We generally enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite nice with a seaview. Staff was friendly and food was great. The only downside is the walls between rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours all night 😬. Other wise I would have loved it more

Stayed at this business hotel for a night. My experience was great considering the rooms, staff, food and location. Rooms have fantastic seaview with a beach right in the front. We went to the Novotel in Trabzon for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The staff, including the hotel manager were very helpful and kind. They managed everything in a professional manner. Due to the COVID restrictions, the Spa was closed but they showed a lot of attention to keep us happy. The hotel was very clean and the prepared food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family . Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor. They keep my reservation till I checked In late in the night on the day of arrival ??. Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very small . Very old service in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and cooperative. I don’t rate as 5 stars . Comments here had worried me, but there wasn't any glaring deficiency in terms of the room and breakfast's standards. Breakfast actually went beyond my expectations. Receptionists were all well-mannered in dealing with guests plus decent English. However, the gym facilities and pool fall far short of five-star.

Royal Comfort Hotel is amazing and offers everything and anything you can imagine!! The rooms are comfortable and dealing with the hotel staff is quick and easy. I really loved the stay here: AMAZING view , big apartment that feels like home, under the hotel you can find grocery shop and coffee shop and pizza place. Ready kitchen, balcony, washing machine, hot water in the bathroom… and many other advantages. The only disadvantage that it is far from Trabzon city center by 30min (but i like than it is in quiet neighborhood)

As I tried many hotels there the cleaning of the room is on daily basis and this is standard except when the guest mark the room with " Please don't disturb" label on the door. The place is good the view is good but the furniture is not that new But the room is spacious The food is good not bad for a quick snack Just the front desk staff speaks English and the other are Turkish only

Very nice staff. Rooms were clean, but a bit tired. Situated very high on the hill, but it’s mostly about the city itself not about the hotel.

Very excellet service. Food, room service, staff all guys are very good. Balcony with sea view is great. Reception service very helpful.

Pro: - BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GREAT!!!! - Rooms are OK and quite big Con: - We had a whole day no electricity(no internet, hot water etc.) and nobody gave us any information, and it was crazy hot. - Most workers don't speak basic English - The area is not gorgeous, the hotel is already the most pretty building
