Friendly personal. Chip but clean. Was problem with hot water. Stay for a night , best price for that.

Central location, but quiet and can sleep well! Staff extremely friendly and speak English. Great wifi. Clean. Good prices. Pool is EXCELLENT. Recommended!

A very nice hotel, close to the city centre, and marina. It has parking places in the street in front of the hotel, sometimes it was full, but you can find a place to park. It has a small kitchen, where you can quickly make yourself a lunch. Our apartment had two rooms with two balconies, which was great. Great for its price. If we ever come to Marmaris again, we will definitely stay again.

Being one of the first hotels established in the area over 30 years ago, it is important to note that it may not offer luxurious amenities. However, as a hotel apartment, it provides the convenience of cooking facilities, which was a significant factor for me. The pool is clean and enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Bad points:
One major drawback is the lack of an elevator, requiring guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. Additionally, due to its age, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear, such as occasional sightings of dead cockroaches in the room or issues with cleanliness in the bathroom or kitchen sink. Moreover, there is no designated parking space in front of the hotel, causing difficulties in finding a parking spot. The breakfast provided is poor, but still acceptable considering the overall circumstances.

Perfect position at 5 mins to the seaside where you can find so many pubs, restaurants and bar and some disco too :) Good free use pool inside. 10 minutes to the Marmaris Touristic Port.

It is an apart to just sleep and take shower. Therebis no parking area ,breakfast is avarage, cleaning of rooms is avarage , hospitality is good. Has just one air condition but if you keep doors open it will be enough for both rooms. Close to marine ,swimming pool is small if you plan to spend your time at hotel

It was clean with big rooms, breakfast was okay for the price and the air-conditioner was working good except it was in one room the other room didn't have it so it was hot the location is great close to everything 👌🏻

Great location, food staff, clean pool, sauna never worked, gym was locked all the time, sound proofing, comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast, near to all main attractions.
