The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

The hotel is all inclusive which is very nice. The food is great with veriaty of choices. The room is okay. The only bad thing is that the check in time took way too long. I arrived at 10:30 and I received the room at 3pm.

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway...so much stairs. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and they never stop smiling. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. They help you out whenever needed and even beyond. This was an amazing experience! The hotel and rooms as well as the beach are all very clean. The staff is just amazing - they are all very kind and fulfill their duties with so much love. I come here over 10 times. Hotel is very elegant , homely, loads of things available, comfortable rooms. I think the best thing ever is the food , so much tasty. Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. The beach was amazing. Clean, good food service, location was excellent could walk down to marmaris old town or icemeler along the pedestrian path. Plenty of shops. Dolmus was very handy too. This hotel almost had a centre parcs vibe with the villas and all the trees and wildlife. We saw alot of squirrels from our balcony. Our room was abit of a walk up a hill but we've walked worst. We ended up having very noisy neighbours...

Stayed for 12 nights and loved every day. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The whole resort is clean, plenty of people sweeping or picking up litter. Plenty of food avaliable and always fresh, lots of places to get a drink. They have bottled water avaliable everywhere to ensure you stay hydrated.

This was our second visit to the Club Turban, the first time we've ever returned to a hotel which goes to show how great it is. The experience is brilliant. The food, staff, entertainment and setting are all excellent. The rooms are a little bit dated but it's likely you'll spend very little time in your room. Would highly recommend the hotel, especially for families.

Amazing holidays in this fabulous place. Big variety of delicious food, fresh, high quality coffee from the coffee dock opened until midnight. Pool bar opened 24h, amphitheatre with everything shows, concerts at the beach bar stage, great sport activities. The staff - wonderful people who couldn't do more for you!!! Clean well-kept Turkish AI resort. Has everything you need for a great holiday. We were in the thermal block which was very nice with an adult only pool outside. I suspect some rooms in the main block may be noisy over the restaurant etc. Food, drinks, ice cream, cakes, all good. Pools clean and well maintained; beach was nice but sea water very cold. entertainment at night was not well advertised...
