  The a‘la carte restaurant is amazing, too! The only room for improvement that we saw was the coffee (the fancy machine behind the bar was not being used properly) and the cocktails (cheaper local brands were used, international brands cost extra)

Location is great and the private beach is awesome. We booked a bed on the jetty, which was the best choice

All in all we would definitely come back. And we usually don’t like all inclusive, so that says a lot!

This hotel is absolutely amazing and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service is impeccable and there is not a single flaw I can think of when it comes to this hotel

Its not the easiest place to walk around if you have serious leg problems but I have osteoarthritis in both knees and this place is doing them the world of good. Anyone giving this place a very bad review has a problem

Fantastic experience at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The food was excellent and the service was second to none. Plenty of beds around the pools, there were two to choose from

I have been going to marmaris for many years and let me tell you I have no complaints

Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over

Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

Cocktails although nice are more like mocktails. The pool area is great but slightly on the smaller sides so it is difficult to get sunbeds around the pool unless you come out before 7am

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

Then its your usual acrobatics etc which are ok but once you have seen one you have seen them all. I do feel sorry for the hotel as the guests seem to be here more for chilling which makes entertainers jobs hard

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

Towels and toiletries not changed, or if towels changed she never left sufficient replacement, so they had to be requested. Again readily resolved when asked

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

The room itself did have some issues, safe not working, phone not working, curtain not hanging properly. When reported, they were fixed within 30 minutes. The cleaning of the room could definitely be improved

The entertainment staff are quite good, but as there are only a few of them they do have their work cut out. They do have daily activities, kids disco, bingo and different entertainment each night

All finished up by 11pm, meaning if you wanted an early night you are not kept up until the early hours as you can have in other resorts. Plenty of options for those who want a late drink

From the checking in process with Ozlem, who also found my bag when I’d lost it, to being seen within 3 minutes to the room allocation which was brilliant inside the hotel so not too far to walk

One of the true highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Tanya at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—so friendly, warm, and helpful every single day

Making sure we had everything we needed, Tanya went above and beyond. She greeted us with a smile every time we passed through the lobby and made our children feel welcome too, which meant a lot to us

This was one of the best family trips we’ve had, and a huge part of that was thanks to the warm atmosphere and people like Tanya who made us feel right at home. We will absolutely be returning!

The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms that were perfect for our family. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were clean

Beach is on the other side of sidewalk (it's 5m from exit and you can take drinks from hotel bar right from the sidewalk and go on the beach) and sunbeds are free

Great place, hotel for adults, music sometimes was too loud, but I guess if I would ask they could lower it a bit

I reported this to the cleaner and reception staff but they did not accept liability and was faced with a very rude woman with an attitude problem who was the line manager, advising that it was our problem even though they were locked away in our room

Not long got back from a week stay at The Poseidon Hotel in Marmaris. Overall it was a decent stay but there are a few things to point out and be wary of if you choose to stay in this hotel

We absolutely love this hotel, is it the most glamorous NO but it’s the most fun hotel around and the reason why is because mainly the entertainment team and although (Kevin ) aka Turkish bath man isn’t apart of the team he is just as much fun!! The guest relations team ozlem are just more than words can describe it doesn’t matter what they are doing they literally drop everything to be of assistance...

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

My main gripe was replenishing us with just 2 toilet rolls per day for a family of four! With a man of my excretory generosity! Young Children - our two young ones loved the holiday as they spent most of the time in the pool and at the complimentary kids club

Had a fantastic stay at club Julian. People friendly and good with leaving pool floats, sun lotions and unwanted items etc for adults and kids before returning home. Staff are fantastic and helpful who work really hard

There's also an onsite supermarket, hairdressers, tattoo shop, and more. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with all questions, always with smiles on their faces

Sun beds go quick and have to be up early and stay with the bed otherwise your towels with be removed by staff. Sun bed will be supplied on request so no one does without. Thank you for enjoyable holiday

