Very nice staff. Rooms were clean, but a bit tired. Situated very high on the hill, but it’s mostly about the city itself not about the hotel.

Very excellet service. Food, room service, staff all guys are very good. Balcony with sea view is great. Reception service very helpful.

Pro: - BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GREAT!!!! - Rooms are OK and quite big Con: - We had a whole day no electricity(no internet, hot water etc.) and nobody gave us any information, and it was crazy hot. - Most workers don't speak basic English - The area is not gorgeous, the hotel is already the most pretty building

Nice hotel. Had great breakfast. The only suggestion i would have is to upgrade the showers and add some better shampoo and soap. Workers were nice. I would recommend the stay here

good place and nice rooms. their breakfast is very good. they need to work more on their services. some of the towels were not clean. no hair dryer in the room. had to ask for one and was sent 2 hair dryers that were broken. had to ask for an iron. they got me a broken one and had to ask them to change it.

Very good location, nice staff, clean hotel I recommend it strongly for families It will be my choice again when I come back to Tarabzon

I booked the king size room, mmm its good not bad and not wow! The hotel is clean and the lady on the reception is really helpful and amazing, she is always smiling and my wife liked her professional attitude and behavior.

I am from Canada and for my my wife from Turkey and we decided to stay for 3 weeks at this hotel with all my families and friends. During my stay and all other friends and family that came stayed here all I can say is that the service and cleanliness and everything else deserves 10 star not 5 star. We loved everything about this hotel and no complains. Very respectful stuff and no complains at all...

Very good accommodation to stay, new, clean, spacious, with every thing you can need ( kitchen has dish washer, washing machine for clothes, Oven,...) also it has a great view from all the sides, the breakfast is delicious.. , i was here with my husband for 8 nights, and i already feel like home , the manager is over welcoming and super nice, he speaks a good English, also the staff are very nice....

The hotel is very ordinary, but the treatment of the reception staff and the hotel staff was very wonderful and fluent in Arabic, especially the employee Ahmed, Mohamed and Rashid to them all thanks..

We stayed for 9 months last year. It's a really nice place in terms of service etc. It's worth the money, the only problem is the location of the house is a bit on the hill but it's really worth it Greetings to my brother Ceyhun 😊👋👋

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms and is suitable for large family and for me with children choose the ground floor because the balcony has a metal fence close to it all services grocery 500 meters and cash and restaurants and the airport is almost 2 kilo thanks to all the clerk is very nice and pleasant God bless him

The apartment is: - Spacious - Totally new - Very clean - Fully equipped kitchen - Has amazing views - The road to it is easy and safe from and to Trabzon city or Uzungol - Near Sultan Murat plateau (30 to 60 minutes depending on your pace and much times you'll stop for photos) - Has free parking The owner, Mr Ali is very welcoming, caring, super helpful, and honest.

Big nice apartment, with 3 bedrooms kitchen and big living room, 3 badrooms one of master, the people there and workers are very kind, helpful, generous and very polite.... The only thing which is not 5 stars is the hygiene.... The apartment is not very clean that's why I gave it 3 stars....

The owners were very kind and courteous. It's not like an apartment, there is everything in an apartment you know and they don't force the price. I recommend a clean place.

It was a great hospitality, I went from Istanbul, we were greeted with a smiling face, thanks to hamdi brother and his family... the only place I will stay when I go again

It was a very nice place with everything you needed. The hosts, however, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasent. Upon our arrival we couldn't get a taxi to city center, so the host drove us himself. At a later point we lost a phone in a taxi and the hosts were extremely helpful with recovering it. Ince apartment have our highest recommendations.

You will feel like in your home. This place is very near to Airport. Besides it has got incredible and wonderful sea view.

The suit was perfect, big sittingroom with sea view and 3 bed room with all facilities in kitchen. The only problem I can mention is the location it was a little far from supermarket and resturants around 15 min walk.

I was a little worried when we got to it because it seemed to be right in the middle of a bunch of empty buildings, but it’s actually a very great apartment hotel. It seems to be recently built. The rooms are extremely clean which is vital to me. Everything is accommodated for, with washing machine, a laundry basket, shampoo, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, clothes rack, hangers, vacuum, and towels...

Amazing, new, large and clean apartment. great sea views. Close to Jawaher Mall. All kitchen accessories are available with dish washer and automatic washing machine. I highly recommendthis apartment. and I would like to thank the management for their hospitality and cooperation.

According to my experience, Ozlu apart is the best family hotel. The owners are so friendly and you will feel that they are a part of your family. The rooms are so clean, they equipped with small nice kitchen. The sea view there is so magnificent. Many supermarkets and bakery are around the hotel with nice public garden. Any problem you may face it can be easily solved by Mr Mustafa and his lovely...

Clean, excellent and cheap apartments consisting of two bedrooms, a hall, and one bathroom, for 250 Saudi riyals tonight.. Close to the airport.. Next to it is a supermarket and other services.. The place is run by the owners of the house, who are friendly, respectful, generous and very good.. Especially the sister, Jamila, the owner of the apartments.
