It's a very cozy place. Owners Gülsüm and brother Mustafa are very hospitable people. They prepare our breakfast with their hands. Their own jams etc.

It was perfect to stay in a wooden house in the lush garden. All of the products in the breakfast were handcrafted, extremely delicious olives, jams, tomatoes from the garden were very nice. The location is already very ideal, you can easily reach places to swim or have dinner on foot. Hygiene and home comfort were exceedingly good. Having the best family holiday here. The hotel is lovely with lots to do, it has a great pool and splash pool for the kids. The food have been really nice with differences every day. Just spent 10 days here with my partner and 2 year old. Absolutely great time we had. A bit confused about the negative reviews this place has.. The rooms were great, the food was great (unless your a fussy eater, but even then, they served plains foods like chips, burgers and nuggets) the staff were brilliant, really made the whole stay a great experience. Amazing hotel. The food is terrific with more than enough selections to keep anyone happy. Not cheap fodder, you get options of smoked salmon and local cakes which are just awesome. The staff are attentive and helpful, bringing you drinks to the table while you eat. Just a short walk to the beach where they have a contract with golden sands, so you get to use canoes at no extra charge. We'll be back

Just stayed at the hotel for a week, food was good for a buffet all inclusive. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Location is superb, close to the main pubs and only 60p to get into the harbour.

It is very clean, comfortable. Close to city center while located on a quiet street. Good wifi and TV channels in the rooms. Instant hot water with good water pressure for nice shower. If you have a car, parking might be problem but we stayed not high season and no parking problem. Highly recommend. Good value for price.

No need to worry about bad employees like in other hotels. It's run by a family and they work as hard as possible to make your stay extremely pleasurable. They constantly gave me free drinks. The rooms come with slippers for the washrooms. The rooms look modern. The swimming pool is clean. The free breakfast is delicious. 2 minute walk to the beach. A really good restaurant just across the corner

The hotel is great in class, clean, the staff is nice and the manager is kind and a wonderful person who is understanding and always trying to help, the hotel is close to the beach, transportation and the city center.

No towel dryers and no shampoo shelves. And no even some soap. Wi-fi disconnecting all the time. Towels with holes. Dirty chairs outside. No air-cool control. But very kind staff :)

Nice place, very friendly owner, good location. I stayed in an apartment with kitchen which was equipped pretty well. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, about 15 min on foot to the centre, a few supermarkets at 5-10 min walking distance. They also have a restaurant. The place is not brand new but clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here twice now .I had a mix up on arrival but was soon sorted. I had a lovely apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment was very large .They had pots and utensils for basic cooking and had a pool side restaurant which also serves breakfast . Egg and toast is about 50 TL...not noisy nice and quiet .

The location of the hotel is perfect for the marmaris beach strip and has absolutely everything you need within perfect distance for a great holiday. Greatest sea I’ve ever been on Marmaris! It’s sandy beach, clean sunbeds and sea is amazing. Plus, it’s animal friendly! The foods are great and the prices are affordable.

Beach is great, food is above average. Good place to enjoy the beach with toddlers/kids. If you are not staying in the hotel there is an entrance fee but you can redeem it fully. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The hotel is on the centre of icmeler and it has lovely staff, will do anything for you but the new karma restaurant attached is rubbish, say discount but didn't have, twice. The one thing I will say is ask for a back room not front as it is next door to a lively bar, but you hardly hear it in the back. The staff are what makes this hotel wonderful.

The room was a bit dirty. It seemed like nobody had lived there for a couple of weeks, and the last time it had been cleaned the same time ago. In the night there was big revel in clubs just nearby the hotel. Hence, it was quite hard to sleep, had to use earphones to make it quieter.

However, I noticed that alcohol, especially whiskey, is mixed as some bottles are with the plastic dispenser and others are not, and effect is noticeable. Not sure what the reason for that, whether to avoid people being overdrunk or to save on alcohol, but this is what I did not like. Overall, the holtel is nice with good animation programs...

Loved our stay here. Couldn't find one thing wrong at all. We stayed near end of May weather was lovely pool was lovely staff were lovely. Lots if different food to cater for everyone. Maids that cleaned room were really nice .