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

In brief, if you've passed the 70s, come here, and it will surely be the best choice for you and your partner or friends! In any case, to evaluate a place for a one-week stay is not simple, and it is a great responsibility

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

But, it's very appreciated all the efforts the personnel does to let the holiday be at the top. The beach is too busy and a bit dirty, nothing compared with the fabulous turkish beaches

The position is very strategic, and this is the point up because it's situated among the beach front alley and the main streets full of pubs, garment stores, and jewellery shops

Just like most other all inclusive hotels in Marmaris. Location is close to shops, beach, chemists and restraunts. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but they work hard looking after it

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

Our stay at Elegance was truly wonderful — relaxing, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located right by the sea

A couple of things that do need looking at are the control of pool sunbeds which can be mostly gone by 7am, and saved unused for large parts of the day and the total lack of security staff anywhere around the premises

Whether we were enjoying breakfast with a sea view or sipping cocktails by the pool, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented

I have suggested that the hotel remove towels from unused beds. The same can be said with the beach. in both cases get down early (before 9am) to secure a decent spot

The cleanliness was of a very good standard. Plenty of sunbeds available round the huge pool & a lovely beach a minutes walk away

Although the rooms are a little dated they were very clean. Our bedding was changed every other day and towels every day. Food was very good and restaurant was immaculate

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

This is something we complained about because (and this isn't the hotels fault) people are inconsiderate. People put towels on beds and disappear for most of the day

The hotel itself has a nice pool, but be warned there is no shallow end. Be warned you need to get down early if you want to secure a sun bed

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area

The room had everything you need. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am

This hotel was quite a bit further out than we realised, but not too big of an issue as it’s a nice enough walk along to the main area. And there’s shops and restaurants not too far from the hotel either

We had to get up around 4am to ensure we had sunbeds but this seems to be the case in most similar resorts now

Small issue when we arrived with one of our rooms which could have been handled a lot better by a particular female on reception who was very rude and dismissive to the point of having to take the issue up with management, it was then fortunately resolved but not without unnecessary effort

Just stayed as a family for a week here and had high expectations after reading all of the reviews beforehand

Some pool activities would have been great for kids, where we stayed last year they had little races in the pool, foam party, spot the ball competitions etc overall a lovely holiday but our daughter preferred our last hotel simply for the daytime entertainment but she did enjoy the pool and water slide

Ideal if you enjoy ping-pong, archery, pool table and water aerobics but for an 8yr old girl none of these were suitable but my nephews 11 and 14 would have enjoyed it. The play area was too young for her too

I also loved the interior design of the hotel. Everything was beautifully decorated with elegant and modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pool area was also very clean and well-maintained

Pool sun loungers are for the early risers as there are only around x25 but people did tend to reserve early and stay there all day whether they were there or not but, there was plenty of sun loungers on the beach so all was good and the sea was lovely and clean

Not that it is bad at all because it isn't but, there are better hotels in this price range locally. Back to positives: There is a spa on site offering lots of treatments as well as an on site photographer

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best part of this hotel is its location, which is right by the beach! Waking up to the stunning view and having the beach just a few steps away was truly amazing

The Entertainment manager however got a little annoying and made several inappropriate comments to guests during our stay (thankfully not to us or our friends) but, as an adults only hotel

Security: there didn't appear to be anyone from the hotel managing the beach area for non-residents / people selling stuff i. This wasn't a major issue but makes you feel safer

Yve got to be up early to put towels on sunbeds. Lager comes in small glass/plastic beaker. The spirits are like drinking razor blades. They only do about 5 cocktails that are very basic. Strange breakfast concoctions

Me & my husband got married on 30-07-2022 in Scotland, we decided on a last minute booking for honeymoon,, I came across holiday packages, with on the beach, we came to your beautiful hotel, place is amazing & so clean, rooms were ideal, big balcony to sit out in, also pool area, we could eat 4 times day, plenty drinks 🍸 the staff go well & beyond for us, made us feel very welcome, the food selection...

The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the Beach Street and main road. The service offered in this hotel is definitely not worth the 4*
