The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa. For the first time in kumkoy beach. Last year we were at the sister hotel Evren beach and we were very satisfied. Room was cleaned only once during 5 day stay. The open-bathroom planning with glass doors lack privacy, and is inconvenient especially if roommates are not a couple. Also# 2 put of 7 person in our company got food poisoning. On the other hand the pool and the beach are really nice although sea get's very deep just a few steps in. The overall impression upon arrival at the hotel was good. We enjoyed a pleasant vacation except for one unpleasant moment when leaving. After check out in and waiting at the reception for the transfer to the airport, the receptionist came to tell us that we had left a damaged kettle. We never used the kettle! Meanwhile, the transfer arrived and he had to wait for us until this situation was clarified

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

It’s not 5* hotel, just 3.5 maximum. Service is poor. Ultra All Inclusive are not included popcorn for kids ;-) etc. No one control a smoking, as usual people smoke on kids. Parking and service are not friendly. They are “just” don’t care.

Just back from Barut Hemera and all I can say is WOW!! Absolutely the best holiday we've both had everything about the place is top class. The food is real good we ate in the al a carte restaurants 3 nights which was amazing but we enjoyed eating in the main restaurant just as much food and drinks in abundance. Nice, spacious rooms, good higyene. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Very good food and friendly serving staff, but the restaurant was packed even in low season. Lunchboxes to go are mediocre, but available nevertheless. The Turkish night show was nice (there's an amphitheater), but quite short. There were electrical disruptions during our stay, hopefully that was just bad luck.

Don't be fooled by the many unoccupied sun beds, Germans and Russians are up at 0700 and "reserves" one for the entire day, even though they'll only use it 1-2 hours, and there aren't enough for all.
