Just finished an all inclusive week break for Easter holidays. The weather was absolutely bliss. The beach was amazing. However, I noticed that alcohol, especially whiskey, is mixed as some bottles are with the plastic dispenser and others are not, and effect is noticeable. Pretty good value hotel, food was good and plenty of choice. Drinks were always on offer. We had a very pretty waitress who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Entertainment staff were extremely enthusiastic. Would go again.

Nothing bad. Nothing great. Private beach is lovely. Food is not great. Bar orders are very quick. Mini fridge is not a fridge and not stocked although tui said it was. Massage staff rude.bar staff nice. all in all a good place to holiday. Would come again to be honest.

The hotel was mostly clean, fancy and our room was incredible. Despite paying for a standard room, the place was spacious and modern. The staff in the hotel were friendly and the food was lovely. There was a range of foods available for breakfast, lunch and dinner which cater for everyone. Be warned lots of Russian guests most of which don't speak English and love to cut a que, unfortunately this started a few minor rows and upset some people. The hotel room was clean and spacious and the maids done a good job of daily cleaning, replacing towels etc. With a lot of Russians staying at the resort the food served was aimed towards what I would presume they typically eat, this didn't bother...

Amazing luxury hotel with many many features like 3 huge water slides, baby and kid pool with funny gadgets. Mini club and lots of other shows. Especially the lady with the soap bubbles show was unbelievable. Huge restaurants and never ending food hours until 3 am in the morning. Foods and beverages are amazing. Playground for kids, table tennis, sauna and fitness free to some degrees. Great panorama...

This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous surroundings.. staff are really nice and nothing is too much trouble.. x
