It's nice hotel, rooms a little dated, will be nice a bit of decoration other than that good. Pool , sauna kids club are brilliant. Bars are OK, not all inclusive, the bar on second floor roof top are not included. Others are, local alcohol drinks included, like JD things like that you have to purchase. The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

The staff in the restaurant is rude and not friendly, the English guest's who act like trash and shout to each other in the hallway when every is sleeping. Location is not nice at all and the food is just for surviving. Definitely not interested to go there again.

The hotel is all inclusive which is very nice. The food is great with veriaty of choices. The room is okay. The only bad thing is that the check in time took way too long. I arrived at 10:30 and I received the room at 3pm.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond. This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love. A great hotel with 3 pools one quite one for adults. Food is good with plenty of variety each day. Staff are very good getting you drinks in the evenings. Just had an excellent family holiday, great hotel with great staff and excellent food. Highly recommend the Turkish Bath and massage deal. Only negative was the bathroom could have been bigger in the family room, down to having a wife and two teenage girls meant I could never get in and when I did I couldn't swing a cat! Casual vibes, friendly ambience... Music playing at decent levels and good bar snacks...

Such a shame. No longer a high standard of clientèle. Youths with no respect for anyone else. Will not be returning.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The weather gorgeous, the people so friendly and the day trips great fun. Best day was spent in a cabana on the jetty, well worth it. Can't recommend this place enough!

Second time here and it’s still just as good the fact that someone has left this a one star review amazes me as this location is stunning and the attention you receive from the staff and tour operators is second to none, the food is excellent and the accommodation has everything you could want in grounds that are beautifully maintained. Looking forward to many more visits to this lovely place and still...
