The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep

Reception very friendly and happy person. All staff very happy and helpful. Clean, breakfast good, parking opposite hotel 50tl per day. Great pool and bar area. Close to all nice restaurants and Seaview’s with balcony.

Nice and quiet place, but not without flaws. Sooooo slow service at the bar. The rooms are clean but the second line to the sea very close. 30 sec. Food variety. Clean the pool. Tagil there:)

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the Beach Street and main road. The service offered in this hotel is definitely not worth the 4*

Three star hotel. It is what it is . Good location. Nice pool . Ender behind bar was a nice fella , Hassan the waiter was so funny. Breakfast very basic and limited. Lovely cafe bar across road , Great food .

Rooms clean but on the small side. The restaurant is wonderful; the atmosphere, service and preparation is well above part without the hike in pricing. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel

Rooms are small but big enough. That's the only negative issue I can find. Absolutely delicious food, restaurant style, so cooked to order. Service outstanding and all-inclusive drink menu expansive

Would highly recommend!! This was our first holiday away together and couldn't of been happier. The staff are all amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was as good as expected being all inclusive

Drinks served to you on the beach while reclining on your thick cushioned sun lounger. Even free to use air beds for the water

Beach is sand, so easy on the feet, and is private, so there is no need to find a bed early in the morning. The bazaar is 15mns walk and local buses are many and cheap

We did try some off menu items that were very good too You can be laying on the beach thats yards from the restaurant area and the amazing staff will come take drink orders and bring them too you

The receptionist asked me very inappropriate questions like if the person I was with was my boyfriend or a relative and after he asked this he said he only wanted to know that because he wanted to know what type of room should he offer us

A modern hotel with good customer service we had some limitations in communication with the staff as most of them don't understand and speak english so we had to reach to one of the receptionist who was kind of knowledgeable in english

I was tented to offer less stars at this review but I guess it's just about one man and the parking spots and also the door lock from the balcony that was about to fall, but the hotel itself and the other staff was really nice

The staff that served the breakfast was nice and spoke English. The room had a balcony with a nice view to the city. What I haven't enjoyed at all was the "welcoming". I haven't had encountered such a "welcoming"anywhere

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are big and nicely decorated. The bathroom should have been a little bit more bigger. The breakfast was very good and it had a nice view to the pool

The breakfast was served from 7:30 till 10 and it has plenty of options. All in all was great for a one week stay. The pool is small yet we enjoyed our late night stays near the pool

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cihan Turk hotel the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Adnan what a guy he is. I’ve just got home now from flying to Manchester

All you could want from a hotel good price clean and excellent staff oh and so close to the beach HAPPY DAYS

Never knew staff could be that helpful I will come back again definitely next year

We have just returned after a two week stay. and would recommend this hotel. Was very clean. Staff friendly made you feel welcome. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was ok. Will definitely book again. Location was execellent.

Im currently staying here, The hotel is in a good location close to the beach. Couple of gripes the WiFi is restricted to to reception cant get anything in the rooms

if your thinking of going all inclusive the food is not the best and there are no labels on it so I have no idea what is actually available

The following includes a review of the hotel and Marmaris, as a place to visit The hotel is located on the promenade so it is close the beach, bars and restaurants as well as centre (I think)

Amazing stay !! We have just came back from here with our 8 month old daughter ! It was amazing and would definitely stay again!! Very clean, staff are lovely, food is the same most night but always something for you to eat !!

We've been back a week from this hotel. The two weeks we were there, the staff bent over backwards, to look after us. Even when my Son went to the bar, his drink was ready for him in arrival

The service from Kayra in the dining area has been excellent, always looking after us at all times with a very friendly manner. Thank you to Kayra for looking after us

The food was about repetative and not much selection for vegetarian. We made the best with what was there. Thanks again for one of the best holidays I've ever had

The beach is very near to get to and not crowded, the food is excellent and lots of shopping nearby

Turkish bath and hammam excellent service highly recommend to visit if in turkey leaves you feeling relaxed

Not the best but has everything you need. Should be 3 stars at best not 4. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Has 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor. There's a kebab shop right outside of you don't like the hotel food

It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good

There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The sea is 1 km and it will take you 15 to get here

We stayed at this hotel for a week with my friend. The hotel is located by the beach, with a distance of 0 meters to the sea. The hotel staff are very helpful. Yusuf were very helpful during our vacation

We stayed for 4 nights in a sea view room and all inclusive. Considering it is a 3 star hotel the food, price and amenities are acceptable. But there are some points that can be improved and make stays more pleasant

First of all cleanliness, not that the room was dirty but it was not acceptable. Curtains are dirty and smell awful. Lamp shades need a deep cleaning so as the air condition vents

The hotel is great in class, clean, the staff is nice and the manager is kind and a wonderful person who is understanding and always trying to help, the hotel is close to the beach, transportation and the city center.

The beach is a short walk from the hotel, about 15 min on foot to the centre, a few supermarkets at 5-10 min walking distance. The place is not brand new but clean and comfortable

I love Fidan with practically all my heart I stayed there for about two months last year the staff are amazing and funny cidir at the restaurant is practically one of the most friendly people I have ever met the food and drinks are literally so delicious the rooms are perfectly fine and a great living environment I really do recommend staying here they also do a Friday night Turkish night witch is...

