This hotel is for Russians only. The food, the music, the entertainer language. The customers 99 percent Russian. So if you are not a Russian I don't advice you to go there. It's a clean hotel decent, the employees are nice. But my kids couldn't eat there or even make friends. You can communicate with anyone.

We stayed at the Armas bella sun hotel, two rooms were reserved, after the first night we found a bed bug bite, when we told the reception the problem one room was changed, and the other one was offered, "disinfection" because they didn't have any more free rooms, but after changing the rooms or performing, say, , disinfection ” the problem hasn't disappeared, so the hotel really has a problem with bedbugs and they look at it very dismissively. Another problem we encountered is that most of the employees working in the hotel are Russians who do not speak English at all, and if there are Turks working, they also do not speak English, so that it is impossible to communicate at the reception, in the bars, in the spa center. Also, Russian-speaking employees discriminate English-speaking people and don't even try to help, they just stand there and wait for you to speak Russian. I'm not even talking about the fact that Russian music is played all day. It should be written in capital letters that this is a Russian resort and there is nothing for those who speak other languages ​​to go there.

If you wanna have a good vacation- choose a different hotel!
We‘ve chosen a hotel as a place to meet with my family, because we live in different countries and they never yet seen their grandson. My family arrived earlier and… they were sent with the other tourists to another hotel, because the hotel was „overbooked“!! Imagine, planning a vacation together and now we’re in different hotels. My family tried to talk to the stuff but the stuff was not friendly and didn’t help at all, so my mom and grandma were sent to a different hotel, I tried to reach the hotel, but they always hang up the phone, eventually I left a bad review and the administration reacted and solved the problem and returned my family back to our hotel, so obviously the hotel was not overbooked like they claimed. We finally met each other and were happy about it, but it was not the only problem with a hotel.
The last day we came to the reception to check out and there was the same woman, who was working there the first day and who was already unfriendly to my family. This time she took the cards without any „hello“ or „thank you“ and in a rude way told to my mom „that’s all“, she was pissed, because we eventually got what we supposed to get - to stay in the hotel we booked and not to agree for what they offered. My mom pointed out that this is not the way a person can talk to the tourists and after that she totally exploded with swearing and even calling my mom a BI..CH!!. My mom made a video of this and that woman became really aggressive, then I came and I started to protect my mom, she told to me to shut up and started to record me on her phone. For you to understand, we’re not that type of people who like to argue, we never start any fight and we always try to avoid such situations, but if we are treated like this, we will stay our ground and this is a reason I write this review, because I want to warn people, who are considering this hotel as a place to stay - better don’t, that stress doesn’t worse it, better pay more money and choose a different hotel. It’s not an individual case, it’s totally a bad management and this happens to many people here, the manager started to protect his stuff and didn’t do any measurements. If something like this happens, I expect that such worker gets fired or fined, but she never even apologized. So be sure, whatever happens, the management will cover their stuff and they will lie just to make you look wrong. And all these happened an hour before my family left, we maybe will not see each other another year and instead of spending the last important hour together and hugging and kissing the stuff was around us and the rude woman was still screaming at us. Such a shame!
