely love Supreme. Staff really loverly helpful and loads of fun, genuinely people. Veysel manager, Ali head barman, Serafettin chef, made my holiday .. highly recommended..

We arrived late so for the first night she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor, however, on the next day, a lady who speaks good English had sorted this issue and gave us a room on the bottom floor, however it would have been good if they could have helped us before we arrived(we tried to contact them and On The Beach multiple times with no help)

However, one of our rooms had an issue where the AC was spitting some water out, so we had to move the beds away from the AC in that room. The balconies on the top floor rooms had a very nice view of the mountains

Some locks on bathrooms would get stuck which was very irritating. The top floor hallway stunk of pee on the last day, which was a shame, as the hotel was very clean during the rest of our stay

It seems the food was catered to the majority british tourists who visit the hotel, however, a more authentic Turkish cousine would have been nice. I can't fault the staff at all

The staff did however offer us use of the safe and AC for free to make up for this. The rooms themselves were very clean, and were cleaned well daily

Decent hotel for the price location is good central spot and 2 mins walk to beach max and 10 mins walk to bazar, staff are really nice

The rooms were clean and the sea view was amazing but the food was not very good and there was a big line every time we wanted to eat plus there is no AC in the restaurant and lobby which was very annoying

The wifi is very weak (barely working) and only available in the lobby and pool ( Not in the rooms). The staff doesn’t speak english and the receptionist was not very friendly

We stayed at this hotel for a week with my friend. The hotel is located by the beach, with a distance of 0 meters to the sea. The hotel staff are very helpful. Yusuf were very helpful during our vacation

We stayed for 4 nights in a sea view room and all inclusive. Considering it is a 3 star hotel the food, price and amenities are acceptable. But there are some points that can be improved and make stays more pleasant

First of all cleanliness, not that the room was dirty but it was not acceptable. Curtains are dirty and smell awful. Lamp shades need a deep cleaning so as the air condition vents

Breakfast was nice and different every day: eggplants, pepper, eggs, sausages (good and tasty), potatoes, water melon, a lot of vegetables , cheese. The bed was white and clean with firm mattress and cosy pillow

On the ground flour there is a bar, very loud till 2 am, but it’s not the blame of a hotel. If you want silence you should choose another location of your vacation

Clean, new, good water power in the bathroom. Amazing view, we lived on 5th flour, 501 room

We haven't stayed in the hotel but downstairs is one of the best Chinese we have every had. Friendly staff, very polite and welcoming. Recommend 100%

Visited here for food. Nothing amazing about the food. Was quite standard so a bit disappointing really. More pricey to others we looked at before picking this place so a bit underwhelmed.

The rooms are clean and good quality. The bathroom are also very clean and of a high standard. I’m very impressed with! If the hotel continues with this quality of care we will definitely comeback

About 150m from the beach and noisy bars so it' much better if want to rest in the evening. Rooms modern and clean but rather small. The food is very good as for hotel standards.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms tea and coffee I rooms, tv with a couple English channels. Pool is unheated. Staff are friendly welcoming and always happy to help.

The hotel has a great location, reception was very good, easy to check in and very helpful, the food delicious, cleaning room is good also,but the hotel has only one elevator, there is no parking, the room is too small and they don't put water daily only in welcome first day

A very well run family business. every one was so accommodating, they could not do enough to make you feel at home. there is so much to do from relaxing by the pool, to all the fun entertainment at night

And if you are in to tattoos or thinking of getting your first, there is a well established tattoo studio on site, who makes you feel very comfortable and is very gentle, as a person with many tattoos she is the best I have found

I love this place great accommodation, great staff, cocktails spirits effes, pool and a wonderful relaxing environment. A great place to enjoy your holiday.

Absolutely lovely Hotel. The staff are beyond excellent. Very friendly, and efficient. The hotel premises are very clean. The food, both quality and choice, is fabulous. 😀

The hotel is very clean, with good, standard rooms, and a decent sized swimming pool and small lazy pool to relax. It does offer a spa, along with a barbers, tattoo parlour, and market; none of which we tried

They rooms were ok, just no drawers to put your clothes in, house keeping was good, some of the waiters were better than others, same with the reception staff

about twenty mins walk in town centre n beach. not great entertainment in the evening. free WiFi in hotel which is always good news

The only thing that let it down was the location of our room just at the elevator and late night guests didn't worry about other sleeping guest. Chico the entertainment staff was brilliant

I’ve been on holiday 3 times and this is my third holiday and I must say this Turkish holiday has been the best holiday I’ve had! The bar staff opposite the pool have looked after me well and they have been so polite and welcoming it’s good to see! They make you feel welcome and make your holiday! The food is lovely and the hotel rooms are beneficial! If you wanna go on a holiday this is the place...

Stayed at begonville in August Had a lovely holiday. Bemused by the negative reviews. We found the staff polite helpful and very friendly. This was our fourth stay as we find the hotel a small quiet hotel

The lady who does hammam and massages is very nice and know how to do her job, the young girl with the red hair on the bar is cute and very kind. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends

I'm very impressed by the hotel and the staff. Our sheets and towels were changed every day. All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful

Regarding the food there's plenty of choice and the salads are superb

The location is very good, near to the center. But the cafes nearby with very loud music till 12 pm can upset you stay

Hotel is good for companies who are here to chill. Lots of clubs and restaurants, anyone will find his favorite place. Good location? I was lucky to have this view, so breathtaking! An ordinary food, nothing special

As for the all inclusive option - you will choose something to eat and won't be hungry -the variety of food is not so big for breakfast - eggs, vegetables, granola. The options for lunch and dinner are bigger

The hotel is good but definitely needs renovation. And the beautiful view to the seaside makes you not to pay attention to some defects. The staff is very friendly and does their job 200%
