Galeri Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel is excellent. Corresponds to the price and quality. I stayed at this hotel from 09/02/2021 to 09/09/2021. The first thing I liked was the attitude of the girl at the reception named Ultay, she immediately put on bracelets and offered to go to the bar. I booked two standards for my wife and two children. To my regret, two rooms were not nearby at that time, they offered a two-room suite on the 5th floor. The next day they promised to find rooms nearby for us, but after examining the proposed option, we agreed to this one. The room is clean, the furniture is in good condition, the food in the hotel is excellent ... especially dinner, there are several types of fish, meat, seafood, fruits are always fresh, sweets are in abundance. There are constant snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Respect to the kitchen !!! Cleaning in the room is rated 4+. Towels were changed if necessary. The bed linen was changed after 3 days, I think. No complaints. The hotel staff will make any concessions if you treat them humanely. The girls from the lobby bar are 5+, they are smart, and I will repeat again about the reception, a girl named Ultay, always helped with any questions that arose regarding accommodation. I recommend the hotel 100%. The only downside is the audibility in the bathrooms, you can hear your neighbors very well.

A cozy little hotel with a good entrance to the sea, a pier 👍 Great staff, hygiene standards 💯 The chef is a cheerful guy, the food is varied, there is plenty of meat, not much seafood, but the fish is fried daily, fruits and desserts are excellent 😍. The rooms are small, but thought out to the smallest detail - hangers, shelves, ashtray, etc. Internet in the room 👌 The balcony is very cozy with a hanger for drying clothes. Daily cleaning, it is very nice to see towels lovingly laid out in the shape of a heart 💓 I recommend the hotel 💯 Of the minuses - no robes and slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.

In general, I really liked the hotel and I leave a high rating, although it does not pull 5 stars, it is 4 stars (compared to other 5-star hotels). I really liked that the hotel is quite clean and cozy. The rooms are clean and pleasant (although there are some chipped corners). The furniture in the restaurant is clearly new, the sofas in the lobby are also clean (which was a pleasant surprise, in other 5-star hotels in Turkey the sofas in the lobby were often stained). The sun loungers on the beach are also in good condition and clean, the mattresses on the sun loungers and they were also in 80% very good condition. Food 3.5. There is not much variety, but you can choose something to your taste. If you are very picky about food, you will not like it)))) The beach is very close, of course it is small in size, the sun loungers are very close to each other (but there were always free spaces), on both sides there are already other hotels close by. The beach is pebbly, it is difficult to enter the water without special shoes, and there are also constantly big waves and deep at once, but there was a pier, it is more convenient to enter from the pier, but the depth there is about 5 meters. We were at the beginning of July 2021, there was a storm for three days, even wooden beams were torn off the pier, all the other days there were big waves. About the room, I want to add that although it is 5 stars and all inclusive, there was no kettle in the room and the bar is paid. Entertainment program I would say is designed for active couples with children who prefer a balance between entertainment and quiet hours. There were entertainment shows for adults and for children, the music near the pool is not loud. But for young people who want a lot of noise and party until dawn, the hotel will be boring (again, compared to other hotels in Turkey) Despite some disadvantages and my personal preferences, the hotel still left a pleasant impression, and thanks to the staff for the good service)))

Overall a good stay with a lot of upsides, but let’s start with the downsides of the hotel:
- family rooms: we initially got placed in a family suite where one of the bedrooms didn’t have ANY windows + it was next to the elevator and since the walls are thin there was a constant elevator noise - our room was changed after we complained (that’s a definite plus for the manager) but in the new room on the 5th floor you could hear people upstairs through our bathroom so all of our bathroom noises were heard upstairs and we could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs which was disturbing at times
- people reserve sunbeds both at the pool and at the beach and even though the hotel rules state that reservations are prohibited, hotel staff doesn’t enforce it
- we saw one of the bartenders - Aslı - be rude to guests, she was also unpleasant to us, made it feel like we were disturbing her when we were trying to order something, she looked constantly angry, never responded to any of the „hello” and „thank you” - honestly super rude
Now for the upsides:
- FOOD IS INCREDIBLE - I’ve never had better food at an all inclusive, everything was always fresh and tasty
- the hotel is directly at the beach which is amazing
- apart from that one bartender, the entire staff has been great and made our stay really positive - special shoutout to our evening bartenders / waiters Mustafa & Furkan - loved having special gala to celebrate all of those amazing employees
- the cleaning ladies were great! helpful, very thorough with their cleaning, polite, they’re doing a great job keeping everything clean
- animations both throughout the day as well as the evening ones were super engaging and fun
- the choice of drinks was good
- staff speaks great English so no problems with communication

Last week, I stayed at Galeri with my family, and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and the stuff was super helpful. Turkish night food was the best and as an American, we loved it. Beach volleyball tournament was really fun. They have a disco at the bottom level and dj was fine. In shortly, amazing views, yummy food and super crew. best choice for vacation in Alanya !!

All our expectations met! A great, not to big, compact resort right on the sea bank. The quality of service as good as can be. The food - obviously high, with great variety. No shortage of seats or sunbeds. Also, just 2 km from a big bazaar, Alara. The all inclusive service really leaves nothing to complain about.