Absolutely fantastic restaurantand bar, from the very first night we have been treated like royalty, but in a very homely way, it is so relaxed, prices are reasonable and the food is top notch (compliments to the chef) and service second to none, it did take me 3 nights to get the swordfish I wanted, but it became a running joke, and was well worth the wait

Nice place, very friendly owner, good location. I stayed in an apartment with kitchen which was equipped pretty well

I can't speak highly enough about the friendly, hospitable way we have been treated

Had the best week here the food is average but always something for everyone, rooms are always cleaned everyday, staff will help with anything they can, chico the entertainer is hilarious he’s made the holiday for us always making sure everyone is okay, he will come round and say morning to everyone and he makes sure he includes everyone

The hotel is very clean, with good, standard rooms, and a decent sized swimming pool and small lazy pool to relax. It does offer a spa, along with a barbers, tattoo parlour, and market; none of which we tried

The hotel is in a great location; about a mile from the beach and amenities, and if you're going on excursions, you're often the last to be picked up, and first to get off; meaning less time on busses

Have just returned home today after our first time spending 2 weeks here,had a great time and will be returning,all staff,food and entertainment very good,thanks to all at club atrium for making us welcome,jue and rob.

Fantastic hotel very clean, amazing staff and great atmosphere, only gripe would be no internet in rooms.. alough did have free WiFi pool side.. if this was given to all rooms it would be 5 stars..

Nice clean hotel room and pool area, have to pay for air con 25 pounds a week. Very noisy if you face the pool, as 2 bars and a night club. Breakfast OK, bread, eggs, olives and fake cheese

Staff friendly and not pushy like most places! So much for the kids to do with the soft play and machines! Food and drinks prices reasonable also. Local shop right on the door step

Whilst there my husband and children had their hair done at the on site hair dressers fab service. Reception staff super helpful aswell Highly recommended to all

I recommend Halici definitly if you want to have a good vacation what is nearby the town center and the beach also like 10min walk

For the offered price the hotel is good in general: food is good, rooms are clean, hotel is big and staff is mostly kind. Also the location is very good, near city center and Marmaris beach

I stayed here for a week, such a calm and nice hotel if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff are very friendly!!! The food also was good. And the desserts every evening was dellicious

First time visiting Turkey and we picked an amazing place. We stayed in Halici hotel and it was so wonderful. The food was lovely and the chef (can-John) was so good to cook more turkish for us

We requested it as we love to try the good the locals eat. Seray was a lovely girl who worked there and was so sweet to us all the time. Pool bar stay were always so friendly too and reception

Rooms were basic but spotless. Security on both gates so very safe. Turkish tea is delicious also. We will definitely be back and with our kids next time. Thank you, Antonio and Janey x

Very accomodating staff who were very helpful and flexible with our travel plans. Good location that isn’t far from town centre but nice and quiet. Pool in great condition and the building is neat and tidy

Stayed here for 2week in 2009 really cheap and the family that's runs the Hotel you really couldnt wish for a better family even the chef took us out on the night on the town one day I'm coming back to this place I'm thank full the last time I stayed here was with my nan and family this was my first holiday away with my nan this place holds some great memmerys for me of my beatifull nan that I'll keep...

Having been to many Turkish low price hotels, this one was a very great quality hotel given the price

Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Nice working AC and a lovely warm shower

Rooms are basic but practical, rooms can use abit of an update. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent enough to get up in the morning. They have a coffee machine and water dispenser available 24hrs

Read mixed reviews before visiting here. I always felt comfortable and safe. Ali in reception was great and all the other staff. Cleaner worked so hard every day fresh rooms. Food was always lovely and tasty

I stayed here for a week with family, it's decent hotel. Its not all singing and dancing but location is unreal. You are couple of mins walk away from the beach front. All shops are just round the corner

Reception is also 24hrs, we didn't use the pool as it was mid November but was still cleaned on a regular basis. You can walk upto the main bazaar in 20 mins or catch a bus which will cost you 20 lira

Big thanks goes to the cook, who delivered every time a really delicious meal! The staff is mostly friendly and the cleaning ladies do an amazing job! Location of this hotel is also great

Absolutely love Supreme. Staff really loverly helpful and loads of fun, genuinely people. Veysel manager, Ali head barman, Serafettin chef, made my holiday .. highly recommended..

We arrived late so for the first night she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor, however, on the next day, a lady who speaks good English had sorted this issue and gave us a room on the bottom floor, however it would have been good if they could have helped us before we arrived(we tried to contact them and On The Beach multiple times with no help)

However, one of our rooms had an issue where the AC was spitting some water out, so we had to move the beds away from the AC in that room. The balconies on the top floor rooms had a very nice view of the mountains

Some locks on bathrooms would get stuck which was very irritating. The top floor hallway stunk of pee on the last day, which was a shame, as the hotel was very clean during the rest of our stay

It seems the food was catered to the majority british tourists who visit the hotel, however, a more authentic Turkish cousine would have been nice. I can't fault the staff at all

The staff did however offer us use of the safe and AC for free to make up for this. The rooms themselves were very clean, and were cleaned well daily

Decent hotel for the price location is good central spot and 2 mins walk to beach max and 10 mins walk to bazar, staff are really nice

The rooms were clean and the sea view was amazing but the food was not very good and there was a big line every time we wanted to eat plus there is no AC in the restaurant and lobby which was very annoying

The wifi is very weak (barely working) and only available in the lobby and pool ( Not in the rooms). The staff doesn’t speak english and the receptionist was not very friendly
