Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of food choices available at the restaurants. We also enjoyed the cafe wien during the day

Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

The drinks are made quickly but the spirits are heavily watered down, its very difficult to get drunk within the hotel. Trust me i tried!! Found the wine and beer the strongest

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours

We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice. The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help

The entertainment team are great the 2 lads are brilliant, get everyone involved. Jay Jay i believe his name stands out above them all, has a good laugh with the guests and is always professional

The food was great, my husband is a fussy eater and there was always something for him. Great range of drinks local and premium, the grand bar was a favourite, chilled atmosphere and the drinks were great

The a la carte restaurants were all really nice, we used the Chinese and the Italian and would recommend both. The beach is gorgeous, clear water and plenty of sun beds

Just came back from a Turkey and had a wonderful time in the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. Excellent facilities, lovely food and kind staff. A big shout out goes to Musa in the dining room - a real gentleman

Great wee hotel! Here for a holiday with my partners family and was great! Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning

There's also an onsite supermarket, hairdressers, tattoo shop, and more. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with all questions, always with smiles on their faces

My main gripe was replenishing us with just 2 toilet rolls per day for a family of four! With a man of my excretory generosity! Young Children - our two young ones loved the holiday as they spent most of the time in the pool and at the complimentary kids club

Food - was delicious and a better range than we expected for a Turkish hotel below a 5* rating. Entertainment - not my cup of tea. The daytime entertainment had the energy and noise levels of a Club 18-30 holiday

Similarly, screaming "MORNING!" "WAKE UP!" "DON'T BE LAZY!" at holidaymakers simply trying to relax on sunbeds seemed a strange thing to do for a family hotel. grateful to have the Kids Club

Lots of lively bars pretty much outside but in the midday sun it's probably too far to walk to the bazaar/Ataturk statue area especially with two four-year olds

No hot water first thing for a shower in the morning - reminds me of being in Greece in the 1980's! Food in the restaurant is very limited, repetitive and very "Turkish" for every meal

Did an all-inclusive 7 night stay. The air conditioning wasn't great but when I complained they offered to move me rooms so couldn't ask for more. Service and friendliness is impeccable! They couldn't do more for you

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

Our stay at Elegance was truly wonderful — relaxing, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located right by the sea

Although the rooms are a little dated they were very clean. Our bedding was changed every other day and towels every day. Food was very good and restaurant was immaculate

If you don't manage to grab a bed there are plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, and a shaded area with bean bags etc. Drinks wise, despite what you may be told by a travel agent, there is one bar

What does help is that there is a BBQ open during the evening meal which typically has 1 -2 fresh meat options plus pizza. The BBQ area serves as a burger and pizza counter during the day

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

As I mentioned there are lots of bars open to get your entertainment fix if the hotel offering doesn't do it for you. Food wise is probably the weakest part of this hotel

WHAT IS WORTH NOTING FROM THE GOOD: - the staff! The staff is wonderful. Especially the restaurant and reception staff. The staff is wonderful 😍🔥 - the gym And the hotel is next to the sea

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area

The room had everything you need. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am

There were branded drinks available but you naturally have to pay for these. Again, I didn't experience this at our previous hotel so it's a direct comparison. Sadly, I wouldn't stay here again

Pool sun loungers are for the early risers as there are only around x25 but people did tend to reserve early and stay there all day whether they were there or not but, there was plenty of sun loungers on the beach so all was good and the sea was lovely and clean

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best part of this hotel is its location, which is right by the beach! Waking up to the stunning view and having the beach just a few steps away was truly amazing

The Entertainment manager however got a little annoying and made several inappropriate comments to guests during our stay (thankfully not to us or our friends) but, as an adults only hotel

Security: there didn't appear to be anyone from the hotel managing the beach area for non-residents / people selling stuff i. This wasn't a major issue but makes you feel safer

The waitresses work tirelessly to ensure you’re looked after. The chef is always topping food up & the manager of the restaurant runs it well. Food is available throughout the day. Excellent bar staff who work long days

From the initial greeting from the receptionist to the amazing, friendly and wonderful restaurant team. They all work tirelessly and as a team and seem to enjoy doing what they do

For a 4 star hotel its food is very tasty and has variety there are chickrn fish and meat wich are very well prepared along side with pasta rice fries and some turkish dishes wich I dont know there name

Absolutely love this hotel, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's very clean and family friendly, the beach is a stones throw away and also all of the activities you wish to do

The staff are friendly and welcoming, but there is one drawback - the hotel opposite - from 10 PM to 1 am every day very loud screaming music, even with the Windows closed you can clearly hear the music and hard to sleep

A truly high-quality hotel, close to a beautiful beach, spacious rooms, attentive staff, and a wide selection of buffet options.

There is a lot of food and a variety of drinks, alcoholic drinks are good, not diluted! We took all inclusive and were very pleased! We especially liked the Italian restaurant There are many sun loungers, there is a place to sunbathe and swim

I would highly recommend Mister Ramazan when you are at the Restaurant and Miss Ceylan when you are in the lobby. Thanks to them and to the other staff members!

The hotel is all inclusive which is very nice. The food is great with veriaty of choices. The only bad thing is that the check in time took way too long. I arrived at 10:30 and I received the room at 3pm

And they have 2 tennis courts, when they don't even have a volleyball one. (plz switch 1 tennis court to a volleyball one). Besides that everything was perfect!

Great hotel with good location; across from supermarket and short walk to the beach, amd the spa is great with excellent hammam service. However, their restaurant has gone down hill

The breakfast was served at a restaurant in the hotel, there was no variety though. So that wasn't great but we only stayed for 2 days. I imagine it can be quite boring if you're staying more

Motto Premium Hotel in Marmaris is a genuinely 4star hotel - we were fortunate enough to have a suite up on the top floor of the hotel. The view of the Marmaris bay from our balcony was just lovely
